Today was my sister in laws first visit to Hearing Life on Forest Hill she could not have been any more pleased with the service she received. They were professional and courteous and took their time explaining everything and answering all her questions.

Everyone Ive ever dealt with at HearingLife on Forest Hill Avenue has always been helpful, courteous, thorough, patient and considerate. I was referred to Dr. Butts by my PCP many years ago and initially was disappointed when he left; however, Dr. Tomlinson has filled his shoes nicely. Shawna has helped me in a lot of ways and I consider her a friend. Thank you all for the continuing support! Highly recommended!!

Amy was awesome - couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience. My Oticon hearing aid died and I am absolutely lost w/o it.I called her Hearing Life office and left a message. Not only did I get a prompt return call, she said I could come in that afternoon and she’d check out the hearing aid.The experience only got better when I went to the office and explained to her what was wrong. She went in the back and came out 2 minutes later with my hearing aid back online and fully functional !!I have owned 4 hearing aids over the last 20 years and this is by far the best I’ve ever experience I’ve ever had getting one fixed. Thanks Amy for all you do !!

Dr. Tomlinson is a highly professional audiologist in Midlothian. She conducts an extensive, up-to-date hearing test with detailed analysis, explanation and suggestions. I’ve had a progressive hearing loss for 8 years and would not go to anyone else. Her office staff is knowledgeable and highly responsive.

I was having troubling getting a replacement hearing aid to show on my Oticon app, so I texted Amy Tomlinson to see if she could help me. It was evening when I texted her so I didn’t expect a response until the next day when her office opened. However, just a few minutes after I texted, Amy sent me a detailed response that solved my problem. Great customer service above and beyond what would be expected.

Hearing Life has the most up to date equipment and technology. My product was ready in less than a week. The staff are supper friendly and helpful with great advise.

Dr. Amy Tomlinson is an amazing audiologist. She patiently worked with my 89 year old father updating his hearing aides. Bonus! Dad can now have conversations on his cell phone with Bluetooth setup. Definitely recommend Hearing Life.

The customer service of Dr. Tomlinson is beyond exceptional. We experienced a couple of hurdles when she allowed me to demo the new Oticon More. We had trouble streaming music after pairing them. Her patience and perseverance was unexpected and was greatly appreciated as we explored everything that we could think of. The problem was referred to Oticon for more research. Well done Dr. T!
