I went to the store back during the 4th of July sale. Alissa the store mgr was there and she helped us. She was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. Finally after almost an hour and a half of trying different mattresses we found one within our budget and firmness we were looking for. She went the extra mile by finding it at their warehouse and that made it fit our budget. She keep it on hold for us until this month of October and we finally are getting it delivered today. Thank you so much Alissa, and Mattress Firm for having such helpful, understanding, and wonderful staff. I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

Mattress Firm had a wide variety to choose from and Sarah was incredibly helpful in finding me something that worked in my budget. Very pleasant experience, on the whole.

The showroom was very clean and the salesperson was very nice and helpful. The mattress that I tried in the showroom is a lot softer than the rock that I picked up at the warehouse. I know the mattresses supposed to be firm but not plywood firm. Its funny how it changed from showroom to the warehouse.

I would like to first thank Miriam Valdillez for her great customer service and knowledge with helping find the best mattress for me. Even if you’re not in the market for a new mattress I 10/10 recommend to just go and get evaluated. I didn’t want to spend a bunch on a mattress I found online, that I might have ended up regretting later down the road. Miriam helped with what best fit my sleeping styles and I saved a good amount of money as well. It’s been about two weeks now with my new mattress and everyday I look forward to going home, for a good nights rest.

We met with Miriam at the store front in the Riverside Plaza. She was very knowledgeable and assisted us with selecting the best mattress for our needs at our budget. I would have scored a five but the pillows we got were standard and we needed king for our king size bed. There was miscommunication on that portion but everything else was great.

I went in like everyone else... just to look... I knew I needed a new bed but I also knew I needed the whole set... as those can be expensive just depending on what you want... I needed simple... and when I walked in to mattress firm off central in riverside, ca I was more than pleased with the set up in there... Walked in to purchase a new mattress for my mother in law. Right away we were greeted by the manager who took the time to complete a questionnaire with her so he may recommend the best mattress. She was given a pillow to test out the recommended mattresses and found the perfect one within a few minutes. The process was easy and stress free. She is now excited for her new mattress and adjustable base that will be delivered tomorrow morning. Even better, her old mattress will be hauled away as well and her new bed will be set up. Wow!! I will never shop for a mattress anywhere else! Go here! Ive been having a hard time with my room renovation. When I finally got my bed in and assembled I went to Mattress Firm to get a mattress for it. The first bed I selected (after a lot of help and assistance) wasnt available for about a week. Went in looking for a king without knowing anything about how to shop for a mattress. But the sales rep John M was super helpful in breaking things down. He went over prices that were within my budget, the different feels, and pretty much helped me pick out the perfect fit. Actually the total ended up being like 400 above my budget, but he was able to bring it down by like 250. So overall pretty good experience.

It was time for a new mattress. Heard that they were having a 4th of July Sale. We were helped by Daniel Moncuse. Great guy. No pressure. Walked us through the different levels of padding/cushion in a sequential way that helped us find the perfect mattress structure for our requirements. Highly recommend Mattress Firm Riverside. They have choices in all price points. Their delivery and old mattress pickup option is very reasonable ($50 right now for White Glove delivery, they set up the mattress and box spring, and take away the old!!).
