DJ Rainer (our sales associate) was AWESOME!!!! We spent nearly 4 months looking for a vehicle due to us expecting a baby and needing something bigger/safer. We went to multiple dealerships looking for a Tahoe and were treated with nothing but rudeness and disrespect until we found DJ at Mercedes of Jackson! DJ made the buying process seamless and as stress-free as buying a car can be. They were very honest and straightforward. We will definitely be looking at buying from them in the future!
MB of Jackson took a deposit from me for $2500 for a G-class about 18 months ago. They repeatedly told me that they had a allocation for my car in Fall of 2020, but never took my order. When Ive asked, they deny that they have had any allocations for G-wagons, but they clearly have numerous new ones listed on their website, and always offer them at highly marked up values. This seems dishonest to me. The market for these cars is high, but taking deposits for orders, but then not delivering is not the behavior of an authorized dealership.

He never hassled us, answered questions about the vehicle that caught our eye, took us on a test drive and made our purchase easier than ever. First time in a Mercedes Benz service department. I had a minor service completed here. Casey is my service advisor. What a great job she did scheduling me early in the day and following through with all I needed for insurance purposes. Everyone speaks here. You will feel welcome. The service done was quality work. Services is horrible first they hung on me three times and when I called the guy didnt apologize and when you leave a message for Danielle she doesnt call you back I purchased a car not even three years ago and its peeling on the head rest she told my husband that they didnt have anybody to fix it that we would have file under our insurance Im not understanding because the car is still under warranty and why would we have find somebody the rating is a 00000 for service you need people who can communicate better and more polite
THE MOST HORRIFIC ORDEAL HAPPENED TO ME. If I could give zero stars, believe me I would. WARNING. This particular store in Ridgeland, Mississippi does NOT value its African American customers. From the sale of my car to the services provided, was a complete MISTAKE. I purchased the Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 not even 28 days ago. I was completed rushed through the buying process with agent, Raymond Smith, who could barely remember me the day afterwards, let alone CARE about who I was.I was offered a 3 minute test drive, no warranty on the car, all for the vehicle to fault out within just THREE (3) days. While driving the car, raving to family members, the car all of sudden slows, as if it were being controlled by Magneto from XMen. The across the dash reads, Collision Prevention Inoperable, and the check engine light, among several other lights come across the dash. The steering wheel locks up, as if the power steering fluid had been immediately flushed, and now Im almost involved in a full-blown car accident right on the highway.I immediately called the Mercedes-Benz store back to speak with my salmons, Raymond Smith, who still could not remember me until I mentioned my funny, hard-to-pronoun first name. He offered me to bring the car in to services and speak with the Service Manager. (COULD CARE LESS)When I come in to speak with the service Manager, he could care even less. Told me, Oh its just a GLA, its gonna do that., as he attempted to escort me out of the door.So I call Mercedes-Benz back, because, obviously no one wants to physically help. so I explained my situation to the reception who could not wait to transfer me to Services again. They offered to set up a service appointment, TWO WEEKS AWAY from the day I called.After keeping the car for two days, barely responding to my inquiries texts of an ETA, the service agent, CODY WOLF, finally texts me that the sensor in the car needs to be replaced and will cost ME $951.37.When I come in to explain my situation, CODY WOLF immediately brushes me off to find his supervisor to complain that I was irate. When the service supervisor, MOE calls me into his office, he basically tells me that I will have to pay for the services and that no one higher that him can speak with me until the following Monday. it was a Wednesday when I came in. I stepped out of his office to call a Manager above him to better assist me. He and CODY WOLF continued to sit in his office and joke and laugh at me right through his glass office. When I reached the receptionist over the phone, she offered to help and asked me to meet her back inside the store. As I am walking back into the store, MOE, the service supervisor storms me before I can get to the receptionist, screaming, You are going to have to LEAVE before I call the police. he told me I could not have my car and that I must immediately go. This is where I wanted to just loose it, Instead, I replied Ok, Ill leave., before leaving the store altogether.PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Super easy to find and pull into service. Wandered around a bit once in the service bay area which is super nice. Finally felt a little awkward. Had to walk in and ask for a rep. Found that I came at the wrong appt time, but they were willing to work me in. Happy ending.

They damaged my car door, and acted like it was already their, but the manager did offer to fix it. They had to go and view the camera and look to see if it came in like that, but I know my car. On a good note they did take us to go get something to eat lol.

Meh. Spent $149 to have MBrace reprovisioned so my new to me wagon could use MBrace. The dealer never checked to see if it was a successful procedure. When I picked it up I was told it was good to go. I should have been smart enough to trust but verify in the parking lot, but I did not. When I returned home, greater than 100 miles away, it did not work. I thought I needed to call MBrace again as stated on the work order. After several calls to MBrace, who had already set up the account and sent me to the dealer in the first place, it was determined the dealership never called MBrace to verify EIN of the onboard cellular modem. The procedure requires this in a previously owned vehicle according to MBrace. This correlates with several accounts on several MB forums. When I called the service manager, Julie King, she agreed I would have to bring it back but rather than agreeing to verify the procedure was performed correctly as MBrace keeps records of dealer interaction and there were no interactions for the reprovisioning, she immediately suggested my MBrace modem could be bad and diagnostic charges would be involved. So, bottom line is more money to cover the probable incorrectly performed reprovisioning that I have already paid for. Anyone can search the MB forums to see this is a common problem and why the dealer won’t just agree to recheck the work already paid for and “signed off” as complete before checking function is a mystery. Pride is a terrible thing. It is fine to be human and screw up what is apparently a very complex procedure per MBrace technical support, but to then say the computer said it was done so it must be done correctly is unacceptable. It is not like MB won’t make money in the future off the subscription, so why even charge for the reprovisioning. I might possibly try another dealer, but maybe this is a sign MBrace ain’t all it is cracked up to be. Certainly this dealership is not. My 5th MB but only my 2nd with any interaction with this dealer. It all comes rushing back. So sad.Update Jun28th. After getting Mercedes Benz USA involved, it got completed with no extra charge. The service manager told me the technician reported a functional system at the first visit. Simply not true, but I have no idea whether the tech misrepresented the functionality or if the service manager was winging it. It clearly was not true. In any event, the tone of the conversation changed completely after the involvement of the national office. I thank them for their help. It took another 200 mile round trip and 3h, but it functions.
Simply put, the management of this entity results in a consumer nightmare. We are a “car’ family owning primarily exotics. Now having 3 boys we decided to move from our 17 MBS550 cabriolet (nice but limited and divided rear seating) to a SUV. We decided on a G Class as and had specific color preferences. Just had to drop a vehicle off for some service work but the service writers were very nice and professional.
The salesman was great but they got me when time to sign paperwork. They charge you $245 for VIP rewards meaning a charge for them to add on. Also I received a higher interest rate than was told to me and I have excellent credit. Did not realize I signed off on this until I got home. They did not tell me anything except where to sign.

I would give Casey Deason 10 stars if I could. For years she has been 100% on top of things when we bring our cars in for service appointments. She returns calls within minutes, she is so efficient and organized and she makes the process so easy!!
Very disappointed with the service. I have a new GL350 and had my first oil change. Called the service department to get help resetting the service light and they said they didnt know the sequence and didnt even try to find out. Very disappointing after spending 75,000 on vehicle just 3 months ago.

I’ve done business with service and sales dept of four MB dealerships: Gainesville FL, Macon GA, Nashville TN and Jackson MS. I have always had remarkable customer service from all of them except Jackson MS. HORRIBLE customer service and incredibly overpriced service. Quoted $2400 for brake replacements and got a quote at Mavis for $500 for same exact parts and service. You are out of your mind if you think i am paying OVER FOUR TIMES the amount for the same service. it would be one thing if they went above and beyond in friendliness and even slightly cared about such a price difference but they do not at all. The final quote actually came out to be $500 more than the estimate they gave me due to “shop fees and supplies”. I did not get even so much as a smile from any of the employees. They also wanted to charge me $150 just to LOOK at my front windows that were making a squeal sound, not even to repair it, just to LOOK at it!!!! That is highway robbery. Also had to pay $50 just for them to LOOK at my brakes. I said “no thank you” for getting my repair done there and will permanently take my business elsewhere. What a waste of 50 bucks. I would rather go way out of my way and get service done at New Orleans or Birmingham just so i can get the customer service that i expect as a loyal MB owner. If it weren’t for the other locations treating me so well i would certainly not even be a MB customer. I Do NOT recommend shopping or getting service done at this location.
Young Professional Women Beware!!!! Very disappointed with the unethical treatment received from service department. My daughter scheduled a 40,000 service and was presented with a bill in excess on $1,000. She questioned the bill and was told that this was customary charges for this service. She paid and left. When considering 50,000 service she contacted Mercedes dealership on the Coast. She questioned the cost and was surprised the it was significantly lower than what she had paid in Jackson. My husband called Mercedes-Benz of Jackson and requested charge for the service she received and was told between $450-$550. I called Service Director to question the discrepancy. I wasinformed by Mrs. King that she received the B service which included wiper bladed replaced, air filter in cabin replaced and brake fluid added. So this cost $500??? I was not satisfied with her response and lack of concern so I contacted general manager Mr. Duais. He immediately reassured me that the amount she was charged was not correct and stated that he was headed to the dealership and would look into it immediately and call directly back. He didnt. I called Saturday, he was out of office and would check on it first thing Monday morning. Still nothing. I called again. He responded with a text requesting me to email him my complaint. I did. Still nothing. He finally called back Tuesday at around 3:00. He was with the service director and he told me that since my daughter had missed a service, which she had not, that they combined the 30,000 service with the 40,000 service and this was the reason for the increase. I stated that she had only requested 40,000 service. I also questioned why I got three different reasons for the upcharge. 1. the original service man stated the charges were customary 2. the service director reported that the increase was because the wiper bladed had been replaced, air filter replaced and brake fluid added 3. general manager told me they combined two services. The General Manager did not have an explanation. He reminded me that he was so concerned that he gave me his personal cell number. I reminded him that not once did he honor the call that he promised to make. I expressed that I was not satisfied and he stated that he didnt think there was any pleasing me. I informed him that I would continue my quest for an answer if he didnt provide one. He questioned me and asked if I was threatening his job??? I never said anything to that effect. I just informed him of my intentions. I told him that I had a right to complain. He stated it was my daughters fault for paying the bill. I told him that she trusted the dealership and that the assumption should be that they would be fair and reasonable. He promised to look into the matter. He called back and stated that it couldnt be proven that she didnt request two services so he offered her a free oil change. He missed the point entirely. We werent asking for a freebie; we wanted and deserve answers. I would proceed with caution when using Mercedes-Benz of Jackson. I feel that my 23 year old daughter was taken advantage of; buy beware!!!!I did notice that the only responses posted are from positive review!?!?

Buying our Mercedes was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Joseph Bass listened to what we were looking for and had the car details pulled up along with the keys when we arrived at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. My wife and I just returned from Mercedes-Benz of Jackson. It was our first experience working with a Mercedes-Benz franchise for a new vehicle. Based on our experience, we can not recommend this store.There appeared to be some miscommunication with Sales and Management. We took time off work to come in and finalize our deal, so we were upset and disappointed when it was rejected. We asked to speak with the GM and he reviewed all of the correspondence from the Sales department. When we finished, he provided a revised offer that was not what we initially agreed, but within several hundred dollars. We asked if he could give us a couple of minutes in private to discuss his offer.He spoke to us about working with owner to build a high level of customer service and to let him know when we finished. When we asked to speak with him, he was nowhere to be found and left us sitting in the showroom, so we left.It was not an easy decision after spending hours working with sales, arranging financing, test driving, and coordinating schedules. This was valuable time well never get back.After todays experience, well be looking at other luxury brands. If we do purchase a Mercedes-Benz product, it will not be from this store.
We did our research and went to Ridgeland looking to downsize to a new (or newer used) GL 350 SUV. Steve Blackledge showed us what we thought we were looking for and the available GL 450’s. We did a couple of test drives and Steve went over all the options and the pros and cons for our individual needs. He searched other dealerships for the one we were looking for, but didn’t find one. He explained ordering exactly what we wanted, gave us info to think about. He never pressured us to make a decision. We returned two days later to possibly order the vehicle and he showed us a new GLS 450. It was perfect! Also over the last two years we have the Old GL450 services by them, Michael Griffing is my POC he is also outstanding. Great Dealership. Thanks. Pricing was fair, service was excellent. The experience was enjoyable to a degree I have never experienced purchasing an automobile. I am happy to say that purchasing my Benz through this dealership was not a hassle at all. Even the atmosphere was pleasant. Bought a 2015 suburban, 4 year old vehicle. Owned it for 2 months and the transmission went completely out in it. Sometimes these things happen but I would expect a certified used vehicle from a nice company like this to be thoroughly gone through before being sold.
Pam Martin has been taking care of me since I bought my first vehicle in March 2008. Since then, Ive bought 5 vehicles from Mercedes-Benz. I will never go anywhere else. Not only are the vehicles amazing, the staff and the service is impeccable. Theyve always been willing to work with me and give me the best price. When I leased a car earlier this year and later decided I wanted to go back to the SUV, they gave me a good deal on purchasing the SUV even though I was upside down on the lease. While on an RV trip we had a problem with our Sprinter just outside of Jackson. We called MB of Jackson, and Kent told us he could have someone look at our vehicle that day. They were extremely helpful, explained the issue, and were able to fix it that afternoon. They will shuttle waiting customs to nearby restaurants, and the dealership has a nice waiting area and also a gym on site. We were relieved to be in and out in a few hours, and very pleased with the service we received.

You get the impression everyone working there cares about you and your vehicle. Beautiful showroom for cars both new and old. I owned a 1961 Mercedes 40 or so years ago and seeing the older Mercedes cars in the showroom brings back some fond memories. It was a great experience being at the dealership with my new Mercedes. Kudos to Pam Martin and her team at Mercedes-Benz of Jackson. I was delighted to be able to test drive a vehicle under no pressure to commit. We were able to negotiate a reasonable trade-in price and her team went to great lengths finding the best lender and finance rate. I was most impressed when Pam went the extra mile after the deal closed and assisted with removing the seat covers from the trade-in. Pam could have easily gone home, yet she chose to stay and help the customer to the very end. If you are in the market for a new/pre-owned vehicle at M-B of Jackson, I highly recommend Pam Martin. I drove past this place while on my way somewhere else. Google apparently thinks I visited even though I was probably going thirty mph as I passed. Nice looking building is about all I can say since I dont ever have a need to go there
Buyer Beware: When buying a certified MB here, make sure you drive and inspect the car at length. Just remember things might have changed since the inspection report took place . In my case I was clear with them that the car was vibrating as soon as the car was driven and and was worse with higher speeds. It turns out that one tire needed replacing and one tire had a flat fixed . In addition the front two rims turned out to need repair and the alignment was off.To be clear this car was delivered to me and was not able to test drive it in advance. However, I let the idea that it was certified trick me into believing that the car would be great from the start. Of course attempts were made to have this all addressed with my sales agent Anthony to no effect. When all of this was brought up pictures of the car at night were sent to me . The tire damage could barely be seen in the day light without close inspection and tires could not be diagnosed as problematic w/o additional equipment at my local MB dealer.from sales to management this purchase was a disappointment . What makes it worse was is was a MB that I was buying. Initially, when the car arrived dusty on the inside and and clearly dirty on the outside it was surprising though not a let down . When no one from management tried to reach out to me after all that was happening, it was a failed buying experience. In the end I wish I had read the reviews on here and simply negotiated the outcome better and understood not to trust them as a dealership.

My Sales Consultant, Raymond Smith, could not have been better. He made the entire experience pleasant, while demonstrating knowledge, character, and a no-pressure attitude. Raymond listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and he delivered. After comparing multiple vehicles at different places, I found Mercedes-Benz of Jackson to have the best value on the vehicle I was searching for.The new facility is very impressive, and everyone that I encountered there was very friendly and accommodating.

We were traveling through Jackson when suddenly my windshield washer malfunctioned. I phoned the Mercedes dealership and asked if they could possibly get me in for a quick inspection. About an hour later my vehicle was returned with the washer motor replaced and the vehicle was washed and detailed. What a wonderful dealership and each employee I spoke with was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

This was my first time visiting the dealership to get service done on my vehicle. It is a very nice facility. Overall, the issue that I had with my vehicle (door trimming plate had come apart) was resolved. My issue with the service department stems from having to repeat what I needed to have fixed over and over again to three different people. I kept getting directed to someone else that I would have to walk outside and show my vehicle to. The second person, the “express guy” (as I was told), recommended that I just get some glue and fix it myself because, as he stated, “This is a whole piece and shouldn’t have come off. So you’re going to have to get some type of adhesive”. Really? The last person that I talked with was extremely helpful and ultimately got the part replaced. It didn’t take long at all. I also think that there should be a receptionist at the service entrance to direct you to someone in that department. When I walked in, I had to just stand there for a while until someone at one of desks acknowledged me.

Kate Houston was highly recommended by a friend, and I see why. She was kind, personable and professional our entire purchasing experience. OMG this is the best Mercedes dealership ever went in to buy my new Mercedes and they were just awesome Thomas Korn was my salesperson he was great and there was a young man named Phil that have been their 24 years he was just delightful the person that did my paperwork I dont remember his name but kudos to this dealership. I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle when I visited. However, the salesman (Pernell Moore) was so kind and helpful that I couldnt pass up the deal. He explained everything fully and made my decision easy. The entire staff was very courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. I am very satisfied with my Mercedes. I had an appointment for an oil change last week. It took over 2 hours. Yesterday I got a message about the battery. I phoned as soon as the dealership opened. Left messages for the young lady that handles my service schedule with no response after 5 calls????
