Dennis At advanced auto has the best customer service attitude I have ever seen. He is extremely intelligent in all automotive questions. We are building an old truck. And had lots of questions. Dennis made sure we had all the parts we needed. Showed us how to install them. And when we wired it incorrectly he even offered to come over to our house after work ours and helped us fix it in a matter of minutes. He has made going to the auto store an absolute pleasure. This is the only store I will go too for my car needs ever again. Thanks again Dennis your the man!!

Started going here because they carry a lot more parts for my car then anywhere else. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Juan has a great attitude and gave me a couple laughs while I was there and I appreciated that.

I just got a new battery from this location. The service was great! $30 cheeper then other locations. And the nice gentleman that helped me installed it quickly for me at no charge.

Wrong hours. And they have my expensive carburetor. I cant get it. Now

They couldnt find my commercial account, wouldnt accept my signed and dated TC-721 I brought with me, wouldnt print me a commercial account application form, wouldnt match another business price. I returned the part today and they still hadnt printed any commercial applications but gladly printed me one. Luckily I dont have to use them very often. Sometimes I need to do what I need to do to help my customers out, and I go above and beyond to accommodate. I expect my parts people to do the same for me, and without naming the employee, he did not.

Superb customer service. I called ahead to see if they had what I needed, and when I got there they were ready to help.*Not only did they show me the various options for inflating my tire (so that I could make it to a shop), but also the reasoning for each.They were knowledgeable and invested in helping me. I appreciate it.——-I ended up buying this little tire inflator. It worked like a charm. All I had to do was plug it in, screw it onto the tire valve, and watch the gauge. It had an easy-to-use on/off button. This is a great addition to a car without a spare tire.——-* I believe the man who so expertly helped me was named Eric.

Checked and replaced my battery. Most places the people act like its a chore to change it, he was more than willing to do it for me.

I would suggest you purchase online to get their discount and then come in. They say they install batteries for free but, although they refused to actually install it themselves, they let us use the tools to do it ourselves. It felt like a teach a man to fish lesson, only I didnt feel like they cared about our welfare. It took around 45 minutes to order and install. Also dont come around 5 because most of the employees are headed home and there arent people to help you. And my experience might have been made worse because I had an infant with me who also wasnt happy. And it was freezing outside! If my husband wasnt with me my car would still be dead because there is no way I could have done it by myself.

Everyone in there was extremely helpful and knew what they were talking about and seemed very knowledgeable about my truck thanks guys and keep up the good work

Really nice people work there

Walked in found what I needed in less than a minute. There were at least three people working in the store. One guy on the phone the other two off in the back somewhere. I stood at the register for a reasonable amount of time. No effort was made to help me. No call to the back or ask the person on the phone to hold. The guy actually answered a second call on his cell phone while I stood there. Left the part on the counter and went down the road to 200 yards to O’Reilly Auto Parts.

If I could give the afternoon shift that was there tonight a -5 star review I would . the manager and day employees are great . if you order something online and it say its IN STOCK IT SHOULD BE THERE WHEN I GO PICK IT UP 45 MINUTES LATER. the afternoon shift people at this location really needs to be trained better on customer service. If they were my employees all 3 of them would be fired . check the video around 5pm 8/23/2019 until 630pm 8/23/2019

Juan is the man! I had a complicated problem with my battery and he fixed everything. Super nice and good at his job, I was honestly pretty annoyed but now Im a customer for life. Thanks again!!!

Went here to buy a battery for my truck. Juan was very helpful in testing the old battery and getting us a new one. He also made sure to get my information so I would earn speed points on such a large purchase. Based on this experience, I will return to this location.

They are amazing! Just like the prices. Juan definitely is the most down to earth but the rest are amazing and great as well! Highly recommend them.

Scott and his team here are so helpful. I deal with a lot of parts houses and the folks here have been knowledgeable and willing to help me get the parts I need. Best customer service in Riverton. The car parts are all made in China. Just different boxes. Hastle free. They provide options and are not afraid to say I dont have personal experience with this product if they dont know. My wife got a new battery installed by a woman while I was deer hunting. Saved my butt
