I had an appointment to get my wheels rotated and balanced. Once I got there, the tech explained to me that since they seem to be in their ideal location for tire wear they wouldnt need to be rotated. Instead of still balancing and checking air, he basically shooed me out the store. A little while later they called my husband to explain the error and asked if I wanted to come back and have them finish the job. No thanks, definitely wont be back!

I was a long ways from home with two screws stuck in my tire and these guys really helped me out. They got me back out on the road very quickly and made my day. I’ll definitely be looking for a Discount Tire location back where I’m from. Thanks guys!

Ive gotten tires here for years. I had a really good experience at this store. I had excellent customer service here recently with Chandler. I came to rotate my tires and was informed I needed new tires which was frustrating because my tires did not live up to the warranty. However, he helped me find some replacement tires and made sure I got the current promotional discounts as well as the rebate from my previous tires. Ive always received excellent service and was especially happy with the customer service in this trip.

Extremely fast tire fix! I had a huge bolt from the construction going on in my neighborhood in my tire and I came straight here. Called them and they put me on an appointment 2 hours out! Took care of me immediately and had my tire patched and ready to go for free!!

Discount Tire probably saved my life! I went in yesterday after finding I had a leaky valve stem on one of my tires. What’s unbelievable is I was JUST at Discount Tire 2 weeks prior for the same exact issue with a different tire on my car. The rep couldn’t believe I had this happen twice within 2 weeks and neither could I. I was getting ready to move all the way to Boston the next day and really didn’t want to have another valve go out during the 2,000+ mile trip so I asked him if it was possible to change all the stems just to be safe. I offered to pay for the service since my other tires seemed fine but I couldn’t shake the feeling that something would go wrong while I was in the middle of nowhere. Not only did they replace them all, the charged me nothing for the work. I can now get on the road with confidence that my all my valve stems will last the trip. Thank you Discount Tire!!

The last few times Ive had any issues with my tires, these guys have been very fast at taking care of it. Theyre very friendly and professional, good at discussing tire options, and at this point I dont think Id go anywhere else.

I use to be a fan of discount tire. Now I will never go back to discount tire to get tires, wheels, or even installation.I went into the store wanting new tires and wheels. I specifically asked the salesman if the tires and wheels will fit on my truck. He assured me they will, so I ordered them with the salesman in which he said about a week to get them. Took them 2 weeks and they didnt call me I had to keep calling them to check up on my tires and wheels. I called and told them Im going to schedule a date for installation and it seems they now have the wheels and tires.I show up for installation and they said the wheels and tires will not fit. Seriously waited 2 weeks and have a nail in my tire that cant be repaired. All they offered me is to get other tires that will fit, but they will have to order them and having me wait another 2 weeks. How am I going to trust them to get the correct wheels and tires? Now the wheels I wanted are in back order and they cant get the tires I wanted. Wanted me to pick new tires and wheels on the spot that cost more.Just got my refund and will stop doing business with discount tire. Believe me I will no longer recommend discount tire to anybody. Went to big o tires down the street and they took care of me.Dont go here very unprofessional and when a mistake is made on their part they do nothing in return for wasting your time.

I set up an appointment before I go each time, and it always helps me jump the line while I’m there. They provide great service and always talk through the options and their recommendations with me. Really great service, and a great, clean place.

Just simply incompetent. My car has staggered wheels. The shop installed the rear wheel on the front and the front wheel on the back. This caused a shaking in the suspension. When I returned they made me wait and then they couldnt figure out what was wrong. I had to pay a mechanic to diagnose it. When I returned to discount tire they made me wait in their store again and then the rep couldnt tell which rim was the front and which was the rear. I had to show him how to read the size on the rims. I just cant trust them to handle my tire needs if they cant do the basics correctly.

Garbage. They add extra charges and lie to you. Very dissapointed. My family and I will not be coming back to do business with this place.

Painfully slow rotation service. Damaged my vehicle.Every time I get my tires rotated, it takes at least 2 hours, and last time it was 4.5 hours. I’m not kidding. It’s that way every time. They really need to have a separate line for tire rotations from those customers waiting for new tires. Either that, or have more staff during busy hours.During my last visit, 2 hours into my tire rotation they informed me that the technician did not line the wheel up properly and damaged 3 out of 6 studs. They sent me to a different shop and covered the cost of the repair which took another 2.5 hours. They did give me $200 for my trouble so I will give them 3 stars instead of 1.

Customer service is good, work performed seems like they have no need for checking the air pressure when I have dropped off tires. Ive picked up several tires on different occasions that are still flat and they are brand new tires. Starting to wonder if convenience is not really needed anymore.

Purchased new tires for my car and they did a good job. They gave me a rebate to fill out that didnt apply to the brand of my tires or I would give them 5 stars.

Ive been using Discount Tire almost exclusively for almost 10 years. Ive always been very well taken care of and have never felt like they were trying to simply sell me something regardless of need.I needed a couple tires replaced on my sons car recently. I ended up getting a full set for not much more than the 2 that I intended to get.The staff was very professional and courteous. EVERY ONE of them was wearing a mask, which I greatly appreciated.Great prices, excellent service, friendly employees.

I love discount. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I get taken care of. I had a screw in my tire and it kept losing pressure. The tires I have were not tires I purchased through then, but they fixed the puncture say no cost to me. They were extremely fast and respectful.

Had a puncture on the freeway. Discount tires had my Michelin tires in stock and so got my wheels changed and the tire replaced with alacrity

Pulled in to have pressure checked on snow tires I purchased from Discount. I sat in the lane for ten minutes and no one came out to speak with me. Caught one kids eye in a bay (all doors were open) and he motioned like, “just a sec”.Nothing for another five minutes, so I got out to use the bathroom in the lobby leaving my car in the tire check lane.I told the guy at the counter I was waiting for an air check. When I came out, he looked to be web surfing. Returned to the car and nothing had been done so I left.Cold day and it was busy, but I could have at least gotten an acknowledgment that they knew I was there and were busy/understaffed/etc... Probably just having an off day.

Driving to an event when all of a sudden we got a major flat. Thankfully we had a discount tire nearby and although they were about to close Asa and his team were quick to respond!!! I couldn’t be more grateful!!

To start off i have worked as a tire technician at discount tire so I know tires. Went in to have my tires rotated and balanced. Paid for lifetime balancing previously. Lalio the assistant manager refused to balance or rotate my rear tires. They are only about 9 months old and have plenty of tread left. He meticulously searched for a spot on the side of my rear tires for a spot that he said had 3/32 of tread left so that he could refuse to service them and I would be forced to buy a new set of tires. The rest of the tread had around 8/32 of tread. I explained that the tires were less than a year old and that it was the first time I had been in to have them balanced or rotated since I bought them but he refused to service them. I asked for a manager or owners # and he refused to provide them. I explained to him that any tire shop or salesman in the valley would have done the service for me and he disagreed. I proced to drive down the street to big-o and paid them to balance and rotate my tires with no issues. I have him on video refusing service and I have a receipt from big-o showing service provided. Lalio and the manager and owner should be ashamed of themselves using such shady tactics to try to scam a sale from someone. Will never visit this location again.

I replaced all four tires on my Ford Escape. Ordered in the tires I wanted. Took only one day for them to come in. The day of installation they told me it could be 1.5 hours depending on the non-scheduled appointments that arrived. It only took 30 minutes though! They were really nice and took great care of my car 🚗 😊 Always a go to place in my eyes for tires!

You literally get the best here and at sandy. I have a Subaru and a Toyota and how they treat me is like I’m a high roller at a casino in Vegas. Utmost respect, they correct you if you’ve been misguided by the internet and SAVE you from spending more by correcting you with their knowledge. I can name 3 amazing staff that move around to these two stores: Jeff, Chandler are two that I hit up for ANY questions and the third is the most important at ANY location and that’s the Tire Topper Offer outside at the Free Tire Pressure Check Station. I see them treat the zero knowledge college girl needing a new set the same as a weathered car enthusiast. You get great service here. Going anywhere else is a suicide mission. Get there early, telL them what you need or want, or even better, ask them their opinion. You’ll save tons of cash and time. 4 thumbs up!

Absolutely awful. So many other options available to put up with condescending, sub-par service. I have spent well over $3000 with this store in the past year and a half, purchasing two different sets of large tires for my truck and jeep. I recently had the boys at this location put a set of used tires on my jeep to replace the set that I had purchased from them. First, I show up for my appointment after having a 15 minute conversation from someone at that store (confirmed via call log) and they have zero info on me or my appointment. The kid ends up saying you called the wrong store...wait, excuse me? Then, after giving me all sorts of attitude about the price I was quoted to simply take off existing tires and put on other set... Pretty basic stuff for a tire shop, Id think, they finally got me in, after having a little huddle to see if I should be served or not.The mount and balancing of the tires was fairly quick and painful; however, once I got home and aired down (because they over filled the tires) I realized that they had replaced my mopar stem caps with bicylce caps. No joke, these caps dont even cover the threads on the stem. I called and of course, got all sorts of attitude. Was told that I must have not had the mopar caps on my jeep when I brought it in. What a joke. If you are reading this, GO ELSEWHERE! Big O has tons of locations and are more than willing to help. The unprofessionalism at this Discount Tire is quite unbelievable. I wont be back.

We stopped by in Riverton because our tire had a nail. They told us we just need new tires.There was a two hour wait, so we called the Draper location and got an earlier appointment. They refused to air up the tire so we could make it to the other location. There might be liabilities with that. Fine. They didn’t offer to let us use their jack or their tools to put our spare tire on. They tapped my husband’s back and said “good luck”. This is very poor customer service. Especially where we were still going with their company, we just got an earlier appointment at another location. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Update: Quinn called and made everything right! Unfortunately he was not there when I took my car back because he has helped us in the past and is just amazing! Apparently the pulling I’m feeling is not the rim but rather the set of tires are just not the best ones for my specific car. Every car is different and my car just reacts differently to these tires so they are helping me out to get this taken care of so I don’t have that issue anymore. I highly recommend speaking with Quinn at this location for anything you need! Thank you for great customer service and truly caring!I went there on Black Friday for a new set of tires. Today driving to work my steering wheel shook so much and my car was also pulling. I took it in and they did a tore balance and said that it needed a balance pretty bad. First of all you just put them on so that means they were not balanced before you put them on most likely and then the guy tells me my rim is bent. Well it wasn’t like that before Friday! Now I have a bent rim that causes my car to pull/jump and no way of proving they did it and no money to buy new rims.

I went to get my flat fixed today. I had a friend who is very savvy with cars and mechanics look at my tire and diagnose the issue first. I would recommend doing this before going to any auto part shop or tire store or car maintenance place.I knew I needed a valve core and a valve core stem for sure for my front tire on the driver’s side that is 20$. The sensor is included in these parts which made it 60$. Basically, that’s the needle part and the round part connected to it inside the tire to pump it up. Also, the sensor snapped off partially due to air pressure damage and just snapped off about 4 inches of where you screw the cap on, so that needed replacing anyway.The staff were super helpful, welcoming and kind. Again, I knew exactly what I needed and roughly the cost. It took 30 minutes tops to diagnose the issue and pay and get it fixed. My sensor light will be on showing a deflated tire for 24-48 hours and then will work properly.The guys pumped up all my tires, rotated them, inspected them and took my spare off and put it away without any added pay 💰 or service fees. You can get your receipt via email or text or printed or both.I have had bad experiences here before, but the key is to know what you need before you go. Then everything is great!

I went here to get my flat tire repaired and was told by the manager Quinn that my tire was not able to be repaired and I didnt have the money for a new tire but they were kind enough to give me a free brand new tire for my vehicle!!! Its not often that you find someone as caring and compassionate as Quinn is!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! You were so very kind to me in my time of need and I cannot thank you enough for showing me such kindness!!! The service at Discount Tire in Riverton is amazing. Ive gone there three times flat tires and nails/staples in my tires and they are always friendly and quick to repair. When my brand new tire had been damaged, they said I had a warranty and put on a free new one and also balanced all tires at no cost. Quinn seems like he was made for customer service. Always friendly and letting people know he will be with them shortly. Ill never go anywhere else for tires.

Great experience. Regan took care of me from start to finish. I called on a Thur afternoon looking for some tires. He was able to get them from other stores NEXT DAY. He had me in there on Friday getting the job done in 1 hour as promised. As I waited I had the opportunity to watch Regan and his counterpart work. They both were super knowledgeable and handled the crowds of customers with ease. Well done!

Despite being super busy they were right on time with my appointment I made with them a couple of days prior. I wanted a certain tire- they ordered them and met the warehouse store price.

Dropped to 4 starts. Dont need a sales pitch on a full set of tires on a simple rotation and balancing appointment, especially if there is plenty of life in my tires. I find that a little dishonest.

When I went there I had a dented rim and they said I would have to order a new one cuz they werent able to fix it. So I ordered a new rim and once it got here and I paid turns out they were able to fix that rim so I had to pay an additional amount for no reason. but they were honest they said they didnt think they could they just tried and it turned out they couldNote meant to leave this review in 2018

Quinn kills it with customer service. Free tire repair when you purchase tires here. Quinn explained details of tire damage/repair. They were quick and he even remembered my face and car when I came in two weeks later to pick up a new spare tire.

They promised us they would get our car done by 630. They finished at 629 and Quin himself worked on the car. He said he doesnt work on the tires very much, but he wanted to keep his promise so he installed them himself! FINALLY a company that puts their customers first. :)

Absolutely terrible experience. Weve been long time discount customers but we will NOT be coming back. I had 4 brand new Good Year tires installed in May. The first week July one of the tires completely blew out on the freeway. I took it in the next day and was old the tire would NOT be covered under the manufacturers warranty (good years) and that because I had not purchased the hazard warranty through good year I would have to buy a new tire. Then the sales guy told me he would do me a favor and back sell me the hazard insurance. So the tire replacement would only cost me $80 because Id be purchasing the insurance.SO THEN we schedule a tire replacement for the next day and we call Good Year in the meantime and explain what has happened. They apologize and tell us the ire will be 100% covered - tire and installation. They told us that Discount was lying to us and they would call them and get us scheduled. Soon after, Discount called us and FLAT OUT LIED. They told us they had contacted good year and had to really pull some strings but were able to get them to cover a tire for us.SO SLIMEY. So what I think was happening was that Discount knew Good Year would cover the tire so they thought they could abuse me into buying the insurance, knowing that the manufacturer would cover the tire all along. So completely scumming. Were done with Discount and I suggest if you dont like being lied to, that you stay far away.

I like discount tire. They have a very firm understanding of tires and what will work best on your car. They definitely try to up sell you here however. I stayed firm in my cheap decision and have been blessed ever since. I dont notice any difference in the tires that I ordered, and Im sure the ones that they wanted me to order would act the exact same way.

This is a great location. I was going in because of a flat tire. I was helped as soon as possible and was able to get the tire fixed at no cost. I did need new tires on the front, so I scheduled an appointment for the next week. When I arrived for the appointment, I was helped by the same guy and he remembered who I was and again helped me to get new tires. They told me both times that it would only take 45 minutes at the most. Both times it look about 30 minutes. Super awesome experience, I will be back when a tire needs fixing or replacing!

I took a couple of ATV tires in to be fixed and they said no problem be about an hour to 1.5 hours which I was ok. Then after I wait they tell me the tires are to old but when I asked to show me the date code they show me a product code. I know the tires are newer than 10 years. Justin was absolutely not helpful and they wasted my time.

The guys at this location are incredible! They take care of their customers and ensure you have exactly what you need. One of the managers Quinn was very generous, helpful and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. I am very grateful for the great experience and customer service! Will be going back again!

Usually they are pretty good. I bought new wheels this year and they damaged one, which I discovered later. They took care of it. Today I called ahead about resetting my TPMS after discovering that having two sets of wheels for the seasons has not freed me from having to go to the tire shop. I was told to come in, park at the last bay and that the manager would reset it. I arrived, parked as instructed, and then was ultimately told Id have to go in and wait in a very long line. I bought extra wheels to avoid this very hassle. I came in because it was supposed to be quick. Not great service lately.

It was very packed on a Saturday. But they still worked with us and were very polite. We were there because we had a flat tire. Then he noticed that one of the other tires had a bolt in it and they fixed it for free. We will definitely go back there.

This location is the best. The assistant manager Quinn and staff are all so friendly and helpful. Its refreshing in a service industry to work with people who genuinely seem to like their jobs & give consistently good service.
