I had such an amazing experience. From the minute I walked in the front door the lady to the right was so sweet and helpful, she took her time and explained each tint measure to me in detail . I also had LED lights installed and the staff at that department were amazing as well. They made sure to call me before proceeding with anything just to make sure I was okay with it. Honest review here. I was referred to this business by several of my associates. When I first called, I heard the obligatory post-COVID changes which seemed to go on for some time. This initially dissuaded me as I felt there are many companies that do the same thing and they would be far easier to deal with. A few weeks later, I simply decided to go up there at 8:45 AM. I was the first there and shortly thereafter, cars began to show up before they even opened. I first met Nikki who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very insightful. I dropped my keys off and was called within five hours telling me that my ceramic tint job was done. When I pulled in to the parking lot, I saw my truck and was thrilled. The job looked great. Upon checking out, she was very helpful in getting me out quick with all of the info I needed. When I got in the truck, I saw a care guide hanging from the rear view and also a sticker reminding me not to roll my windows down for several days (which Nikki had given me the drill already).Overall, I am very pleased with how my business was handled. I will certainly be using this business for future endeavors such as tint on my Vette and also take advantage of their caliper painting service. Thank you for making this transaction so smooth.

Customer service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was in and out in less than an hour. Window tint looks amazing and they even put this bright green tape over my buttons so I wouldnt forget.

Awesome service. Very helpful staff. Yheu do a whole lot more than just window tints. My only complaint is that one of my tints has a small bubble that I cant get out. Im a little OCD but I still think it was most definitely worth the money. Luckily its one of the back windows.

Stopped in to purchase a set of led lights for my 2018 charger. Service was great they made sure they were correct lights and offered to install for additional cost

Got them to tint my car and truck. Did a great job on both and affordable. Would definitely recommend and do repeat business with them.

We had a really good talk on what happened and did offer to make things right.I did manage to complete the job myself through another part supplier, but, the shop DID offer to complete the job at no extra cost to me.Was/Will be refunded the cost of parts, which I believe is fair, as the physical lights were installed correctly and to my satisfaction.So, things did turn out well for me, here.I can say that if you did have an issue, they are willing to work with you to make things right, which I appreciate!For that, I would recommend this shop for your customization needs.Thanks PWT Customz.Best,Ryan Beard----------------------------------------------------------------------------------I went in for a fog light install.I was quoted a price for labor and parts. One part that I was told I was buying was NOT what was installed on my vehicle. My lights are now running anytime my headlights are running(not factory operation) and was basically told this is how its done...well not with these vehicles from the factory and not my desired operation.Instead of following what I asked for (which was disputed...my fault should have gotten proof), they installed what they wanted to install and later wanted to charge extra for the correction...Declined..The last straw was today...I found a workers wrench socket left in my engine compartment. An unsecured metal object in the engine bay???!!!!Conclusion:Maybe this shop is great for other custom installs but be careful...make sure to know all options, double check and asks questions...dont assume like I did..Cannot recommend this shop.

This place is awful.. first my tint starts peeling off on the inside, 4 months after I got my tint job. Took it up there and the receptionist said I didn’t get a warranty cus their was tint on there. A guy who worked there tried to be nice and redo it, he tinted it black and the other tint is blue. It’s awful, and on a 2020-Nissan.

I previously gave a bad review due to an incident with the receptionist who was rude but then I spoke with Oscar who more than made up for it ! He reached out to me and apologized and definitely gained my confidence in this place back !! It was a Saturday and they where very busy, from the looks of it a lot of local dealers use them so that speaks some quality. I did notice a little piece of my trim on the window got knicked during cutting but it’s nothing major and the normal person would probably never even notice it. I’m not fretting over it, it is a human who’s cutting the tint and it’s just part of it. Was treated nice and the staff was humble. Bought the top tier tint at 28% and it looks good, did a good job applying the tint. Also peace of mind knowing a local business did it and not some guy riding around doing it mobile. Warranty peace of mind bring they’re extremely busy and seems as if business is good and they’re not going anywhere for a long time. Overall exceptional experience. Keep it up, young businessman with a good reputation. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you

Awesome Staff! Awesome Service! Awesome prices! Went Saturday morning to have tint applied to my cars and they did great work. Make sure to get there early, it is first come first serve! Arrived 5 minutes after they opened and was already the third car in line.

Took my Suburban to PWT for tint at the recommendation of coworkers and friends. Was Not disappointed! Very fast work with excellent results. Everything was kept clean and besides the windows being tinted, you couldn’t tell they were in the vehicle. Very friendly staff that knew their merchandise. Visit PWT and you won’t leave questioning where your money went!

Quick and excellent

I recently had work done here. I was not impressed at first because a couple of errors were made. Oscar was very gracious and apologetic and fixed everything. I will definitely be doing more business with him.

Great customer service and very nice group of people. I have brought 2 cars to them to have windows tinted and they did a great job on both.

I showed up at 7:15 PM Friday night just to inquire about something and to my surprise they were closed although their store hours are listed until 8 pm on Friday. I also called the store and it told me that they did not close until 8 pm, so essentially I wasted my gas for a 15 minute drive for absolutely nothing.

Had my 2017 Mazda 6 windows tinted and it looks great. The installers did a great job. The staff was friendly and they know their stuff! I’ll be going back to get my lights switched to LED’s. Looking forward to their great service again.

Decent tint job. Small bubbles & edges peeled up within 5 days. They sliced off the edged instead of doing it over. Now I can see light around the edges of all windows.

Great car customs shop. They have EVERYTHING you would need. Parts, tint, lighting, audio installations. The whole nine yards!

I got a new windshield and went to get a new tint strip put in my Ford F-150. Absolutely horrible experience, the tint strip was installed at 9:30 am and was falling off my windshield by noon. I went the very next morning to ask for a refund, the receptionist was very rude and Laughed at my request stating that refunds were not given. I could understand if I were simply dissatisfied with the work and requested a refund, but the tint was literally falling off of my windshield. I found nothing funny about this considering I had driven over 35 minutes both days for a simple task that wasn’t done right the first time. My family has had over 5 of our cars tinted by this business in the last 5 years and I am extremely disappointed with this place of business. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

They did a great job on my Charger had old adhesive from previous owner. They removed it and tinted them for less than other places that gave me quotes.

Professional plus they will not let you leave unless the job is done right.Here is a business that doesnt take short cuts.
