Fell in love with a mattress in store very plush and soft yet supportive. Arrived on time and I picked up however I noticed the mattress was substantially more firm than what I had purchased and comes to find out it’s not the same mattress in my opinion. Waited a few weeks thinking maybe it needed to be broken in but nope still hard as a brick. Now I have went in and she promised to rectify the situation and now no one is answering the phone. Great prices but other than that not happy until I get what I paid for.

Found a mattress I really liked, offered me a great deal. Definitely two thumbs up. My only complaint was when we first arrived there it was almost 11 am, and the doors were locked. Sign said they opened at 10am.

Jim was very helpful and friendly. We ended up buying 2 sets of mattresses during our visit. The other mattress store; in the same center, didnt even make an effort to greet/ help us. Their loss, Jims gain. Ill write a follow up in 6 months.

I have bought 3 mattresses here and these guys are very helpful. I havent experienced the salesman pressure here that you get at many other mattress stores. They answer questions honestly and try to help however they can.

Was going to wait till after I got my daughters bunk beds to post in case a negative review means I will never get them, but I dont want anybody else to have the same negative experience I am having..Purchased a full/ twin bunk bed, a twin captain bed, and all the mattress back in early November. All bought and paid for and delivery was scheduled for the next week. Then I get a call that the numbers already paid for are not available so I have to go back in and find other set that I was told would be here at the latest Dec.5th, but I was not told that till the night before delivery. So they delivered the mattresses, but brought the wrong twin bed so had to reschedule for the next day.. so they lent us frames for the mattresses so my daughters 10 x 10 room has been wall to wall beds for over a month.. waiting anxiously for the 5th so we could get organized for Xmas.. finally got a call that it would be the next week or the week after and then today probably the week after Xmas but of course I had to call for that info she didnt call me. Never had I have dealt worth such a poorly ran business. Prices were good and assemblers were great but after spending 2600i would rather have bought swap meet furniture. wanted to give no stars but it wont post then

The number listed on this website goes to a jail inmate locator. Purchased a bed less than 1 month ago...mostly bed ridden with MS and Arthritis. I am in more pain that before and cant even get in my truck to drive to them to rectify this situation. Really unhappy at this moment. Several inch dip present in a bed less than one month old. As I do not weight 500+ lbs., I rind this terrible business preqctice and will be contacting the BBB to get this situation rixed.
