I would recommend this place all day long. Melody is very friendly and makes you feel you are part of family who works there. Price is reasonable and is trouble free with auto pay you will not get any late payment fees.

Christina is amazing! Super helpful and friendly. She helped me with some arrangements out of the ordinary due to the amount of stuff I hauled in my move to California last year. Over the last 1.5 weeks, shes been on top of my complicated logistics, and today, in record heat, she came by a few times to check in on the movers and myself - offering water and some cloths we could wet and hang around our necks. And the storage neighbors are incredibly helpful and friendly as well - one gentleman went out of his way to get us more water, and refused reimbursement, saying God had been good to him and his wife! The place is much more affordable than the LA places I was using - cutting my savings over 60%, and very clean. Cant say enough good about this facility! What a blessing!

Christina is awesome. Professional and knows what she is doing. I came in for a 5x5 and I was advised that what I needed was a 5x10. She was correct. I had more items and a 5x5 would have been way too small.

I had to move my stuff from L.A. out here to riverside, and I am so glad I came here. Its clean, each unit is individually protected with an alarm, they insure against water, and pest damage there is someone there all the time, and Im paying less than half of what I was paying before. Oh added bonus 4 times / year they have a community yard sale. So you can sell off some stuff without going too far, or having to lug it home, and then back if you didnt sell it. 💜

Office personell were efficient and friendly. I would recommend the fa polity to anyone.

This storage facility is by far the best in riverside. Not only is it clean and well kept but the managers Christina and Kitty are so lovely. I count say enough nice things about them. They treat you like family and are always available for questions or any help you might need. I always feel safe when I visit my unit and I find there pricing to be very reasonable for the area. If your looking for a storage unit this is the only place you should go.

First time I have used a storage facility, very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the grounds and the empty storage facilities or kept very clean. I was there just after a major rainstorm and the unit that I took was dry and no standing water anywhere on the grounds. The manager said they live on the premises, plenty of security cameras and you get one day free use of a boxed moving truck to move your goods in . So far so good.

My wife and I have used AMS for over 5 years, and we have not had any serious issues, they have all ways been really nice to us. They have all ways made us feel welcomed. The storages are kept up and clean. The price has been going up,but they tell you months in advanced.. They also have a big garage/yard sale and any tenants can join in. Perfect if you have a storage full of stuff you need to.

We have had units there for a long time. 18 years!!! They up the rent alot and the units are absolutely filthy. We had one unit several years ago that had a leaky roof that we didnt know about. We were told that they couldnt do anything about itWe were told that we should of had insurance. Had we known that we needed insurance or that the roof was going to leak and ruined a lot of stuff we could of done something about it. We are working on empting our units and be done with them.
