I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Filled out the offer and financing paperwork online. It was advertised at 0% financing on Hyundai website, dealer website, and was emailed to me as an offer on the vehicle I wanted. The dealership refused to honor it-telling me the fine print said “subject to change”. The salesman, Yuan Nichols was rude. I purchased the exact same vehicle at a different dealership with the 0% the next day. Do not buy from here. Take your business elsewhere where people don’t try to take advantage of you.

Was treated very poorly here, drove up 2 hours to look at a car we where planning to buy that they sent us a bid for that showed car had only 30163. We arrived and saw that the paint on bumper was coming off and ask if they would use touch up paint to fix it and they told us they could sell us some for us to do it ourselves; which to me was a very bad start, so we got in the car and cranked it and was shown that the car had 37167 more than 7000 miles on it, yuan who was the person who we where meeting said it must of been and error, but 7000 miles is a big error, on the website as well they falsely advertised the miles where 30163; which was misleading, as well as before we got there we where told they where cleaning the car, there was coffee like liquid spilled on the dash board and on passenger side car, which was very disappointing, when the sales manager was confronted we where told that he wasn’t going to sell us the car anymore because he said he wasn’t a liar, even though the cars mileage was advertised very wrong. The sad thing was we had come so far and had already had thousands ready to put down and our bank financing ready to purchase but we where treated poorly and lied to and then where told we couldn’t buy the car.

I am being gracious as far as my experience and if you do buy a vehicle and finance it with Hyundai Finance,, good luck if you are in an accident that needs something called a letter of guarantee so your insurance you are with can pay them..took 3 months for my insurance agent and myself calling all the time, finally I had to tell them the next call would be from my attorney, costs my credit score 89 points!!!!I decided to change my rating with Wilson Premiere of Ridgeland, Ms.for the way Kim, one of the salespeople there, took what was my personal experience very,very seriously, even went to the trouble of telling the Head Manager there, Bob Morgan, who then took a special interest in what had upset me...but, just know you are in the best hands possible if in the market for a new Hyundai, whatever your choice, will have many, many to choose from and different packages of each vehicle...is simply irresistible not to check out each and every one!!! At Wilson Premier, salesman, Yuan Nichols greeted me at door, took down what I was looking for in a car, and five minutes later I test driving my car. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata Limited. Beautiful gray and rugged tan color on inside that is pleasant on your eyes on those long trips. With the heated seats for winter and cool for the summer am ready for any season! What I like most about the Sonata is the safety features; my blind sides are covered all around. At the red ling, I forget drive on, I get a note on my car telling me that the car in front of me has move. What! What car does that. Airbags only deploys where needed. And for that long drive, I have Bose sound to keep me grooving on the rode. This is my second Hyundai. Call me Happy!

My wife and I had a good experience purchasing our 2021 Hyundai Palisade recently. The showroom was clean and pleasantly arranged. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and was not pushy or aggressive at all. She did not rush us to make decisions either. After purchasing the vehicle, she took the time to hook up the Bluetooth to our cellphones and walked us through all aspects of the vehicle to familiarize us to the various features.

The Service Center here is TERRIBLE!! They have had my car for 5 1/2 months due to an engine recall! This would be workable but the customer service is even worse! The LIES from staff saying they will call with updates are innumerable! I get promises of dates of when this or that will be done, only to find that on that particular date, I hear nothing from them! This leads to me calling the service center many times only to be waiting on hold for 10 minutes, or the service extension to be down. This whole situation with this particular Wilson Kia has soured my opinion on Hyundai, Wilson Kia Dealerships and Service Centers, and the people that work there as a whole.

Service Department is the worst!!Purchased my car new (demo) in October in a Saturday..I was told since it was late in the day the detail guy was gone but to bring it back and they would do the full detail because it had 2 grease stains and the carpet needed a shampoo.I set up an appt and brought it back a couple weeks later and was told I would have to wait until the first oil change to have the detail done.This week I set up an appt for 11am today 4/21 for oil change and detail.After no call, I contacted them at 4pm to see if the car was ready, I was told it would be ready within 15 minutes. 5:50 finally it was done on an 11 am appointment!After repeatedly asking for the detail that was promised to me upon purchase, the car comes back washed and vacuumed.Grease stains still there, no cleaning of the interior at all!!!Never trust a car dealership especiallythis one, which should go without saying but of course stupidly I trusted they would follow through.

I chose to buy the Santa Fe Limited due to all the features the suv offers. My salesman John Cuatt was friendly, very knowledgeable, and showed me how to work all the features. Service Department helped make a bad situation so much better!Our Hyundai Veracruz with camper in tow broke down near Tullulah, LA. According to my phone, Jackson, MS had the closest Hyundai dealer, and Wilson Premier had good reviews. Our car and camper were towed to Wilson Sunday night, we caught a ride to Vicksburg, and Monday morning caught an Uber to Wilson Premier.Understanding that it was a Monday morning, and they were slammed, service manager Greg did his best to get me in as soon as possible. Sadly, a new fuel pump was not in stock, so our only choice was to leave the car and camper, rent a vehicle, cancel our campground reservations, find a hotel in Gulf shores, and drive the rental down.Greg fixed us up with a local rental dealer at a very good price, then he even took me personally to pick up the rental. We ended up spending at least 2 hours there in the waiting room; staff was very cordial and checked on us frequently. Even the tech took time to talk to me and listen to details of the breakdown.After leaving Gulf shores, we picked up our repaired Veracruz, hooked up the camper, and headed home with no issues.The price was a little steep, but most of that was the actual fuel pump itself. The labor cost was surprisingly low.!We may never have the chance to take our business to Wilson again, but our experience was super. They helped turn what started out as a disastrous beginning to our vacation into something much better than it could have been.

This place is terrible. I purchased a brand new Hyundai Sonata in 2012 and have had nothing but problems ever since including at least eight recalls and a whole new engine. Hyundai does not care about its customers. After my car messed up again, I brought it here. After $150 bill, the problem was not fixed and I had to pay to tow my car elsewhere (where it was easily fixed).If you enjoy being charged at a rate of $120/hour until they finally figure out the issue, then this is your place. If you prefer a mechanic that is honest and upfront, go elsewhere.

My car has been awaiting warranty approval on a motor for my 2015 hyundai sonata for 6 weeks and still nothing. These people can even get with their people to get answers.

They promise one thing before taking SSN to run credit check once they do it they will show there true color. I took the quotation and said I will cross check and come back to you guys. And suddenly one guy showed up and what is your payment options you are looking for and how much down payment you can do it. And I said I will do around 3000 down and rest finance and looking for payment options for around 260 per month for 72 months and manager said that I can get you around that price and my wife credit score is around 700+. And finally they came up with the numbers 3000 down and 370 per month. And they tricked me to provide SSN (one thing is sure). I dont recommend this dealer to buy car at all.

Im from Michigan, and I was a bit nervous about buying a vehicle from Mississippi, but Wilson Hyundai had the car I wanted (Ioniq) at a good price. Id already contacted several out-of-state dealers, and I was tired of miscommunication, excessive fees, and once, downright dishonesty. None of this happened with Wilson Hyundai. Vance Accardo was responsive, forthright, and fair. Sales Manager Ryan answered in detail all my questions about the paperwork. They arranged for transport at a very fair price. At every turn, Vance was willing to answer my questions and went above and beyond to service the vehicle and have it in perfect shape for me. Yuan was a great salesman. However, the overall process was rushed. The car purchasing process should be easy going and informational; and my experience was anything but that. Due to them rushing the process my paperwork was all wrong. They gave me the incorrect title, which caused me to be inconvenienced when trying to purchase my tag. So I had to take the time out to go back to the dealership so I could be given the correct title information. My contract was also typed incorrectly. My warranty was not included on the original contract so I had to resign a new contract with the info closed. I feel they should take their time and display a little more patience when helping a customer purchase a new vehicle. Made me question if I made the right decision by purchasing a vehicle from Wilson Premier Hyundai.

I purchased a white Hyundai Tucson. I never thought I would like a white vehicle. However, when I saw the one I purchased, it was literally a love at first sight moment. Corny, I know. The grill is so sharp looking. It just looks so great. I love the trim. I really liked that it wasnt chrome. This is a great vehicle. Rides so smoothly, almost feels like gliding. The gas mileage is fantastic! I absolutely love all the safety features. I have them all activated lol. My Hyundai Tucson is just incredible. This was my first time to purchase a vehicle new, and I am so very happy with my purchase. The Wilson Premier Hyundai dealership in Ridgeland, MS has an amazing staff. Warren was very helpful in helping me pick a vehicle based on my likes and dislikes. He listened to what I was looking for and recommend Hyundai Tucson. The day I purchased the vehicle, he thoroughly explained everything to me. He set up my Bluetooth to link to my car and set up my other Hyundai apps as well. I have been telling anyone who will listen how great the Tuscon is! Id definitely recommend Hyundai to anyone. Bought a used car 5 months ago and have had nothing but issues. Sales side refuses to take any responsibility for selling a paper weight labeled as a car. Keep throwing it on the service center to fix the reoccurring issues that they just put a bandaid over, trying to make the car last until I’m out of my 45k mile warranty so they can push another car sale. Have had nothing but bad experiences with this entire company. Would NOT recommend.Since it won’t let me reply, I will reply to you here Lauren. I had decided to switch from Ford to Dodge. I wAnted a Dodge Dakota but the factory had not started making them yet. I had known Doug Wilson a long time so I knew I would get a good product. His daughter Lauren was at the Ridgeland store. I had been talking online with a nice young man Warren Wells. He came and met us at my car. He showed us 2 Santa Fe on the Lot. We were not going to buy buy we decided that day to go ahead and trade Shiek in that is what I call my 2012 Ford Escape. It was a wonderful experience and I love my new 2020 Santa Fe. The second salesperson, Patrick, was very attentive and funny. He made my experience there really good. Butch Bandy, the inventory manager, was very good. He was easy to talk with. He did everything he could to get my busy.

They were very honest. Everything that they said they would do, they did. Since I bought my car on the last day of the month, they were extremely busy, but this did not affect Their attitude or how they treated their customers. They got me out of there as quickly as was possible. The car is great, gets great mileage, and was a fair price.
