My sales person was Nick. I’m not sure he would give me 5 stars but I tried his patience and he survived. I needed all appliances to freshen up a second home sadly neglected for over 20 years. I expected good pricing on a large sale. That said I was shopping while inventory was low everywhere. So we spoke by phone for many hours over 2 1/2 days. Long story short I got what I needed…with all of the attributes I was needing. Pricing was competitive if not cheapest but considering the industry circumstances I was lucky and happy.My very highest recommendation goes to Cesar who singlehanded delivered all of these pieces. He is a treasure. No nonsense. Does his job better than anyone I’ve seen. He left me feeling that I’d made a good choice with this company

Great store and staff. Everyone was nice and friendly. The most amazing was Cesar he delivered my fridge so fast and easy. The fridge I pick was 420 pounds. Cesar didn’t need help. The best delivery I had in my life !!! The best part that it was next day delivery. We need more stores like this.

Overall AMAZING!! Our old refrigerator suddenly died and was too expensive to fix. We walked into the Riverside store at noon, and btw they have quite a selection of refrigerators! Our new fridge was delivered the same day, only a few hours later! Ozzie was awesome and just wait till you meet the delivery guy Cesar!! Very fine, hard working young man!! He was awesome!!

These guys are really great! My fiance and I got a Samsung washer and dryer set delivered to our house near Crestline for less than the other appliance outlets we looked at. They scheduled delivery a lot sooner that the other stores would have as well. Ceaser delivered the set, and was really fast and professional about the delivery and installation. Well definitely make this our first choice for any other appliances we need!

Not only did we find matching Whirlpool appliances we paid half compared to other retailers. Additionally, Tony, the representative took personal care of us and made sure we had exactly what we were looking for installed next day.The Appliances looked amazing in our new kitchen, thanks to these guys.

The Appliance Outlet customer service was great, from the Girl who helped me Lupita to the Delivery Man Rene. They had in stock the Refrigerator that I was looking for in stock and was able to deliver it to my Home within a couple of Days. I will be coming back to purchase our washer & Dryer in the near future.

I bought several appliances that have been broken the dishwasher door didn’t close I had to call the manufacturer to fix it. They sold me a stove that is dented and scratched on top. When trying to resolve the issue the owner Tony told me I should have checked it in the store and no refund even though they assured me there is a one year warranty. Beware when you buy from this company.

This place is right off the freeway very close and has a fair amount of refrigerators and washers but I found them all to be a little bit pricey especially since some of them had scratches on them and dance in them or on them and they were still around $1,500 its an outlet store but thats not an outlet price because I can buy a brand new refrigerator with no dance and no scratches for about the same price maybe a little bit more so for me the trip was a waste because I would not be spending that kind of money on an item that has a dent in the front or a scratch on the door where you can see it its different it had a little dent on the side where nobody would see it or even a scratch at the bottom on the side but these are right in front of my door so Im sorry to say that this is a thumbs down for me and maybe somebody might be interested theyve got a lot to choose from they have French doors and regular freezer on top they got some side by sides and theyve got some with the freezer on the bottom.

Good selection. I was surprised to find out their prices were lower than the big boxes-even compared to black friday. Got the best deal I could from them and they delivered on time. I was waiting for a hidden charge but they came through with all the necessary parts to install my washer, dryer, fridge, and LG styler. Also picked up a water heater for dirt cheap (scratch and dent/. I noticed they are starting to get more high end appliances and would like to come back for the kitchen remodel.

The purchase, delivery and installation were great, and quick. When the appliance had problems, it did take 3 calls over 2 weeks just to talk to someone, but they replaced the faulty washer with a new, better, washer, which was nice. Overall good, just need to work on calling customers back.

Employees there were very helpful and knowledgable about appliances, after looking at various stores, finally found a great deal on a stove and dish washer..... highly recommend this spot...
