I worked here for two days, was told I was doing a great job, supervisor said they really liked how hard working I am. Then they TEXTED me to not come in for my next shift. I asked why, how come, did I do a terrible job, etc. no text back. So I called, no answer. This place will have you working in a non AC environment, approve your work for 12 hour days, and then go around and do this to their employees. Now I know why the older heads there hated the supervisors and managers. They don’t know how to communicate with one another. So if you plan on working here, make sure it’s for a week because they WILL fire you with no explanation. They also stated I was “sitting around” but when I asked to see the proof as there are cameras, again no text back. This place is a terrible work establishment.

Everyone and anyone is expendable working here. The yard manager acts like a Dictator, constant verbal harassment against employees. One certain employee who can’t keep his hands from touching other men! This place is a problem waiting to happen! The list goes on and on! The management is on site to discipline that’s about it, they have no clue of what’s really going on! This is pretty much a forklift graveyard! Almost all the forklifts here are unsafe to operate don’t believe come see for yourself!

Matt Johnson foreman in building 5 is something else. I came in through a temp agency informed both the former foreman and the floor supervisor and my temp agency about prior plans with family going out of state (a month in advance notice) had to call out due to my kid being sick. He called my agency and told them he “needs someone that is willing to work” now mind you I was never late and had not missed a day since starting. Told my agency that and they said they try talking to him. He responded with “I don’t care I need people that will work”. So for anyone wanting to work for this company be aware that Matt let the power of becoming foreman get to him. If you don’t befriend him you won’t last long

Once their people clock out to go to lunch they won’t even answer a simple question. Rude and ridiculous!
