This experience has been the most phenomenal experience in my whole life. Never was aware I had a hearing loss since childhood...or that there would be such a wonderful solution. Alsya was very kind... professional...knowledgeable and the sweetest doc I have ever met. She was intent on getting the right fit and style for my difficult ears... I highly recommend her to anyone even thinking about hearing aids.

Team and professional staff were exceptional.

Dr. Hood is young and wears hearing aids. She made me feel like a friend not a patient. She helped me choose just the right hearing aids for me (Im 47yrs old). She understood all of my struggles, not just not being able to hear. She is so sweet and wonderful. My hearing aids have been the biggest blessing in my life in years. I cried when I first got them because I heard things I didnt even realize I couldnt hear. This has been the happiest and blessed choice!

Great service really nice people

Dr. Rose was to do a hearing test in a one hour appointment but found that I had compacted wax in both ears. This involved another hour of work to free the wax and to remove it. She was calm and efficient even tho this started her schedule an hour behind for the day. I appreciate her good work.

Friendly and expert service

Dr. Rose and her staff are awesome. So appreciative to resolve my hearing problem which existed for a few months. Dr. Rose analyzed the problem and made the adjustments which allow me a full range of hearing. So grateful I came to see her.
