I have been going to the location in Ridgeland off county line for 5yrs now. The owner Micheal wouldnt have it any other way. Hes always smiling, very attentive to your concerns, gets you in and out, friendly mechanics. Omg, the Honey display......his father is only the #1honey maker around these parts, lol! And get this his sister makes soap and oils...out of the Honey! (Yes, I know) One, might could consider it a one stop shop! I promise you will never want to get your minor car repairs anywhere else.

My experience with Michael was negative from the start. I requested help with regard to a repair for which I had the part. Plus i wanted his team to do an oil change. He started giving reasons for refusing to install the part for which i understood re: warranty concerns. He reluctantly schedules me for 12 noon for “his team to take a look”. i called and requested a move to 12:30 and he goes negative,, ”no, we are swamped”. First, I said Ok. Then after thoughtful consideration, I cancelled all together. This is why Amazon and others drive toward automation with service. As a Veteran I felt disrespect and disregard. Thanks but, no thanks! I depend on the Garletts family to take care of me on the road and give me the best price for the work done on my car and truck. I have never been disappointed!! Every employee is courteous and most accommodating of my time and schedule.

Ive only dealt with them through our business, but the office manager is very helpful and quick to let you know the problems and fix.

These guys (Michael) are good...gave me a best/worse case price estimate on work, w/$150 difference between high/low. Price came in @ $4.29 over the low, including tax...took it back next day for a noise ???, hey racked it up & took care of it immediately...btw, this is on a 15 year old Chev. Ill go back here!

Excellent service and the best prices Ive found. Just watch out for the steep entrance to the parking lot as its easy to scrape if you drive a low riding car.

The only place I get my car worked on, not only are they Fast and Professional, they do not try and up sell you on junk you dont need, Customer service is 2nd to none!

They actually check the small things that you think every other place does check.These guys even noticed a VERY TINY water leak for me.
