Ive been here a few times for various tire issues and theyve always been very helpful! Just last week when driving to work the PSI of one of my tires dropped rapidly and they filled the tire with air for free and in less than 2 minutes. Will definitely continue to go here!

Competitive, but be aware they might be busy.I took my car in for balancing and an alignment which I thought I could almost sure and wait for. Once I turned in my keys I was told several had just entered before me and are ahead in line on the alignment machine and that it would be late afternoon. This was tough when you dont have another vehicle.When late afternoon rolled around, I called to see if my car was done and they said I would have to leave it overnight.Again, very tough to leave your car overnight when it is your only one. When I got the car back the tires seemed very precisely balanced and the alignment was a definite success. Just make sure how long your car will be there.

I came into this Big O Tires location on a Friday, 30 minutes before close. Online the hours were different, so I thought I had 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I walked up to the counter and let me know they were closing soon, I thought I was out of luck, but Jose reviewed some tire options with me for my vehicle, got the order written up, and took my car back. I kid you not, my car was back there for 15-20 minutes, just enough time for me to find a seat in the lobby, grab a drink and catch up on some email and it was done. Sure enough, my car was out front, with a new set of tires on it. That weekend we did an 800-mile road trip on those tires without any problems. Thank you!

Good service. Kind of slow. I went twice this week and today was way better. They were busy, so understandable so...but the first time I waited 2 hours to find out I had 2 nails in my tire. I was also estimate an hour of wait time. But they offered great service.

They ripped me off!! I took my Honda in because it was making a strange noise. Big O said it was a water pump issue and charged me $1200. The noise was still there when I took it home. I took the car back to Big O and now they’re saying it’s the air conditioner and want another $1000 to fix it. How dare they try to charge me when they misdiagnosed the issue the first time. Their customer service is terrible, they obviously don’t know what they’re doing, and charging a lot of money for it. I can’t help but think this wouldn’t have happened if I were a man. Don’t go here!!!

Had an issue with my vehicle not starting, was determined it was an alternator problem. They spent the time, going above & beyond, to determine what the ultimate solution needed to be and getting it fixed & running. They even arranged for a ride home for me when they ran out of time to trouble shoot before closing time. Nice to deal with knowledgeable people with integrity.

Love this location. Its super clean and modern and almost always can get you in immediately. I had a slight issue with my car and they fixed it within 15 mins with a quick tire balance. I was so surprised when he said no charge. Because of that simple act, instead of making $30-40 off me, they have a customer for life.

The Owner and Team were great to work with. They care about their customers and are very thorough with getting you what your looking for. The have also stepped up to the normal by having protective guard shields to protect their employees and their customers. I would recommend their team to all of my friends and family.

I have been going to this Big O tires for over two years. I have maintenance done on two cars on a regular basis. I dropped off a car today and the manager Curtis had one of his guys give me a ride home without me even asking. They do free flat tire repair and tire rotation even if you didn’t buy your tires from them (for non corparate customers). Curtis and his employees always take care of me.

These guys are awesome! In less than an hour I had 4 new tires and an oil change! Will definitely be coming here again! Very pleased with the service

I love this place because its so close to home. I take all of my stuff here when I can. Im pretty upset though with my service I got today. I had a nail in my tire, and they patched it for me. I noticed when I had come out that a rim that I spent $400 bucks on had a couple of huge scratches and gouges from them that were super obvious from a mile away. I told them about it before I left and they just told me that they would write it on my ticket for next time. I feel like it was just blown off and not really cared about but its still damage to a vehicle.

These guys are amazing every time! They keep you posted constantly and are always super sweet when I go in with all my little minions. I got my emissions test and registration done all at once in 10min or less. It was amazing. They werent very busy at all if you go during the week on the weekend they are packed.

PLEASE!!! If you are told you need parts for your alignment get a second opinion . I was told for the second time in a year my idler and pitman arm were bad .since I bought the truck just before the first time I assumed it was true I replaced them with moog parts it was a good chunk of money just parts. I went back Monday 09/27/21 and was told they were bad again brought it home and while inspecting it found 2 idler bolts loose I spent 150 for alignment and had it done once I dont know how this can happen dave at the store said he checked and saw they were bad and said I over greased them so enough said .I call to get the owners number and they wanted me to bring it back too them but I think lesson learned this is a problem that should never happen 1 time

This was my first time going to this location. When I first walked in a was pleasantly surprised at how clean and open the waiting area was. I went here just to get the emissions done on my truck. Apparently its two different stores. The tire shop, then the oil service shop. The guy at the counter had to go get the employee for the service shop. I didnt have to wait long. They got my truck right in and I think I was there maybe 15 min. The waiting area its self is very nice and very clean. They have TVs mounted on the wall, a little refreshments area for water, coffee and even tea I think. I was shocked to see that this area was even actually very clean and well stocked. They had a small table for kids to sit at and play.The one thing I did notice is that unlike other tire stores Ive been to they only had a couple tire samples out on the floor. I dont know and didnt ask if they have more elsewhere but that is usually how I get an idea of the type of tire I want. Maybe they just show you a wider selection on the computer. Again I didnt ask, but over all this trip was a good one and I will be going back.

Dealt with Reese at Big O Tire in Riverton, Utah this morning. When I asked how much the new tire would be he Pulled the old bait and switch by giving me a price that didnt include their excessive fees, then they tried to charge me for flat repair when I was getting a new tire. (Ive honestly never been to a tire shop that charged for flat repair) He also told me it would be done in an hour and it took 3 hours. On top of all that I had to walk around the entire building to get my truck and they left their dirty garbage inside. There are plenty of other tire shops out there, no need to go back to Big O.

Went in for an oil change and supplied oil and then filter.i supply my synthetic oil made for my engine and filter for warranty. Was told that the new owners wont allow that and I can buy their oil and filter. I declined. Got the emissions and on the spot renewal done. Off to tire rotation. Looked out in the shop and my hood was up. I asked why is the hood up and was told that they are doing a courtesy inspection. I told them to stop and just rotate the tires. I then took my truck to another shop for the oil change and had them check the torque on the lugs. 4 lugs on one wheel were barely tight like they didnt torque them. The last thing I need is to have wheel issues when pulling 22k lbs down the highway. Plus everything in my center console was moved like someone was digging around in there. Not going back.

I have really been impressed with their customer service lately. Also got the best deal on my new set of tires here compared to other comparable shops.

They are great. They take care your and your vehicle. They dont try to push added things at your and only tell you what is really needed.

Tremendous service and very fast even though they had a lot cars in the shop. I’ll be coming back for four tires in the very near future.

I brought in my 2015 4Runner for a alignment. Curtis helped me out and went Above and beyond for me! Very honest guy every mechanic shop needs more people like him. Thank you so much Curtis!

I called an hour before they closed to see if they could get me in to mount and balance tires on brand new wheels and they said it would be no issue. Got there, everyone was nice and helpful, I left, got a call 20min later that my car was done. I paid, got in, drove off. Got onto Mt.view doing 60 and could have crashed because my wheels were so off balance that my steering wheel started violently shaking. At this time they had closed and I drove over to tire pros and they showed me each wheel was 3-4oz off and fixed it free of charge. I went back to get a refund and the manager said it was my fault I did not come back after they had closed for them to fix it. He said he mounted and balanced them himself and he would not give me a refund because he supposedly had been doing this for 40 years. Things escalated and we began yelling and cursing. Yes I did too. I walked outside and he followed and continued to yell and scream until I got to my car. I understand mistakes happen but when I leave with 16 individual weights on each wheel and only need 4. That is an issue.

Bought some tires from a guy that works there won’t say his name unless the store wants to make Things right but dude claimed these tires we their display tire at the store. I went somewhere else to get them installed because he told me that they would last about 3 years which I know wasn’t true. Come to find out I’m looking for a new set as we speak and don’t plan on shopping here bad service and not trustworthy. Will update if store reaches out to try an make things right

Tires/Rotation/Balanced done in 30 minutes - YEA

Went in for a simple flat repair. The lady that helped me when I got there was on point. She said my vehicle would be done in 15 minutes 30 max. it was done in exactly 30 minutes. But the keys then sat behind the desk for over 20 minutes while the guys just looked at the paperwork a bunch of times. Luckily another customer asked if I wanted to get help before they helped him.

I went in yesterday for an alignment and some other small services. I had purchased the five year alignment about one year ago. They refused to charge me for the other services. They should have charged an additional $65. I walked out paying nothing 0. This is not the first time they sent me home without paying anything. Thank you.

Manager there found me reasonable priced tires for my class A motorhome. Delivered and installed in a timely manner.

Terrible service. Went in looking to get be wheels, tires, possible leveling kit. When I asked for help they just handed me a catalog with no guidance then left the room. After finding a few options I wanted to price out and consider I waited for a good 45 minutes with nobody around before eventually leaving.

I went in with a flat tire, it had a nail. They patched it for free!! I was so surprised.Ryan helped me out. Very nice and fast service.

Good honest work done by the techs their. Will be coming in everytime I need an oilchange or some tires.

I wasted 8 hours at a Ken garff chevy dealer in American Fork and left with my car exactly the same as I took it in with them throwing their hands up in the air and trying to charge me over $300 for things I didnt need. Curtis diagnosed the tire pressure problem in about 10 minutes and I was out in 30. Highly recommend him and this big o tire.

Anthony was super helpful. He offered us free alignment check-ups, and kept us informed along the way. Anthony was friendly, and he seemed genuinely concerned about us and the cars condition. We were well taken care of, and we will recommend Big O to friends. Great customer service!

We ran over a screw and they patched our tire quick and did it for free.

I used to go to this location because I lived in Herriman. I now live in Lehi, and still drive to this location because the service is just awesome! Being female, I hate having to take my car anywhere because I always feel like they are going to talk me into getting more done to my car than what is really needed, but they are pretty good at not trying to oversell anything. They are professional and I have never had any problems!

These team at this location is awesome! They were so quick and helpful. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and they fixed it quickly for free. I had my daughter with me and was by myself, and they were so friendly and kind. I will definitely go back!

Went in to get my stripped lug nuts replaced and told me it would be done later that day. They never called me and I had to call the next day. When I asked if it was done they said it would be $50 and they would call me when it’s done. They should’ve done it when I asked.

Wouldnt recommend coming here for anything besides tires. I dropped off my car for an alignment, receive a call an hour later telling me my car was ready but that I need new tie rods. I go in and they tell me they werent able to do the alignment because they couldnt get the tie rod bolts off, and because the rear suspension has shims and its too complicated for them. They didnt seem too concerned they were losing a potential life-long customer. Took it to Master Muffler the next day and they had no issue doing the alignment.

Service has always been great here. The website is not a great tool,Couldnt make your poor quality website work, never even got to a store.20 minutes of frustration, BigO deserves better!

The staff at this Big O are fantastic. I have been buying tires from them for years. I have always been pleased with the prices and with the service and follow up that I receive.

Went to location downtown, on 300 West in SLC.Had a flat tire. Had to buy a new tire. -Bummer.Took about an hour total, on a weekday morning, around 8am.(Was quick, after tire was purchased.)

While they did fix the issue both times the riverton location has twice taken advantage of my wife lack of knowledge about cars. The first time was to charge her for a tire change out that should have been covered as they were big o tires, when I called and brought it up they refunded the charges, and then when we changed to out winter tires they broke a lug and let her leave with it that way. Without telling her to comeback or anything. Again when I went in the next day they were open they fixed it at no charge but the fact that each time my wife has interacted with them something occured which was wrong does not inspire confidence with this location. I will be going to other big o locations in the future.

Called on the phone on Friday afternoon and was given an estimated 90-120 minute wait to install four tires they had in stock. 32 minutes from arrival to finish and my final bill was under the written estimate! Excellent experience!

Amazing experience i was in and out in 23 minutes for flat repair

I went to this location on two separate occasions about a month apart. On both occasions, I made an appointment for nine in the morning. On both occasions, my car was returned to me at 3 PM that afternoon. The second time, they couldn’t even find my reservation. And then, when they were done, they ended up billing me twice. I called them back to have the charge removed and then they told me it would take 24 hours. Fast forward 72 hours and I’m still waiting to have my funds released back. I’ll never go to this location again.Update: it’s been a week and I’m still missing $300. I talked to somebody 2 days ago and they were going to have the manager call me back the next day. However, I haven’t heard back.

Went in and asked for an oil change, tire rotation & to check on my brakes. I come back learning that I supposedly need a new steering belt, battery & transmission flush.When my husband went in a week before and asked for the same thing, he only got the oil change & tire rotation when his car actually is older than mine. I am aware that every car is different but they definitely discriminated me for being a female. When my husband went in on my behalf, they made a suggestive comment and were very straight forward. I ended taking my car somewhere else and did not need nearly half of that! This isnt the first time I have been discriminated with a Big O Tires, I shouldnt have to bring my husband to get honest & quality service.

Got a large hole in my tire near the sidewall, so needed a replacement tire. They had it in stock and back on the road in no time. Great service.

First time went in for warranty work I didnt have my original invoice and they couldnt look it up. Went back after I found my paperwork and told them I had a slow leak in a front tire and a flat. They replaced the flat one then told me they couldnt find any leak. How do you even find one without taking the tire of the truck? Was treat poorly during both experiences.

My first visit was in my commuter car I had them install two front tires. I pick it up drove down the road to work and the tire light comes on 0psi then off and on. I call and they say it needs calibrated. But the light is now coming on and off like, its calibrated and reading then nothing at all, maybe its broken when you put the new tire on!?I also asked about some pricing on 4 new 33 tires on some 20 Sota rims for my truck. He took down the tire and rim model I wanted and said he would call me with pricing....... He never called.Second visit Ill give it another try because its close. I called hey how much is a 2 wheel alignment on a 2015 2500 HD? 69.99- ok Ill bring it down. Then when I have my wife pick it up and pay for it- they seen her coming and charged her for a 4wheel alignment $100 on my truck after adjusting the front toe only because I had a tie rod off and needed an alignment.Working as a professional mechanic myself for 17yrs- you either know what your doing and are honest or you charge people for work not performed because its a girl paying the bill and dont last long.My time is worth too much to drive back and complain about $30. Hopefully this saves someone a trip.

My experience at Big o Tires was stellar. This was my very first time going to this tire shop and they took care of me like I was family! Not only that, they took care of my car as if it was their own. Which is very important to me. I needed all new tires, an alignment, and an all synthetic oil change. Derek and Nick made sure I was informed properly as to the condition of my tires and what I needed and didnt need. It was also nice to see Nick (Manager) out on the floor and in the bay with his employees. Lucas did my oil change effectively and quickly! I even had him do it last minute and he was happy to squeeze me in during a busy time. Christian did a wonderful job balancing my tires and rotating them, the steering is super tight and the car is solid. Its also worth a mention that a gentleman there by the name Curtis has the best smile and is always making others smile too! Thanks Big O! Earned a loyal customer!

I have been a customer for years but the last few experiences have shown me a big decline in customer service first I have went in the last 3 times for a rotation and have been told they are too busy I can see that but not 3 times so today I pull up at 5 30pm with a nail in my tire and loosing air and I told the gal she said im sorry we are closing I am like OK. I ran over to Tire Pros they said no problem. Guess I know were I will be going from now on.

I had an appointment at 10:30 for two new tires and rotation. My car was done at 11:20. Very impressed since many times at other tire shops I’ve waited allot longer. The staff was very friendly, especially Nick. Great job by all. I’ll definitely be back.

They really are tire experts, friendly service, no hassle lines like in other similar places.

I had a tire swap 4-9 for a fiesta st and found that I couldnt get a 19mm socket on one of the lugs to tighten them up after I had driven a bit. This was not their fault and I appreciate how quickly they helped me swap to some better lugs. The issue is how the lug is designed. The ones with the cap or ones that are not a single piece of steel allow for moisture to get trapped and will deform the lug. Thank you for this and working during covid-19! If I had any feedback at all. Just let your customers know. I would have paid for new lugs instead of having to come back.

I have used them before and they have been good but my last experience will have me going some place else from now on. I brought the car in for an oil change and tires and was quoted $493.00. I left the car overnight to be worked on. When I retuned today I was told the quote was for the tires only and I owed another $84 for the oil change. I was then told that they are a separate business that does the oil change. Separate business but they are all u set ones roof at one location really? Taking advantage of customers during the pandemic is just wrong!

Been here twice. First time I had to wait 2.5 hours. Second time I had to wait 3.5 hours. That alone isnt what lost stars; apparant disregard for county public health order is. Most employees are not wearing masks, and there is no enforcement of the public health order by employees to customers. If you or someone you interact with regularly has an immune disorder, DO NOT come here.

I am always hesitant on taking my car anywhere because I have to haul my two young children and when waiting they always become irritated. However, we visited Big O today for the first time and they seriously had such a blast with the awesome staff in Herriman!!! Thank you for helping make our experience not only quick, but fun and not stressful for this mama!!!

I had to wait a bit, then they said my tire was not repairable. They didnt have the one I needed but offered to order it. I did get what I needed at the dealer, cheapet.

They didnt call me to inform me the part was in. I had to call them. They told me three different prices. They didnt have all the parts in stock after I called in and they confirmed they had them. Do yourself a favor and go to intermountain tire pros. I wish I had even though my tire was under a big-o warranty.

Went into Big O Tires last week looking for a quote for my vehicle. Lift, wheels and tires. They were extremely slow at the time, most of the employees were standing around. The store manager was helping me and he acted as though he couldn’t figure out what rims I wanted because they just got some new catalogs. He then asked me to give him a couple hours to figure this out and he would give me a call. Needless to say I never heard anything back from him and went elsewhere. Pretty disappointing when the store manager flakes out on you! And Big O lost a pretty sizable sale!

These guys won me over. They were happy to fix my flats and rotate my tires even though I didn’t buy from them. The garage crew would come right out and help. Now I go here frequently and they are always faster than anticipated.

Had a nail in a front tire, Discount tire could not be bothered with helping me, so I went up the street to Big O. Got me in and fixed the leak. Great service, I will go back when I need new tires!

Had a poor experience with one of the techs there telling me I needed things I did not need for my new vehicle. A manager later contacted me and seemed genuinely concerned. They went over and above to make it right and I happy with everything now.

I just had an extraordinary experience at this Big O Tires location. The facility is clean and comfortable and the employees were pleasant and attentive. I think I had the Manager help me but what was amazing is that he personally took care of me from start to finish. I went in not expecting them to be able to help and thought maybe I could order some specialty tires for a hand cart. The manager said it was minor and got the tires re-inflated and sealed. It took only a few minutes but he didn’t charge me! Talk about winning over a customer! Awesome place for your tires and vehicle needs! Thank You Big O!

The staff was super nice. They were quick the lounging area was nice. I got my tire patched and had a sub over where my spare goes. They called me back there to make sure they wouldn’t mess with anything while putting the spare back which made me very satisfied and impressed that they would think of that. Definitely no other place I’d go.

They lack customer service At Riverton site. I booked an appointment for 11am because I was waiting for my car. Just needed to change out snow tires. Told me 45 minutes. It’s now 47 minutes and car is just going in. But I had to say something.There excuse is well we had other vehicles in shop. Not sure that helped. The main guy taking customers in has no personality! The girl who works here is there saving grace. Covid note none of the workers are wearing masks who deal with people.

Great experience. Curtis, the manager, is awesome and really goes the extra mile. They didnt have the tires we needed in stock so he sent one of his employees to another location to pick them up and bring them back. Even with that the car was ready to go within an hour.Staff is friendly and helpful as well. I will be going back there for maintenance now as well. Prices are great and the roadside hazard insurance that comes with the tires is awesome to have.

The best in this area so far. A little pricey, but quick and thorough. My tires werent fully inflated after initial purchase. Later, there was a balancing issue after they rotated. They fixed it right away. But should I have had the issue to begin with? Very quick emissions check. The alignment Bay gets backed up. But it is a great service. Ill keep going for now.

They do good work, but the wait is long. Also, few covid-19 precautions (no masks, no social distancing). There was one pump bottle of hand sanitizer.

THEY SAVED ME FROM A BLOWOUT! I checked my tires and noticed there was air seeping from the rear tire, I started panicking so I looked up the nearest tire place to get it replaced, this was the closest. I went in they offered me the best value for 4 brand new tires. They are the Legacy ones. So I went in for 1 tire replacement and ended up with 4, cool, I needed them anyway. Good price, good service, whole replacement done in like 25 minutes. Great tread. Would recommend!

Asked them to resurface my brakes and they said yes. The price was even better than they quoted over the phone. Now my brakes are smooth as butter. Thanks!

I was very happy with my experience here. The shop and its people seem to put an emphasis on customer service. I think this location is pretty popular, I make the effort to call ahead to see how busy they are (and even arrange for plans to drop the car off when I know its going to be a while). In the end, its better to allow them to take their time and do the job right rather than to rush them because you need your car back sooner rather than later.

If I could review this with zero stars I would. They stated I needed new Inner and outer tie rods as well as new ball joints on both sides. Got my car up on a lift and both tie rods are fine and both ball joints are fine.They said they couldnt do my alignment because of my tie rods being seized. I was able to spin them freely with a wrench. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE SO CALLED MECHANICS! I will never use their services again!

Was very suprised I had to argue with management that I wanted my 2 new tires, on my 2 front tires(Its FWD), and didnt want my new tires on the back. Had to sign a waiver, but afterwards they swapped it, and the job was still done really nice, no damage or anything to my rims and they willingly stretched my tires pretty decently. A bit weird encounter, but I will be returning.

Always very clear, honest, helpful and able to handle whatever I need! During winter, they get very busy on the weekends, especially for snow tire changeovers, so plan on a weekday for a smoother experience and short wait times.

Riverton location has always been so helpful, friendly and professional, with me throughout several different situations, Cisneros, and vehicles including my side by side RZR. Specifically the store manager and Andy who have worked with me so fairly in communication as well as parts labor and, shuttling me back and forth from my home to their location. I can’t say enough about this store, I highly recommend taking all your vehicle and mechanical needs to this store they are awesome! I will always go to them.
