I purchased a 2011 hyundai sonata, the car wasnt ready the same day. Came back the next day to get it and they had put 2 tires on the front. Which was the wrong size so Im not able to rotate them. The car pulls hard to the left, when i called i got hung up on inquiring about an alignment. I thought this shouldve been standard with the safety inspection?? Guess not. If you buy a vehicle from here make sure you inspect it thoroughly.

Usually this dealership, lots of deals going on weekends. Since this auto dealership is exclusively selling used vehicles, peoples with budget come to this place and looking for their next vehicles. The owner said to me that in order to be profitable, he has to make nearly $2K per transaction. Which I believe he gets that. You know, least he is honest.Talk to the owner and get some discount.I believe peoples are over paying for their used vehicles because they have a very little options. Perhaps other dealers charge even more.Your next purchase of a vehicle, before you visit to an y dealership, be please make up your mind what you want and how much you want to pay for. Then research on the internet and plan to see at least three dealerships before you make any decision. Buying a vehicle is a mistake but, you want to make a small mistake instead of making a big mistake.

Good service, taking a trip 1,500 mikes away and Tony made sure to put in a new battery and have me drive it for a couple days and return to make sure it was road worthy. “I know you have a long trip, I don’t want anything to go wrong. I don’t need that on my conscious.” Honesty dealing. We were in and out on a Saturday. I used to work in F&I at a major dealership so I know the game. Tony and staff were friendly, NOT PUSHY. Everything was going well, the car had a really good price. When I showed up to see it, some of the buttons on the key fob didn’t work. The car had dings and multiple scratches, there were parts of the car literally missing off it, but since the price was pretty good it could be passed on. When the final price came, they added an extra $900 dollars as “dealers prep”. First of all, this charge is usually $100 to $500 which if you know you can take off, because dealers prep is done for showroom cars. In this case, for a car that was clearly not even given a second look for, a $900 dollar dealers prep is a complete ripoff.

This place is amazing!!! We bought a car here before and the owner gave us an amazing deal on our second one. They help you through every process and make car buying very easy. They don’t hassle you or try to throw in anything you don’t need. If you are looking for a great deal on a used car, this is the place to come.

Avoid purchasing from this dealership. I purchased my car, completely paid off with my debit card. It has been over 3 months and the dealership still refuses to provide the title. Instead they send the registration naming the dealership as the lien holder. When contacting them about the title they are rude and continue to hang up. They are scamming everyone and refusing to provide titles for paid off cars. Now I’m forced to hire an attorney…look for a deal somewhere else. They are complete scammers and they cause nothing but problems.

This place is sketchy and greedy... After getting the option contract they refused to cooperate with my bank, a federal credit union. They refused to provide proof of title to myself and the bank despite getting a guarantee to pay notice from said bank. I doubt they even had the title yet. Manny was nice but one of the employees was very disrespectful and unprofessional on the phone. The employee said The dealership also never called me back even though every time I called them they would say that they would return the call.

I would give a negative 5-star if I could. Found an ad for a car on OfferUp. Called ahead to ask the basic questions, including if they could provide a Carfax while they replied Yes, and that the car was in perfect condition. I drove an hour and a half from San Diego to Riverside to purchase the car with cash in hand. When we inspected their was clear damage that it had been in an accident. Nevertheless, I would still have bought the car and asked if I could see the Carfax and take it for a test drive. From the minute we stepped onto the lot, the sales person was rude to us. After asking to see the carfax he refused to let us test drive it and said we were wasting his time and we should just leave. I was astonished as I would buy the car if it drove properly. The damage was minor and seemed repairable. The sales person insisted that we got off on the wrong foot and that we should just leave and stop wasting his time. Im so annoyed that I wasted 3 hours of my day and $50 in gas to deal with someone like that when I was prepared to drive that car home. DONT waste your time with this dealership - they are sharks and a-holes.

He was able to finance me as a first time buyer with no credit history just proof of job stability. Really exited and grateful to be able to drive around in my new car. This is the worst car I ever purchased! Overpriced by 4K and as soon as I took it home, AC stopped working. Cost $617 to fix, and if that was not enough, engine got overheated, and oil leaks in several places. Engine repair cost $337, and I haven’t even got estimate for oil leak yet! Very friendly staff though

They are so unprofessional.. my friend purchased a car from there and when he brought it back for a repair (less than a week after getting the car), the dude working there popped the hood of a similar vehicle on the lot that they are selling and got the part from it and with no shame put it in my friends car.. not caring about who can see what he was doing.. And after my friend wrote a bad review about them, the owner told me himself that he doesnt want to sell me a car because of what my friend said.. idk what you guys think.. but to me that is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! And petty!! To be honest though, Im actually kind of glad that Joe (the owner) told me hes not going to sell me a car because at least I dont have to worry about having the same issue as my friend.. because obviously they dont inspect the cars before they sell them to the public.. So I advise anyone thats thinking about buying a car from them to inspect the car before they decide to buy it .. if you guys dont know cars but have a mechanic friend, BRING YOUR FRIEND ALONG WITH YOU SO THEY CAN CHECK THE CAR OUT BEFORE YOU END UP DRIVING OFF WITH YOUR BRAND NEW USED CAR!!
