After 47 minutes trying to deal with customer service from this company they assured that my order was canceled but refused to provide a record of the cancellation transaction. Had to open a PayPal dispute for refun. Avoiding this company at all costs and be sure to read these reviews, wish I did before starting a purchase transaction.

This place is horrible. I ordered supplies from this merchant online and I was shipped expired stock. 33% of the shipment was expired, and the other 67% had less than half of its original shelf life of 3 years. What a waste of time. I had to waste my time returning the shipment before they would process a refund. Beware of this merchant!

Bought a 75.00 item. Ordered 6/12; No one can give me details of tracking number and no one will let me speak with Robin, the quote unquote American in the office. The others speak entirely broken English. Have continued to ask for 48 hour extensions to get the tracking number. This is a sham website. Do not buy from them. I have alerted PayPal.

TOTAL SCAM SITE. I ordered a pair of Suncloud sunglasses (paid approximately $25) and after waiting for 3 weeks, I received a pair of cheap, knock-off Ray Bans. The receipt on the outside of the package just said sunglasses and showed a US$ value of $10. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered an Mpowered brand Maple baseball bat at a great price, not knowing anything about Sportsdealbox.After reading reviews I got worried.Then, Sportsdealbox emailed me with a UPS tracking number, but claimed it was being carried by USPS. More worries...I checked the tracking through UPS and all looked good.In 4 days I received a perfect bat in the exact brand, model, size and weight as ordered, through Amazon!, by UPS delivery.So, I personally, had a great experience!

Wish Id read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered Suncloud Mayor Polarized Sunglasses listed as in stock. In stock in CHINA was the case. After waiting literally a month, I received Oakley Holbrook Sunglasses. Except they were very obviously counterfeit. Communication with this company has been bad throughout the waiting process, I dont expect to fare much better in the return. Its a minimal amount and not really worth the hassle of all this, but its the principal. How many people just write off the $30 loss...money in their pockets. What a scam.
