I found my dream truck while searching the Internet one night so I sent an interest email to be contacted. I was contacted the very next morning by Mr. Joe Jenkins. He confirmed what I was looking for in a truck and also what I wanted my truck payments to be. I was stuck between doing finance with my bank and Ridgeland Mistsubishi because as like everyone I wanted the best interest rate and finance possible. Joe worked quick to give me the answers I needed and options on how to make this deal go my way with as little stress as possible. After getting both quotes, I still was not satisfied because I wanted them lower. I contacted Joe again and he jumped right on it to see what he could do. After just a few hours, Ridgeland came out on top and help me finance my truck with the payments I wanted and I was ready to ride the next day. Joe and the staff was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them for any future purchase.

I am assuming they removed my comment ! but I was told Friday to bring in my DL and the down payment that i had to offer. I spoke with Jamal whom ever he is SATURDAY ! he first started off as AFTER RUNNING MY CREDIT ! I am not worried about your credit i can get you approved are you able to come down because when we face the face the bank will work with us hours goes by waiting to hear something back he call back to say let me be honest your income not going to get you approved which that is a lie because i went to a REAL DEALERSHIP such as gray Daniels where they cut me deal and got it approved but it went left but anyways i asked how is it my income when i got approved and was put into a car finance it through a bank ! he goes to say they submitted it without proof of income which that is another lie because i seen my income on the documents LOL.. he goes to say he is going to process it without proof of income okay cool hour later I text the woman bre to see where i stood she ask me if i have a $3000 down payment i told her no because that is not what i was told to bring. I closed the deal because the cars that they are offering not worth the down payment !

My experience was extremely pleasant! There were so much done different from other dealerships that I truly appreciated. In fact, this is my first time entering a dealership and truly feeling welcome. The dealership I visited prior to Mitsubishi espoused so much ambiguity I nearly gave up on the car search process. Went in for a routine oil change. I was met at the door by Austin with a comforting smile and warm welcome. Before I could ask a thing he offered to do a full check of my tires and levels of all the other fluids in the truck. As if that wasn’t nice enough he took the truck to be vacuumed too.

Our son has high functioning autism and situations like car shopping can be difficult, their customer services was very kind and understanding. Our salesman Aaron is a great guy. Our issues were NOT his fault or anything he had control over!!!we called to make sure the (used) truck we wanted to look at was there and it was, we drove 100 miles and yes it was out and ready to be looked at and driven so we did. We decided to buy the truck. Keep in mind, I put a large amount of miles on a truck and purchase trucks either every year or every other year. This particular truck was for my son and we (his parents) where going to help him buy his first truck on his own. After we told our salesman we wanted the truck we sat in the dealer ship for 3.5 hrs before we even saw any numbers. Unbelievable!! I told the sales manager up front what I wanted for my trade and what my son could pay and some of that went unheard!Over all, dealership gets a low rating due to appearance and professionalism. And $435 doc fees is a ripoff!! Never have I paid that much and I had just bought me a truck a couple days before this and the doc fee was $150!!!Now we have had the truck for a little over a week and the check engine light is on. I think I’ll just fix my self than even attempt to deal with them again.

To be honest i had Prepared myself mentally for the car dealership experience and some of the bad things people had to say about the dealership but i was caught off guard with a good and fun experience purchasing my wife a new 2022 mitsubishi outlander. I was also informed about another issue that was found & that needed to be taken care of & I was given the choice to decide if I wanted the service performed or not. I needed a tire that wasn’t in stock but they quickly got it delivered & mounted. They were just great all around.

When dealing with gap coverage since my car was totalled out we were directed to a Theresa kempt. She explained to use how she forgot to email my information that I didnt receive when I first purchased my vehicle. She explained how she was overloaded with work. Then when trying to get the information again I was met with a bunch of attitude even to the point the woman raised her voice at me like I was a child. I purchased my vehicle in April the deal was fully completed in may and she had yet to send my information to the gap insurance group. Worst experience in my life. Everyone else was kind. But this woman clearly can not handle the work load she has and customers are the ones to suffer. In all my years of working with the public and dealing with people who work for the public she is by far the worst!

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Ridgeland Mitsubishi within 2 yrs, yes I still have the 1st one which is a 2017 Audi A4 and I just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord which I am in love with!! The representative in a very aggressive and angry manner said yall think you can buy a vehicle with no money down. You cant buy a vehicle if you dont have money . I purchased a vehicle from this place and it took 2 days to get my vehicle. The process and the workers was so long and slow. After 7 months my vehicle put me down. Now its been a year and 4 months and my vehicle has put me down again. Now its back in the shop. They said work time on my vehicle was going to be 5 hour job. Now they say about 5 days or more. What kind of mess is this. Very unprofessional.
