They guy was very helpful and found just what I needed. The store was getting ready to close, but he was still willing to wait on me. He was very knowledgeable about the product that I bought and enlightened me that if I lose my receipt, they can look my product up by my phone number!
My hats off to Brent. I stopped by to purchase a battery and was met with a level of courtesy and professionalism that was so outstanding, it will eventually be banned so as not to offend a great many in the retail industry. Brent, great job taking care of your customers, taking pride in your work, and representing your company as a true professional.

Great and professional staff. Very knowledgeable in the auto parts industry. If they dont have it, they can order it and have it the next day for you. They even deliver. Well stocked store and kept very clean. All good things can be said about this Advance location, except one particular employee that works the morning shift. She knows who she is. Bad attitude and very rude and inconsiderate to customers. If shes having a bad day, then it transfers over to the customer. Other than that I love this store and stay loyal as a customer. Great job!
I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and had my battery tested as soon as an employee was available. Jimmy replaced my battery, and even made sure that I didnt lose power and have to reset everything.I mentioned that I had a head light out and was told by the dealership service department the whole head light would need to be replaced, not just the bulb. Jimmy took a quick look for me, turns out all I needed was a new bulb and to actually have it installed correctly. I left with a reliable battery, two functioning head lights, and likely saved a couple hundred. I really felt that Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. I will definitely be a repeat costumer, and highly recommend this store.
Friendly, I think they do their best. Usually a quick stop, as long as you know exactly what you want. Probably want to do your own technical research, or hope that one of the few knowledgeable staff are there.
Terrible customer service from first walking in the door till leaving mad and frustrated. The tall lanky white boy with the silver stud in his left ear needs to find a new occupation, flipping burgers - although that might be a challenge. The good news is I left and went down the street to AutoZone where I was provided great service and a better price on a better part.
The courteous and knowledgeable staff there will gladly help you.

This store is terrible. Geoff was the rep that helped me 05/02/2016 and literally took him 5 min to look up from his computer to notice me standing in front of him. After he said may I help you he proceeds to answer the phone and instead of putting them on hold he helps them instead of helping me. He gets off the phone and I tell him I need a break light for my 2013 altima and even asked if he needed the VIN. He said no and answered the phone again and did the same thing; helped them instead of finishing with me. Gets off phone and he walks over to the light bulbs and grabs the one he thinks is correct. I pay and leave. My friend proceeds to try to change break light and its the wrong one. So today, 05/03/2016 I go back to exchange for the correct one and Neesie helped me. Luckily I brought in the one from my car so we wouldnt have the same issue I had with Geoff. She grabbed the correct one and then told me I owed them $2.35..... I was like okay..... and paid. Get back to my office and one of my friends fixed the light bulb. I checked mu account to see if check went thru and apparently they charged me twice yesterday! I called and whoever answered didnt speak their name loud enough was rude and said just bring your receipt back and well fix it, happens all the time. Customer service here SUCKS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I work at Venable Glass right next to them and will NEVER EVER recommend another customer to go to their store. I recommend that store at least 10 times a day. NOT ANYMORE!!!!!! RUDE AF.
