I had such a fun time here! I was greeted by Rose at the door and Zyde from the desk. They were both masked which I really appreciate since I had my 70yr old grandma with me. They walked us around the store making conversation and jokes all throughout. They were some of the most friendly sells people I’ve ever met! I left there with a cheap yet great mattress, Zyde gave us discounts and got us the best price we’ve seen all day! And we went to 2 OTHER STORES!!! Rose and Zyde were so great I’m probably gonna go back and bring them some Starbucks! Highly recommend this place, mattress are cheap and reliable AND amazing people to make the experience legitimately so much fun!

My first mattress was from this location about 10 years ago when it was a Sleep Train. I’ve been to Ashley’s, I’ve walked into Sit n Sleep, and nobody could sell me a bed the way the guys at Mattress Firm can. Westly was absolutely amazing. The knowledge this man has about mattresses, unbelievable. He made me feel comfortable and sure that I was making the best choice for my bed and my kids bed. Definitely recommend coming here.

I just went in to the Mattress Firm on Canyon Cross, and the sales associate there, I believe his name was Zayd, was very helpful. He did everything to make sure I got a good deal on a good mattress, because I don’t got money like that. Now, I have tried the sample of the mattress I ordered and it was pretty good. I might have to update this when the mattress gets here and when I have slept on it for some time to give a review on the mattress itself, but as far as the customer service goes, 5 stars.

Wonderful experience from this fantastic team! Everyone there clearly knew what they were talking about, and helped show me a few different mattress options based on how I sleep. Didn’t feel pressured to spend on more expensive mattresses at all; instead, they made me aware of available “open-box” mattresses so I’d be able to get more quality at a lower cost point. All in all, the buying process was quick and painless, and I was able to sleep on my new mattress that same night. Thanks again!

Had a fantastic experience! absolutely felt comfortable with the environment and everything was truly taken into account. There was plenty my wife and I learned about our sleeping patterns and ways to improve upon our sleep. There was a questionnaire that was filled out in away that was as natural and fun as possible. I came in just before closing to ask about getting a mattress but since they were about to close I didn’t want to hold Zayd up. Zayd helped answer my questions and found a mattress that was in my student budget. Zayd got me a great deal on a mattress and I actually ended purchasing it. I dont think I have ever encountered a friendlier sales representative, pardon me - a Sleep Expert, nor one more knowledgeable in his trade than Zayd Jaber. We specifically sought out Mattress Firm based on the large number of extremely positive reviews across multiple stores. That said, it was a wonderful act of fate that we shopped locally and met Zayd. He queried our needs and preferences and showed us multiple options and price ranges. I thought for a moment that he might be caught off guard when my wife and I did a done deal for us and then we pivoted to the different needs of our disabled daughter. No problem! Zayd steered us just right for that done deal too. As he was writing up the sale I remarked how knowledgeable he was. He said he had been working here for about a month. Wow! I then complimented the company on their new employee training. Zayd was quick to thank his mentor, whose name I fail to remember, sadly. At this point my wife asked me if we could adopt him!To purchase two bedroom sets is a major investment for us, for anyone, and Zayd made certain we understood the return/exchange policy and the low-price guarantee, particularly with a holiday sale possible in the near future. Its not often that Ive felt customer concern like that.We knew the Mattress Firm products were excellent; my wife is a great researcher. This location is not honest and above board... buyers beware. I purchased a mattress from there and in less then a week it had a sink on one side. It cost over $500 on sale. I was never made aware that I was purchasing a used mattress (outlet). When it was delivered they brought two different size box springs then when they came back with the correct one they would not take the increase box spring back which we had to dispose of. A week later they called me to change for the non return of the incorrect box spring. When I called today Lisa the sale rep. Refuse to refund or replace nothing offer to correct the problem. The only option offered was to sale me another mattress. Lol!!! Lord knows I will never do business with them again. Buyers be ware!!!

Great customer service and great deals. Kevin helped me find the right bed for me. I’m 100% happy with the choice I made. Kevin was patient, kind, energetic and made me feel good about my new king size bed.I also received free 5 inch low profile boxes springs with my order and I was given the wrong information by the furniture store about the type of box springs so I had to contact Mattress Firm and let them know I need 9 inch box springs and I received the wrong information again from the furniture company so Ellie made sure I had the right box spring. She was patient, kind, very professional and efficient with her job.

I went in and was helped imme which was nice. I let him know my budget and he had me lay on a few beds and then I bought 1 lol .I didnt feel pressured or anything to buy a super fancy or expensive bed.... That made happy...the only thing that could have been better was the selection. There was like maybe 4 beds I was able to try... But besides that the customer service was excellent.

Oh by the way delivery was amazing, fast and super easy. Purchased ower mattres with adjustable base on Monday had delivery on Wednesday day before got ower delivery window. Day of delivery had a call given to us about delivery and also was able to track route delivery status. Delivery person was great on time. Set with no hassle. Best over all experience by far no joke. If I could give more stars for there ratings I would. Remember ask for West.

I first went to this location on Black Friday, so prices were obviously great. Selection is pretty good. The staff is extremely helpful, and very friendly. No pressure or up-sale whatsoever. Wes is very helpful, and very knowledgeable, and Ellie was very interested in finding out what kind of sleeper I am to get me the best mattress in my price range. Even after I made my purchase, the next day I wanted to make a change to my order, and Janelle made it happen no questions asked!
