I just picked T&T from a list of places on Google as I needed an oil change quickly before traveling. I needed quick service also as I had three young kids with me and was dealing with their (lack of) attention span and patience!T&T took me in immediately, no appointment necessary, and did the oil change AND rotated my tires in about thirty minutes!!!! Hallelujah! They put a movie on the TV for the kids and even had crayons and coloring books for them in the waiting room!!PLUS their prices were super reasonable!Highly recommend this company for customer service, speed of service and price of services!!

I started going here because they were the only place that didnt require an appt for a simple oil change! On top of that the price was unbeatable! However my experience with them has grown. I dont care what concern I have with my vehicle I pull up and they go above and beyond to straighten it out! All I can say is I love you guys!!!!!!

Towed in after a front blow out, and strip backing on the lugs. Our tire wrench did not match the lugs (common on 2018 F150!), tow driver couldn’t take them off. We called around, and one place told me their guy that does that is gone, and they don’t have the machine for it…”machine?” They recommended TnT, which should of been a no brained since they saved me in the past, but there name didn’t come to us when thinking about tires. They fit me in and got me out, Juan “Two” was our service guy, friendly, fast, and offered options. Thanks guys!

I was very impressed with the friendly service I received at T&T Alignment. I drove about 400 miles to get to Ridgecrest, and along the way my Subaru Outback started making a very unusual noise in the front suspension every time I hit a bump. It got worse and worse until I thought it would require a major repair to fix it. As an out-of-towner I was concerned that I would be taken advantage of, but it turned out they fixed the problem very quickly (while I waited) and charged me only about $126 including parts. I so impressed that I also bought some tires from them.One thing: if you easily get cold like I do, then you should bring a heavy coat if you plan to spend any time in their waiting area. The first time I waited there I was getting hypothermic by the time they fixed my car; the thermostat must have been set below 65 F (18C). It was over 100 F (38C) outside, so it was a real shock to my body when I left.

We had 4 control arms replaced and an alignment done. Jeff was very sweet and helpful. Service was friendly and quick. Our car feels brand new. Would recommend.

I have bought tires from T & T tires for over 15 years when I first lived out in Death Valley ( yes, that’s true) up until now living in Mammoth Lakes. Jeff and his staff are always very fast and efficient and honest. Jeff has always advised me with best tires for vehicles I’ve owned. Recently I purchased a used Toyota Hybrid Highlander that was originally in Arizona so the tires simply weren’t feasible for winter in Mammoth, which I discovered after a major snowstorm. I immediately called Jeff and he advised a specific set & ordered them & the next week I had my new tires making a 100% difference!! My Highlander maneuvered snowy conditions like a completely different vehicle that is extremely efficient. It is worth my driving 354 m round trip to feel confident with my purchase. Jeff & his staff Rock!!!

Great place to go for a quick flat tire repair. Second time in two weeks Ive had a screw stuck in the same tire. Very unlucky! But both times Ive come in service has been very fast and friendly.

My husband and I owe this store very much. It was May 27th, 2021 when we were passing through the town of Ridgecrest as tourists and then we got a flat tire. They helped us to replace a flat tire with spare and even helped us to tell the situation to a rental car agent. All the people we talked to were so professional and friendly. Thanks to them, we could continue our trip to Lake Tahoe via Death Valley. We really appreciate everything they did for us.

We pulled in after traveling cross country with a concerning wobble when driving. We called ahead and they said come in and they would get us in immediately. That was an understatement. The tire service specialist came out to our vehicle immediately and found a bubble and shred on the tire. They said to pull it around back since we were pulling an RV. They came out, jacked it up, took off the tire within a couple minutes. He found a used high quality Goodyear tire and put it on for $50. While there we had mentioned another issue on our camper totally unrelated. They spent 20-30 minutes helping to fix that issue at no cost. It is extremely rare if ever that I’ve experience such incredible service, friendliness and general consideration from a business or individuals in any situation, let alone from strangers on the other side of the country. I cannot stress how much appreciation I have for their help and cannot recommend T and T tire more wholeheartedly.

They were very courteous. They did a great job, and it was a reasonable price. They even went out of their way to drive me home when it got dark.

We came in for a check for our fluids and they saw us instantly and topped off some out our fluids for free. Enrique was great! Then we headed out and realized we had a screw in our tire. Came back and told Enrique; he set us up with another great employee and got it patched within 15 minutes. Whole thing cost us $15 and less than 30 min of our time. Great place great people. Highly recommend.

Wish I can leave 0 starts. Very unproffesional. I went in to get a used tire. They explained they didn’t have any until the next day which was understandable. I said I was going leave due to them not having any uses tires. Turns out the clerk knew there was one tire left and he failed to explained it was brand new or the price. The clerk was also being an a-hole to his fellow employee. I asked him the price before they put it on. He asked me to wait so he can check the price. I wasn’t given a price until after the job was done. He first said it was $85, turns out after everything it was $115. The sales clerk will do anything to make a quick buck. Also horrible in totally ignoring the customers request and only looking out for their sales. Try the other tires shops, they probably won’t trick you into spending more than you should have. Hope anyone reading this learns from this.

My car broke down on the SR395 and I had to get it towed to Ridgecrest. The tow truck company was kind enough to drop it at T&T where the mechanics fixed it for me within the day. Given that it was an Audi and the parts were not locally available, I was very worried that I may need to tow it all the way to a dealership. But the expertise and quick service by Jeff and Bruce left me beyond satisfied. Moreover, they opened up shop on a Sunday so I could collect my vehicle and drive back to San Diego without having to sacrifice on my trip nor have to spend extra time waiting for the car. The prices were reasonable and the owner was very friendly.

Theyre great! Went in for a oil change and found out that my serpentine belt was about to break, so they replaced it for me right there. Im very happy they noticed the belt because I was leaving on a long road trip the next morning. I hate to think of what would of happened if it broke while driving in the middle of nowhere.Thanks T&T, Ill be back.

Not pleased with customer service. I came in for routine service, and then they did a few other things to the car and did not tell me until after it was done and I had to pay for it. If you choose to take your car here, be very clear about what you want done and tell them to ASK you before doing anything else. I feel like they took advantage of me and just wanted to make extra money. The waiting room is clean, at least.

Good thing because there was nothing wrong with her cv Boot. I checked it myself both sides are perfectly fine. Shame on you guys.

This was my first time using this mechanic. They did a really good job on doing an alignment on my car.My car is all wheel drive. They were able to adjust and fix the car so that it drives much smoother.I will recommend them for alignments.

Worst experience Ive had in many years.Went in for 2 specific items (1 tire and 1 battery). Guy at register refused to even give me a ballpark figure.You entire business is built around sell in tires and batteries, but you dont know how youll be charging me.Saw work orders on counter. Someone who lives in Ridgecrest got 2 tires and a battery and was charged $141.52. Meanwhile, I accidentally mentioned I was traveling and charged $231.39. A difference of $89, for 1 less tire.The real kicker was when I was told they didnt have a tire for a minivan, one of the most general, versatile tire sizes in America. Lol, ok. Then without consulting and doing everything in their power to hide it. My bad front tire is now rotated to the back. Nothing was explained to me and it wasnt until I confronted the mechanic with questions that I got ANY form of information.Lastly, I specifically stated I wanted to keep my battery because it still had half a life, & I had plans for it. They not only ignored my request but basically STOLE from me.Lets talk about a $163 battery!!!T&T if you value your business, leave me alone. I will not be responding. I will not be coming back. Im not interested in ANYTHING you have to say.

Ive used T&T since 2004 on the recommendation of my brother. Since then, Ive never gone anywhere else. They have always taken care of me. If there was ever an issue, they took care of it immediately with zero hassle. Jeff (the owner) is super nice. I like having someone I trust that does a good job and I can smile when I see him around town. Highly recommended! If you decide to give them a try, tell Jeff or Bruce that Tony says hi!

Got my truck lifted and aligned. Even with the minor setbacks, they helped me get my truck back on the road as fast as possible, going as far as starting work before opening hours to get my truck back to me on time. Great work by these gentlemen here.

I am giving one star because -1 is not an option. I went into the shop to have a gas leak looked at. I was told that I needed to have a fuel hose replaced. It took less than 15 mins to access. It was suggested that I just replace the entire fuel system which would run me $700 as I repeated $700?! The response was $700 plus with the expectation of $330 in labor because they charge $110 an hour and it would take 3 hours to work on due to the location of my fuel system. I thanked them for their time and left. I called a local automotive store and was quoted $264. Out the door for the lifetime warranty of a complete fuel system. I then YouTubed the process. Hmmm took this gentleman 14 minutes and 54 seconds to remove and install a new fuel system on the same year and model as my vehicle. He was not moving fast as that could have been messy and dangerous. T & T should be ashamed of themselves for their blatant attempt to rip off customers to this degree. I will share this story to anyone and everyone.

Replaced AC compressor and the electrical nook up was really bad as they used long spliced wires running to clutch on compressor dangling in front of air coming from radiator fan which caused wires to. Break at clutch as it was not secured.

They have always been courteous, and kind. Good customer service, and professional work. I have always trusted them for repairs to both of my vehicles. They always give you a heads up in case a repair may involve something e!we, or if the price is different for any reason. I always enjoy coming there and just having conversation with them. Really nice down home people. Always trust your vehicle to T&T Alignment.

Fast, efficient service. It might be pricey, but they are good at what they do.

They go the extra mile. I brought them new rims and lug nuts to put on my truck. The lug nuts didnt fit and it was closing time. They went and bought the correct size and finished the job for me.

This is absolutely the best mechanic shop in this town I would recommend them to anybody that has car problems they are very diverse their attention to detail is impeccable they have always pleased me and I want to make sure that everybody that needs this understands T&T is the place to go if youve got car problems

My truck was in for new tires and alignment back in April and after leaving my truck was pulling left hard. went back a second time they checked it and said its all fix up. but no my truck was still not running straight so i went a third time and they said i had bad suspension, so i went to a different shop and they checked the alignment and got it running straight as an arrow. no suspension issues they just didnt know how to do a good alignment.

223 dollars for a oil change and air filter on a 2016 tundra. Are you kidding me. They charged 75 bucks for a air filter, AN AIR FILTER!!! which is 20 bucks for the exact one they installed They may be honest but they charge way to much. Wish I was in town when my girlfriend had her truck done. Lesson learned. Nope won’t go back.

After limping my 2016 F-150 in to T&T with just turning 10,000 miles, and the dash saying “oil change required” after the engine shut down on me, they were on it to calm this woman’s nerves! They’d already done I believe two oil changes on it, got it right in, test drove it to recreate the engine shutting down, but of course it ran like a champ for them! All said and done, they changed the oil quickly and I got back to work on time! Thank you for always getting me right in and out without an appt! And for keeping me calm ...

Fate brought me and my family to the wonderful honest people over at T & T Alignment.I overheated my brakes coming down the 190 towne pass into Death Valley and was in desperate need of a brake inspection. I panicked after the mishap and thought I had ruined my brake system. I initially took it to a shop down the road that specialized in transmissions because of the size of our rig and shops turning us down one after another, but after asking the owner to be honest with me if there was another shop that was a better suit for my problem, he said. “Well where do you plan on taking it? I replied, “T and T”. Immediately he responded, “Take it and ask for Jeff”.Jeff turned out to be a life saver and gave me some invaluable knowledge in how to drive my 35 foot motorhome. He took time out of his busy day to take me for a for a joyride in my rig and gave me the opportunity to pick his brain.All this on top of the thorough brake inspection done by his guys Elmo, Corn Fed and Stretch.This shop has been the best experience I’ve ever encountered after having car problems.Thanks T and T!

These guys are great. My trailer got a flat tire and I had no tools to remove it. These guys were willing to lend me the tools I needed at no charge and when I brought the flat tire to them they fixed it quick and for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend them.

They were the only place in town I could find a pair of mufflers to fit my truck project late last Friday (didnt call them first only because mufflers wasnt in the name, now I know!). Then today they got me right in to mount a set of tires I purchased online. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

They will break stuff, like the parts they are installing or parts on your car, install it incorrectly and just not take any responsibility.I called around for prices on a set of tires mounted and balanced. T&T quoted me $1400. I got them Motion Tire for $1000.Go at your own risk.
