I replaced my tires, had my oil changed, replaced some filters and replaced my brake fluid. The folks there were easy to work with and gave me a really good deal for the work I had done. The shuttle driver that brought me to work was interesting and professional.

Kyle is AMAZING! So friendly, so willing to help, and went out of his way to expedite my order since I was making my way home when I had an issue with my car. My car was in the shop for a week and they gave me a fantastic loaner, communicated with me frequently, and were just generally helpful.On my road trip back home, a problem arose after leaving the shop. Greetings! Everyone of the Honda team members which I made contact with appeared to be great at what they did and had great customer service skills. Specifically Mr. Kenny was one man who was not only friendly and courteous but willing to go the extra mile. Individuals such as Mr. Kenny and the other team members are great reasons to travel about 1 hour and forty five minutes to get an oil and filter change. Chris Bryan was my service advisor and he was wonderful. I went in for a warranty issue regarding the chrome grille on my 2019 Honda Accord Sport. Chris was exceptional. I am currently active duty military and I have travelled all over the US, my family and I have always been Honda owners but I would like to point out that this dealership has been by far the best we have seen. The level of professionalism and politeness was amazing. When I got there, there was about 5 cars ahead of me I was thinking it was going to take awhile, I was wrong it did not take that long at all. One could tell he had been injured, but he had a sweet smile and was courteous even to other employees. He and everyone we encountered were very friendly and so awesome to work with. The BEST Honda dealership in the state of Mississippi! I always receive a great experience when I come to get my car serviced. I came in for an oil change and the staff took care of me and my car every step. The technician that greeted me, Eric Dawson, was extremely professional. He makes the experience personal and does not make me feel like a customer. When I finished with my oil change, he gave me my inspection sheet and went thoroughly over it with me. He made sure that I knew what my car needed and how I can take care of it. I will always come to this Honda dealership. Highly recommended 10/10!

In the last couple of weeks, I had the occasion to speak to three different parts team members and two service writers, on a number of small issues. All were great, professional, helpful and quick. Bernardo LaCosta has been on the service team for years, and he has always been helpful. This week was no exception. Sometimes you really need to go to the dealership. When you do, ask for Bernardo. Being a service writer in a large dealership that stays consistently busy must be a thankless job many days. You would never know that from Bernardo. Well done.

As a Honda Owner, formerly 2005 Civic Hybrid, and now Pilot, I have used Patty Peck Honda continuously and have always had good service that I trust. This week I picked up a bolt in one of my tires while driving at night. I went in mid morning and The Service Manager, Shay Woodard, took the car in immediately and I was out the door with the tire repaired within 20 minutes at a very reasonable service fee.
My Honda Pilot needed A1 maintenance performed, so I took it to Patty Peck Honda, where I had purchased it. Shay Woodard came out to meet me, and was courteous and professional. She talked TO me, not just at me, as happens so often. I was very pleased with the overall trip.
Nice to deal with pleasant people at a business. Shaina was very cordial to deal with in the Service Department. Appreciate their attitude and interaction. Will be back!

Recently I brought my wife’s 2003 Honda CRV for an oil change and tire rotation. It was busy but did not take long at all. Waiting area was clean and had complimentary drinks for the customers . It’s a great value considering you get the multi point inspection from a certified Honda technician and my service advisor Shaina was helpful all the way from check in to delivery. Also they wash your car and vacuum it, that’s something that’s hard to find anywhere else.
Shay Woodard was the Sales professional that handled my visit, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable, she not only handled my initial problems but made appropriate suggestions and saw to it that everything was handled as quickly and completely. Today’s visit was a scheduled recall appointment to have my fuel pump replaced on my CRV. While there, I also requested 24K maintenance. Upon arrival I was told the fuel pump was ordered two weeks ago when the appointment was made. Bernardo La Costa, my service advisor, went above and beyond the call of duty to see that my fuel pump got replaced that day and my CRV was serviced. Bernardo was the service advisor that helped me out. He was able to get me in and out in a day solving my problem. He did warn me initially that it could take up to 2 days but, he was able to make it happen in 1 day. Will definitely return to Patty Peck for all my cars maintenance needs!
Working with Bernardo Lacosta is amazing. He helps me every time I come in and often applies available discounts on my service. He is very personable, we talk about our families and personal lives. Im so impressed with his dedication, he has come back to work following hip replacement surgery and gets around with a rolling walker for safety as his recovery progresses. Despite this added difficulty, he is the personification of attentive and friendly service, a good explainer of work needed or done, and a reason I want to return for my next service visit.

Patty Peck is always very thorough but never leaves you waiting for extended periods of time. I had a blowout pretty late in the afternoon but they got me in and out within 2 hours, towed my car, a new tire and a warranty for it. They take care of their customers!:)

I purchased my 2012 Honda Accord at Patty Peck. I have been faithful to go to Patty Peck for all my regular maintenance needs. Yesterday, I had my oil changed and my transmission fluid changed. And, as usual, that work was done well. However, as I got into my car to leave, I immediately noticed that the carpet was still dirty. Yes, it was evident that someone had tried to vacuum it, but they werent very diligent about it. This is the third time in a row now this has taken place and I have left my service event disappointed. I dont know who would be responsible for that task, but they need to know that their job is important to Patty Peck. They are the only face of Patty Peck that I saw yesterday, and I left disappointed. Please forgive my complaint, because I am very pleased with Patty Peck and recommend you to others. But still, I left disappointed. Thank you for listening.

I had a coupon for an oil and filter change as well as tire rotation.When I drove up, I was met immediately and I went to the waiting area.In a while the technician, Chris Massey, found me and said, For an old model, (2004 Accord) your car is in good shape. We took care of the oil change and inflated and rotated the tires.Now here is the point when I expected a list of other things recommended for service. However, that did not happen.They only did what my coupon covered.What a wonderful experience. Thank you!
