First of all I had to wait a half hour after my appointment time to be seen. No reason or apology was given. I did see a patient leave 10 minutes after I was supposed to be seen but still waited another 20 minutes during which no one else left. When I finally got into the office she sat me down and said she had to go to the bathroom, so obviously that wasnt where she was while I waited the extra 20 minutes. Then I had to wait while she typed in my information off a form I had filled out in the waiting room. Maybe the receptionist could have done that?After my exam (with a good explanation of the results) I was told my insurance doesnt cover hearing aids so Id have to pay out of pocket, which was a lie. When I said I knew for a fact that my insurance does cover them she hemmed and hawed and eventually admitted that they didnt accept the insurance I have. So I believe she purposely told me that my insurance didnt cover hearing aids to get me to buy them there (paying out of pocket) rather than have me go somewhere else that took my insurance (which covers up to $2,000). Obviously I left without buying.EDIT: To her credit, after she read the above review she called me and apologized. I appreciated that, but it doesnt change the way I feel about how the appointment went.

Someone else must gave my number and got the information wrong believe me I would not recommended this outfit so unprofessional called and called my home after I told them please remove my number how ever u got it dont need this harassment poor excuse for business
