I genuinely love this place. Good vibes and all. I came here yesterday to celebrate my friends birthday, and the atmosphere of the place along with the good customer service was splendid. Their ice cream was delicious too, I had gotten a Jr. Chocolate Lava and would highly recommend it for my chocolate lovers.

Love love love this place! I’ve been going here for over a year! Seriously the best! I have five toddlers and they enjoy the ice cream. AMAZING service at Over the top today! It was a rainy day so I decided to stop in for some ice cream. The girls working and two guys were so sweet! Such a great team! I ended up getting the unicorn with Cookie Monster ice cream (YUM, OMG). Aside from it being amazing, the aesthetic of the shop is the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back soon!

The hype lives up to the expectation. This shoppe is great. All of their ice cream and options are delicious. I’m serious. The waffle cones are not hard. I love the texture and what it adds mixed with the ice cream. The customer service is wonderful and extremely helpful. I will say at night the wait is a little long. However, totally worth it. Again! DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT.

This gem of a business has it all, amazing staff, great location, savory and original items on the menu, all served with a smile. When we walked in, the staff were already borderline swamped, but they didnt even flinch when they noticed our group of 8. They smiled some more and turned up their game! Then 5 more customers walked in! No change, just more smiles and impeccable service. The menu items were delivered quickly and looked and tasted exactly as described on the boards. Was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and also the cleanliness of this very busy location. Theres more than adequate parking outside. Keep an eye on this place, its only going to get busier and bigger!

Service could have been better. My husband and I walked in and we were not greeted or acknowledged. This was our first time so we really didnt know what to get or how it worked. We were trying to get one of the girl or guys attention but they were busy talking to each other. The waffle I got tasted good but could have used a bit more ice cream. Overall Im pleased and would recommend but I feel the employees could be a bit more professional.

We typically like this place but tonight my hubby was feeling adventurous and got the Pineapple Aloha but as a shake. After we paid we were like $13? We thought she charged us twice, she was like “Nope, that’s the price with all the toppings”. The toppings were pineapple, coconut and caramel. Looking at the menu, I don’t know how this math could add up. $8 for a signature shake, how it could come to $5 extra. (When signature shakes already have special toppings) We might be back, but $13 for 1 shake is outrageous!!

I’m sorry but to wait over 30 minutes in lines is to much. Love the cone but not worth the wait. Then after waiting 30 minutes the car was in front of me waiting. They came out and gave me my cone but in stead of directing the person in front of me to park in one of the empty spaces so I can get by, they told me I had to wait until the car in front of me got their order, another 10 minutes.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. We were helped with our orders immediately. Highly would recommend the granny pudding combo. Deffinetly would come again

Love the ice cream but the wait can be prevented. There’s only one window and they have you park at the end of the drive thru to wait for your order. This holds the line. It took us 20 minutes to order bc we couldn’t get to the window (due to the cars waiting for orders).

If you want to experience good ice cream and waffle this is the place. Topping are outstanding. Kudos!!!

Great ice cream however we went 15-20 min before closing and one of the employees said they are in the process of closing so they are only serving ice cream. We were very disappointed when we heard they were getting ready to close because one of the reasons why we do go to over the top is because we love the bubble waffle. To me if you close at 10:00 then that is when you starting shutting things down not 20 min early. It’s just bad business. I also would like to mention that they always seem to be over staff which is obviously better than understaff but you have about 4 young teens standing behind the counter not doing anything but being in the way while one person is actually making the ice cream.

The employee Ella Fetterman is the best here. She serves you right and makes the cream good. She deserves a raise. By far best employee I have encountered.

First time here and it was amazing my wife and I had our ice cream date. Were confused on the menu Jasmine Kaiyla and Dani were so great helping us pick the best flavors and the energy they had was so great it made me order things I didnt need over all great experience..

Finally got around to trying this place out, got the Chocolate Dipped Strawberries and Unconditional Love, did not disappoint! Cravings are most def satisfied. The woman that took our order was super friendly and even with the mask on i could tell she had a very big smile. Love that customer service :)

First time here. I recommend coming and try this family owned business. Great ice cream a bit cheaper then Marble Slab, but worth the money for it. I personally tried the Grannys Banana Puddin...and...it was great!!!! It feels like artisan food, but sugary. Stop by guys its worth it.

Such a great addition to the east Richmond area. The service was great! The bubble waffle offered with the ice cream is quite good. We enjoyed our ice cream very much. Well definitely be coming back to try more flavors.

My mom and I decided to give this place a try and we are so glad we did. We each got a milkshake and they were perfect. Not overly sweet, creamy, and the perfect amount of whipped cream on top. We also tried the macarons and they were delicious.

Came here with my kids and waited 20 mins for ice cream in a cup. The service is very slow. The 3 kids working here looks like they were just standing around. I will not be coming back dur to the slow service and lack of customer service.

Went to OTT Waffle to get some drinks after work. Been to many establishments but this one was special. The energy, the service, and the drinks were all fantastic. I live 10 minutes down the street and I’ll be visiting often!

I hate to say it but I was really disappointed. Super cute concept and really cute inside but the ice cream is terrible. It has no taste. Also the cone is super flavorless I was expecting a fluffy soft sweet little treat but instead got what tasted like super bland store bought ice cream.

Love this place! I was a bit nervous to try the bubble waffle because I assumed it would be like a waffle cone, which I don’t like. I decided to try it anyway and it is nothing like a waffle cone, it is so so good! The bubble waffle is hot and perfectly compliments the ice cream. By the way, their ice cream is the best I’ve had. I don’t know where they get the ice cream, but it is some kind of premium ice cream!

Smell is amazing walking in and coupled with the design it is very calming. The ice cream was dense in a great way. The woman behind the counter was very friendly. The waffles were fresh and delicious. Love the concept. If this owner ever franchises I would be interested in learning more.

If you do not want to wait for 1 hour in a drive through line to receive an ice cream, do not go to this place. The ice cream is good, but they have the slower service I have ever experienced in my life. Awful experience.... never again.

This is my go to place when Im craving a nice frozen treat. What sets this place apart from any other ice cream shop in town, is its delicious waffle cones that are cooked and powdered right in front of you. The couple that owns and runs this ice cream shop are amazingly nice and welcoming. They remembered when I came for the first time and was saddened by the absence of Cookies n Cream from the menu. The next time I came, I asked if there was Cookies n Cream and the female owner winked, We added it just for you. That absolutely made my day and I know theyll make yours.

Came back after having a good first experience, and no employees were wearing masks this time. I am not sure if this is what the owner is deciding to do, but the first time I went (a week ago) every employee was wearing a mask. We will not go back purely because of this, it was extremely disappointing.

Super friendly staff, quick service, and great sweet treats! Ive tried the cinnamon roll sundae, which I enjoyed, and the birthday cookie dough scoop. I really like edible cookie dough and to have a place in the area that sells it, in different flavors, is super convenient! I recommend trying out this spot.

Tried for the first time and definitely got over excited. The waffle was delicious but just my preference to be served a crunchy old school waffle cone. We got two signature waffles cones both had very little ice cream in comparison to the waffle cone. It was like a one scoop serving pillowed in bread. Good but other than the waffle cone the ice cream was decent and toppings were simple that, toppings. Will go again to try ice cream alone.

My husband and and I usually go through the drive thru, but this time we decided to go inside. We are so glad that we did, because we got to meet Eno! She is the manager there and was so kind and hospitable and really put her heart into the gorgeous presentation. We told her we would come inside more often just so we could say hi. :)

One of the best ice cream experiences in all of the Houston MSA. The bubble waffles, the ice cream, the cost, and most importantly the nicest staff on the gulf coast. You wont be disappointed eating here and you can tell they pour their heart into each and every creation.

Ice cream was decent...nothing special. For two cups (double scoops) the total came to almost $19!!! No ice cream place I have ever been to in the states of AZ, CO or TX have ever been that expensive. Like I said, decent ice cream nothing special but WAY overpriced. Wont be back.

Waffles are great, ice cream is mediocre especially compared to big brands like blue bell. If going through the drive through also expect to wait 30+ minutes for your order...not ideal.

This place is very slow. Staff was playing and dancing inside so we had to ask 2-3 times about our order. We thought drive thru takes 4-5 minutes per car but these guys took nearly 45 minutes.

So Good! Had there Ice cream and waffles after date night and man, they are the best we have had. The waffles were warm and tasty and the treats are easy to eat without making a mess. Place is very clean and they give lots of different options without making the menu confusing. Definitely will be coming back for more.

The sweet smell of freshly made waffle cones fills your senses as soon as you open the door and welcomes you in. My kids loved picking their toppings and thoroughly enjoyed their ice cream. I enjoyed an affogato, which is a scoop of vanilla ice cream drowned with a double shot of espresso. We will definitely be back!

Great place. The Bubble Waffles are awesome and such a nice (different) place to get ice cream. They just introduced their drink menu. I am not a passion fruit person but their passion fruit tea was delicious. We will be repeat customers.
