This is the worse place to purchase a vehicle. These people will hold your drivers’ license hostage to make a sale. Once they sell the car to you they will LIE as though they have sent the money to the DMV in Louisiana to purchase your tags. Sheryl in the License and Tags Department is NASTY and INCOMPETENT!!!!She (Sheryl) avoids calls after she has LIED numerous times about sending “temporary tags.”The manger does not follow up when he is left messages. Buy your Acura in Shreveport or Dallas...DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

My recent visit with this dealership was very helpful. The service manager Mr. Jody Cummins was very helpful in putting my mind at ease when i had questions concerning the transmission in my mdx. He advised me what to watch out for in the future and went on a test drive with me to discuss the issues. I appreciated his personal attention to my issue.

Bought from here in December and driven the vehicle 4K miles. Have had nothing but issues since week one. $3,800 has been put into the vehicle and the issues are still on going. Obviously, the warranty they pushed me on has not covered a single thing.

Service technician today was rude, gave short options and answers and suggested inflated options for a nail in a tire that did not penetrate the tread to even infer a new tire may be needed. First visit with my four month 2021 MDX was not a good one.

Drove 2 hours from out of town to get here, made an early AM appointment. Was not told not to fill up car so the could service fuel pump issue, so they couldnt work on that.We left in loaner so they could work on other issue. Was not told that if we got a loaner it voided our early morning appointment place in line. When we came back that afternoon they hadnt even started working on our car...because we had a loaner...ok. Total lack of communication. As a first time customer, how would I know those things? We will not be coming back.

Easy to do business with and our salesman Mark Jones was courteous and professional. The vehicle I purchased was clean and ready upon arrival. Excellent service!!! I took my car in for a recall on mytail light. It took 3 hours to fix, but they had a 2019 Acura available for me use. It took less time to fix it than estimated. They called me as soon as it was ready. I walked in, paper work was printed and ready to be signed, and in 5 minutes I was on my way. It was great! Highly recommend Acura if Jackson!!!!

If I could give 0 I would — went in to look at a used vehicle to pay cash for — got talked into looking into something new and trade my car in — kept asking me over and over questions I had already answered about money I had to put down or where I wanted my note to be and kept trying to talk me into a car I repeatedly said I didn’t want and couldn’t afford — texted me about coming in and talking numbers again and I said I wanted to know numbers before I can back up there to waste my time and never heard back from them — most awful experience ever and I’ve bought about 15 cars in my life — never ever ever ever ever will go back here and I’ll never recommend anyone else
The service department is A+. They are very courteous and professional. They keep you informed on what is going on with your car. The service area is very clean.
Everyone we worked with was very nice and were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. The staff worked with us to come up with an option that was good for our budget. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we were there for about 6 hours. I believe that process could have been shortened considerably time wise. Overall the end result was good and I was pleased with the outcome.
My plan was to visit a few dealerships before making a car purchase because I couldn’t decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. After visiting the Acura dealership first, I had no reason to look any further. My salesman, Eric Stallworth, was professional, courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased. He took his time to make sure we understood all of the features of the vehicle, and I didn’t feel the pressure to buy. I was also very satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Mack in the Finance Department.

Great and friendly service! I had to take my car in for two recalls and everyone was so friendly and got me in and out. The new place is very nice with a theatre room, Starbucks machine, and much more to make your visit enjoyable! I just wish their service prices were a little lower so I wouldn’t have to take my car to the Honda dealership for an oil change!

Acura of Jackson service department is one of the best around. Dropping off and picking up my car is so easy and stress free. James is an amazing service rep who makes sure I have everything I need when dropping off my car and makes sure I understand any issues that may be coming up on my car or extra services that have been done on my car.Acura is a great car brand and I have enjoyed all Acura models that we have purchased since 1989, but the service department is what keeps us Acura customers. They treat us like family instead of headaches they want to get rid of.

Love the customer service at Acura of Jackson. When I pulled in for service the line was very long. The associate met me at my car with a smile and begin processing my information so that I would not have to wait in my car. Once inside you have options of where to wait. They have a snack bar that is phenomenal. Love the chocolate chip cookies. The atmosphere is well kept and the employees are very courteous.

I called Tommie at Acura on a Saturday morning inquiring about a truck. She worked hard all day to get the price I needed and had the truck ready to be picked up that evening. She and others stayed after closing time to make sure our paperwork was completed and the truck was fueled so we could take it home. The experience was fantastic. I had to have it towed because it wouldn’t crank at all. Jumping it off didn’t work with. Dead battery cell so they replaced the battery. Went further and found why it went dead. Another computerized control item was staying on thus killing the battery. They replaced all of it free of charge. It’s still under warranty. They have been real good to us even though we didn’t buy the vehicle from them. Thank you!!!!
Update:Had a problem before.The service manger was so nice and listened to what I was complaining about what they didnt fix so He told to bring it back.Now they are fixing the problem.Other places would tell you Thats Your Problem.They are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure doing business with.They were not pushy they let you decide on what was right for you.Tommie, the sales lady was absolutely fantastic and the financial manager was very caring and they both worked very hard to see that you was completely satisfied with the whole transaction and the vehicle.Thanks so much for all yall did for us,we couldnt be more happier.We love the BUGJames Maddox

My experience at Acura of Jackson was a good experience. I was given a loaner and was contacted when my car was ready. After paying my bill, I noticed I was charged for the rental so I called the service advisor (which is who handled my visit) and let him know. He was very apologetic and gave me a written promise for a discount for the next visit, which would counter the rental and it’s tax. All employees there were polite!
Drove up for appointment to a very organized, clean facility. Manager was very friendly and had super communicative skills. Gave me a price and wait time. Wait area was very comfortable with various areas to sit and relax. Did not mind the wait, received detailed reports on vehicle. Very good experience.
Purchased vehicle and realized afterwards something was wrong with it. Called several times to get fixed and they are refusing to complete service. They don’t return phone calls or etc., definitely will not be getting my business nor will I recommend anyone to them.

I just got my car fixed by them after 3 months of avoiding it and trying to go the cheap way(sigh) I got tired of my car going into limp mode but I’m glad I went even though I didn’t purchase my car through them I feel my car was treated no different Arthur was very professional and I didn’t worry once I dropped my car off and the problem with my car is solved and it feels good to ride in my car again... oh and i got a car wash👍🏽

We arrived intent on looking hard but planned to return on a weekday after we spoke to our a Credit Union. The initial Salesman? Eric ? Was professional and polite. He handed us off to an equally professional and trusted contemporary, Fredrick B, when a current client arrived. They both were well versed in the vehicles. They were not pushy but informative and deftly moved the process along. They understood our situation and positioned the RDX and MDX well. The Zero .99 APR even allowed us to finance it at the dealer immediately and not have to go back to the Credit Union. They topped off the gass and detailed it while Mr. Mack worked on the paperwork. He positioned the extended warranties and we closed out a happy and as comfortable a process is I have ever had over 30 years of purchasing vehicles. Very pleased with the experience !!

I was greeted and quickly seen by Elizabeth, who had a technician looking at my MDX within minutes. In 30 minutes time my SUV was taken for service and I was driving a loaner home.The following day my SUV was ready to go and Elizabeth communicated with me in a timely fashion.Great experience!
The service and attention to detail was exceptional as always. Wade my service representative was very informative of the repairs and timely updates on the status of the repair and recommendations for potential work repairs that eventuall needs to worked. The only negative take away is the fact that the loaner vehicle program is no longer complimentary as it has been in times past, but came with a $25 fee.
