What a dreadful place. Ryan Anderson was coarse, rude and incredibly offensive to my 90 year old mother. He did not understand equipment. He offered no expertise. He simply shook my mothers hearing aid, tossed it back across the desk and said, theres nothing wrong with your hearing aid. Shock set in as I was processing what just happened. I dont like giving such negative reviews but I would plead with anyone to completely avoid Ryan Anderson who has an incredibly offensive temper and is easily frustrated by his lack of expertise.

The staff at this office is outstanding. They spend time with you like you are family and show you all of your options. I wouldnt hesitate to send other family members here.
