I have a great experience every time I go there. Heidi is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and takes care of every customer like they are family. Her technician Jaime is does really good work. I have never had an issue with them or the work they do. Never Doing Business with Car Care Clinic in Ridgeland again. I have been doing business with them for many years but after todays experience I wont ever set foot back in the place. They have incompetent employees that break your stuff and instead of the manager apologizing for what happened he seemed dismissive of their actions.So here is the deal I went there for my regular oil change service and after awhile waiting one of the employees comes out with a dirty cabin filter asking me if I wanted it changed. I politely said no after asking what it was going to cost because I already perform this task myself and had some filters in my shop that I bought at Auto Zone. So to start with I gave them no permission to go in my glove box department and use tools to disassemble a part of my dashboard to get access to that filter. So after I left Car Care Clinic I went back to my shop to change the filter myself when I discovered the Employee of Car Care Clinic had broken the small door tab to the compartment that holds the filter. Also, what really ticked me off is he just shoved the original filter back in the wrong way. Anyway after making my way back to Car Care Clinic and complaining only expecting an apology they dismissed me by saying Sir have a good day. I no longer trust this business with my property

I always go here for my oil changes and car needs! They’re the best! Heidi at the counter is always so sweet and explains everything I need to know so well! The ONLY place I go in town!

They get the work done but grossly overcharge. Their receipts are not itemized to show labor costs to keep you fooled. I was charged over $600 to install a part I later found out only cost about $50. I pray I have no other issues with my car but if I do I will not return to the Car Care Clinic.

This place will get all of my future car maintenance business. I waited on a minor repair in the lobby and was impressed on their attitude and professionalism when dealing with other customers while I was there. Was refreshing to observe how they deal with their customers and do business.

I scheduled an appointment online as referred by whomever I called at the store. I put name email phone etc. I also explained in the comments box I needed an oil change. I scheduled this about 11Am for a 4PM appointment. The appointment was confirmed on the website. I show up at 4 and was told oh you cant schedule an oil change. Nothing about this in the schedule tool. No one called to say sorry you will have to leave your car here all day. Just horrible customer service in an environment where scheduling is a must. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I recently had a tire replaced on my wife’s car at care clinic in ridgeland, ms off hwy 51 and Mr. Frank was extremely helpful! He was very patient and knowledgeable throughout my process. I would recommend anyone to come to this location for their car needs. This location now has my loyalty and I will always come here for any of my car needs.

All I can say is WOW! Car Care Clinic in Ridgeland was great. I take my truck there all the time and they always do there best work and keep things so professional. Heidi is the manager there and she kept me very informed about my truck. She was great to me and her team was awesome they would see things that would be leading to future problems and got them taken care of. It’s truly a car care clinic. I have always had excellent service here. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. Have never felt swindled or that I paid for something we did not need. Recommend it highly.

My daughter broke down near their store. She had a busted hose and needed coolant/water in order to get home. The young lady at the front counter was kind enough to help her out by giving her a jug of water to get her on her way. I live 2.5 hours North and there was nothing I could do quickly so I am very thankful to this young lady. If I am ever in that area and have need of vehicle service, this will for sure be my first stop!

I thoroughly appreciated the honesty of their diagnosis of my cars brake issue and a front tire issue.

Staff on the phone said that they could get right to my service. When I arrived 5 minutes later they were backed up and a waiting list. I don’t mind their being busy but don’t tell someone on a tight time frame that you can take them immediately.

I went there twice for an oil change the first time I went the guy asked me if I wanted regular or synthetic. I told him synthetic. It was a great experience so I went again. This time I remember telling the lady at the cash register I would like synthetic so she charged me for it but they gave me regular which I didn’t find out until I went to a new place for my oil change.. On top of all that I took a whole trip after my oil change thinking everything was all fine.. Lucky them my car didn’t have any noticeable problems or they would have the biggest law suit because them being “professionals” should have known.. I hear stories care care clinics, in general, messing up people’s cares all the time. Now I’ve experienced them first hand.. I’m never going back. If they can mess up something as simple as a oil change I can’t trust them with nothing else.

Terrible customer service!! They arent friendly to women at all. I went there just to get some air in my tires and could not even get serviced for that. I waited 10 minutes just for someone to ask me what I needed and when I told the guy he said I would have to wait. I would not recommend any women to this location!! This is the only one that I have experienced terrible customer service at twice now!!

Recently relocated to MS and needed oil change & tire rotation for my truck. After calling Dodge dealerships in the area and getting an almost rude greeting, I wound up in someones voicemail.Found Car Care Clinic as an alternative - good experience all around:- very courteous staff- waiting area nice- easy to use coupon from websiteOnly reason not a 5 rating is that my needs today were pretty basic. Will certainly keep them in mind next time.

Needed new tires and alignment. Went to firestone Madison at 8 AM, by seven PM they had not even started working on my truck! Gave the business to these folks. I can honestly say my 11 year old truck has never driven smoother or better... and they beat the others by over 300 bucks! Highly recommend CCC for tires and alignment!

I had a great experience. Montrell was the best. If you need service work done go and see him personally, and you will receive perfect service.

Got me back on the road fast and at a fair price.

Disappointing experience. Totally pissed. I feel like they decided what I needed to do versus me being in charge of my money. I pray they never see me again.

Fast and keep you in the loop

I was at this location a couple of weeks ago and have not had a chance to write anything yet. The fact that I still remember the good service I recieved should say a lot anyway. There was a young lady (Heidi Jones) running the lobby and she was amazing. I watched her treat every single customer that walked in like they were her only customer. She was friendly and efficient. The work I had done on my car was done right and at a very reasonable rate. I will definately be a returning customer

They tried to charge $400 for a $40 part that ended up taking me about 30 minutes to install. Now im all for paying for labor but dont ya think $360 is a bit much for a half hour job? Not to mention everytime they push the finish day back atleast one. People work. We cant just call out of work on monday because you decide instead of finishing on saturday (like you said) you wont be done until monday. OVERPRICED and slow. Dont recommend.

A little over-priced compared to other 10-minute oil change locations, and they left grease on my seats after a tire rotation.

They put 20 weight in my 30 year old vehicle and over tightened the filter to the point I had to tear it apart down to the threads.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for years. My F250 diesel is currently in shop with turbo issues related my air filter being replacecompletely stopped up with dirt. Care care clinic has charged me this year to change it. Obviously it has not been replaced in years.. manager Heidi was irritated that i confronted her with the ole filter to explain why she was losing all my business. I left there without an apology or plan to fix their “ small oversight “ as she called it!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!
