Do not take your car here unless you want you vehicle to be treated like trash. I went here for a simple oil change and have been left with a large headache.During their upselling portion, they(technician Amir) tried to explain to me that my cabin air filter was bad and needed replacement. I knew otherwise since I just replaced the cabin air filter the week prior. What they shown me was downright irritating. They poured red oil on my filter and put a bunch of debris on it to make it looked used. After I declined a replacement, they proceeded to put the filter back into my car. During this, all of the debris was dumped all over my passenger side seat and left there.About 3 weeks after my oil change, I was walking to my car from a distance and noticed that the plastic skid plate/cover was hanging off of the bottom of the car. Upon inspection I found that they did not fully affix my skid plate and that I was also missing some of the hardware. I drove back to the Jiffy Lube and Amir met met in the parking lot. I explained the issue to him. He told me that they will fix the error but I needed to wait 45+ minutes for them to fix this, even though there were open bays. I drive off and wait for another day when I have the time. Again, I drive to the Jiffy Lube to get this repaired. This time, technician Zach guides me into the bay and over the pit. He proceeds to go under the vehicle for some time. After he gets out of the pit, he tells me I am good to go, and I drive off. After driving off, I immediately hear scraping sound. I pull over and inspect the under side of the car. It is there where I find that Zach ZIP-TIED my skid plate to hold it up. He even went so far as to not even cut the extra tags off of the zip-tie, which is why I heard the scraping.Now i am left with my car that is missing hardware, zip-tied together, and dirty due to them dumping the debris in my front seat.Save some time and a headache. Go elsewhere.
The Riverton location is great. Their employees are all very friendly and professional. They meet me as soon as I arrive and keep me apprised of what is happening at all times. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday, I went in for a simple oil change at the Riverton location. I told them that all I wanted was the synthetic oil. I have a 2020 Toyota Rav 4, with 5000 miles. They assumed, that because Premium synthetic is recommended on my type of vehicle, they would used the full synthetic oil, without asking me, or letting me that the cost for that type of oil was $114.99. I called my Toyota dealer and they said it is only recommended but not necessary, it will just allow me to go longer in between oil changes. They told me that they charge $54.99 for the full synthetic oil change. My final bill after they offered a $20 coupon, was $94.35. I feel like I was totally ripped off!! I will never go to another Jiffy Lube in the future. Take my advise and go somewhere who will be honest and will let you know the cost before hand.

I forgot my coupons so I asked the person if they would honor the price still. He said yes. Had my oil changed and went to pay. They charged me the regular price. I reminded him they agreed to the promotional price. He said they didn’t and started making ignorant comments to me. I told him I was not paying the full price. He started yelling at me. I asked for the manager who finally gave me the the promotional price but said nothing to the employee. I now drive past this store to go to another place. What a joke!

I planned to have the best oil change experience. Nevertheless, I was just the beginning of a nightmare. I went there to only the change the oil of my Kia Sorrento and right after I left the place I start hearing a weird noise at the engine region but I kept driving. Moreover, when I was at I50 my car stopped working and luckily I was close to an exit and I stopped my car at a gas station. I called to Jiffy Lube and they sent a technician from other shop and took my car to the Jiffy Lube from Murray. Furthermore, after almost hour waiting they said that they were not sure about what happened but I asked “what do you think happened”? And he said “your car was overfilled with oil, which can cause the same problem as when does not has oil”. I took some photos of the level of oil and I sent to my private mechanic and he agreed the this action could damage my cars engine.Thus, Jiffy Lube said they would send the car to a different shop to investigate what happened. After, 3 days they assumed that the car was not damaged by the oil change even seeing that the car was over filled. How much coincidence my car have an engine problem right after have it inspected and the oil changed....Now I’m by my self trying to solve a huge problem that Jiffy Lube caused to car, a damaged motor, due to overfilling oil.Please never go to Jiffy Lube in Riverton!

Im not certain how competitive their prices are but they are prepared to offer most regular auto maintenance services at drive up convenience.

Overpriced and slow. They were thorough, but left something to be desired. Good for easy things like an oil change, but if you want quality work done at an excellent price, go to Riverside Collision Repair over in Provo. Theyre the best in Utah, at unbeatable prices, and the staff over there are incredible.
They popped my tire. Went in for an oil change - the staff was extremely friendly. As with all oil change places, they insist on checking a variety of other things (air filter, tire pressure, etc) in an effort to sell you additional services. I politely declined everything that would incur additional cost, however they said they would fill my tires to manufacturer recommended pressure at no extra charge (The tire pressure was already fine). Drove my car home, and today I have a flat tire. I am not sure if the tire was actually popped at this location or if filling the tires with additional air in cold weather caused a self-sealing puncture to open up, but I do know that I had a functional tire prior to my oil change, and I now have a flat tire. Leaving 2 stars only due to friendliness of staff.

Just visited this location because we moved. I have been a loyal customer at the Murray location for years. Just like a previous review by Janet. I waited 20 minutes for the young lady to acknowledge me let alone attend me. I realize she was with a customer and I patiently waited but after she was done she stood speaking to a coworker for another 10 minutes which was as long as I was going to wait and left. You shouldn’t have to wait for 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you. I would avoid this location unless you have all day.
The managers nice, the rest of the staff seems to want to screw you over, the wait room is a joke. Really would never go here again.
Workers had no clue what they were doing, they denied me my retest on my emissions. I had clear paperwork saying I got it done before and payed for it. (Same store) They still denied me give me an excuse that makes no sense. Just go to Grease monkey, not worth time or money here
I think I have now close the door on all Jiffy Lube locations. This is the second time Ive gone to one with a really bad experience. I sat there for an hour and they didnt have really any cars before me and they took over an hour and 15 minutes before I finally told them to put my car back together I have to go in my oil change was never even completed. I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted I am with this place. I feel like there are not enough adjectives but I could use. I could not even make up the word that I want to describe the poor contact of those three young men. I mean I felt like I was watching three tortoises move around that garage.
Nikki Rasmussen and her team took great care of me in a very timely manner. Her professionalism and confident yet genuine demeanor were refreshing and sincerely appreciated. Not only was it nice to see a female in this customer-facing role, but she knocked it out of the park! Not pushy just knowlegible and great at communication--great energy. Probably best experience Ive had at Jiffy Lube.
This location was so bad I watched an accident happen and they are just sitting there taking with a bunch of people standing around with 2 out of 3 doors open taking forever they didnt have parts i have so much to say i just dont have the Patience to type it out im keeping the most important part to myself Ive said enough
I went in to get my check engine light diagnosed, thats it, and when i left, i noticed a knocking in my cars engine that hadnt been present before hand, and the ac had stopped blowing air at all, which once again was working before i took it in. Im beyond furious and now have to take my car in to a mechanic i trust to see whats wrong, i suspect there was tampering with my car to put it bluntly
Paolo helped me out and he was great and determined to help me out, I went to a Valvoline and 3 other jiffy lubes and they all said my headlight was to hard to change and wouldn’t help me. Paolo got it done quickly and it didn’t surprise me he seemed very determined and I really needed it done, thank you!

Follow-up 11-12-2020 - they found the tech to be at fault and stated on 10/13/20 that they would be sending a check for the damages that it caused. I was pleased to hear that they were going to take care of it. As of today 11-12-2020, no check has arrived and after calling sounds like it actually went nowhere. Very displeased with their customer service. The Manager, Luke, said he would make a phone call.One of the techs left their tools on the engine block and it slide off while driving and damaged my fan. I contacted the manager after replacing the fan myself because I needed a vehicle. They have failed to get back with me. I keep calling and getting the same story. I tried to give them a chance before giving this rating. The manager tried to hide the ratchet when asked to see it. He claims that they dont use that style anymore. The main boss has yet to contact me after I sent an email telling of my situation.
I came in today for a quick oil change. It took 20 minutes before I was even greeted by a young lady she was nice and apologized for the wait. When it was finally time to billed out, Luke the manager was rude and sloppy. He wouldnt stop flirting with a young lady long enough to realize I wanted to use a coupon. He said he already charged my card but he would honor it next time even though it would be expired. There will not be a next time. Not professional at all.
LIARS I asked them to be sure to check the oil levels on the diffs and manual trans and transfer case. They said they always do that. Then after the service I asked again and they told me yes they did. However it was a lie, as when I got underneath to check back at home, there was still mud residue across the check plugs.

Came in about a week ago and the service was TERRIBLE. Waited forever just to get an engine light diagnostic, was FINALLY greeted by the manager (Big guy. I think his name started with an L but im not sure) who was not friendly or professional, he reaked of alcohol. He insisted that everything was fine and it was just the sensor; went to grease monkey to get a second opinion and they were able to fix the problem in only about a half hour.
This place was great! I called another nearby Jiffy Lube and they did not have my brake pads in stock but they could get it in 24 hours, this place got them in 15 minutes. I asked them to order my brake pads and after they took off my rims they told me my brakes are still good and didnt need to be changed yet -- after special ordering (buying from a nearby AutoZone) my brake pads and everything! They were pretty quick with my full synthetic oil change and were helpful and friendly. Ive had no problems with my visit and plan to come back to this one next time.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! My friend went there to do a simple oil change, they overfilled it, so the car ended up with a blown engine. Although my friend has all the proofs that jiffy lube caused it, in the end, they turned a blind eye to the situation, not getting the responsibility for this!!! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR CAR SAFETY.
They will do emissions fully knowing it wont pass and not say a word to you until giving you the bill. The tech admitted he knew it wouldnt pass but that his boss told him to run it anyway. I knew what it was, explained how to fix it and was told it was impossible. I asked for my money back and was denied. Immediately took it to a different place where they saw what it was, took 5 minutes to fix it and guess what.. IT PASSED! I had to pay for 2 tests but it was worth going somewhere where I was treated well. Im willing to bet they wouldnt have done that to a man!
Most unprofessional workers. Slow, lazy and make you wait for hours. They’ll tell you to wait if there’s only 1 car and 4 workers. They talk most of the time to each other and play around and don’t care how long you’re waiting. I’m never coming back and definitely don’t recommend.

Found out the manager, Luke, as well as one of the employees, have been drinking at work to the point of blacking out and falling down stairs on multiple occasions. Even better there’s another guy (who i believe is the boss) named Ben who’s done absolutely nothing to help the employees and has come down and yelled at them right in front of customers. I’ve seen Luke yelling at a homeless man while i was there getting my radiator checked. I went and talked to the poor man and all he needed was some help with getting some air in his bicycle tire (and it wasn’t busy at all there was 5 people there with me and one other person getting our cars looked at) HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!! go somewhere else if you want your car to be working after you leave and if you want GOOD service!
We have used this location to service our truck for quite some time. We went there today for an oil change, the technician asked if we needed the filters replaced, I told them to look at our record and see, as we do not have the maintenance schedule memorized. Once we received the final bill, I checked our records and they had replaced two fuel filters and an air filter 6 months before. I called to find out why they would’ve just replaced them. At the least they could’ve called us to inform us they had been done 6 months ago. I was told that our truck had a digital gauge and I should’ve looked at it before bringing it in. I understand we “authorized” the service by asking them to look at what we did 6 months ago, but I feel like this was shady. As a result, over the $300 service, they have lost our business for life. There are many shops to choose from, we will not be back.

Went here most frequently to get my car inspected for registration. Service is always good but they are always trying to up sale you on everything, and I find that kind of annoying. If I wanted an oil change I would have told you I wanted an oil change.

This place is the worst. I wouldnt trust them to do anything on my car. They only got one star because thats required to post a review. My daughter took her Jeep in for a safety inspection. The next day driving on the freeway the left front wheel came off. Lucky she didnt crash and get hurt. They obviously didnt tighten the wheel after the safety inspection. Tore up the front fender and ruined the wheel. Had to have the Jeep towed. After repeated communication to them, they claimed zero responsibility. Cost me $500 to fix all the damage. STAY AWAY!
I called these guys 15 minutes to close to see if they could do on the spot renewal. I told them I would come in when they werent close to closing and they urged me to come in that night. I got there and they were very happy to help despite how being after close. Service was really quick and friendly. They made suggestions without being pushy and got me on my way in 20. I rarely do reviews but top notch service here.

Lazy service. Went in for an oil change and rock chip repair. they found a gash in my tire and had to order one. Said it would take 2 days to get shipped and they would call us when it came in. 3 days passed with no word. We had to constantly call to get an update, when they promised they would call us. 2 weeks later I called and they had gotten the tire the day before I called.They also didn’t repair the rock chip. We had to go in and have them redo it. Won’t ever be coming again.
Last month will mark the end of my service at this Jiffy Lube. Went in for a simple oil change. The oil I get is pricey, but not what they charged. They then went on to tell me car car, which I had just barely bought, needed over one THOUSAND dollars in maintenance done, including brakes(which were 100% fine), some oil and engine flush, this that and the other. I went to another place to get these things done, when i was told that nothing needed repairs of maintenance. These guys will screw you over so hard, im surprised they are in business. Not to mention, when they pulled my car in they grinded the life out of my first gear, i could hear it from inside the hut. Then they took pictures of my stock car as i was leaving. This place is full of scammers and scum. Take your business elsewhere, its cheaper and much more quality than youll receive from the individuals that work here.

Jiffy Lube might be a bit obsessed with the up-sell, but I have nothing against the company. I do however have significant issues with this particular location. I took in an older vehicle for emissions and was greeted with disdain and comments indicating they were not happy to have to work on it. It didnt pass and they rudely dismissed me saying I needed a new tail pipe. I replaced the pipe and my wife took it back in the middle of a weekday. After a long wait they told her it passed and she asked them to change the oil. Once the oil was changed they told her their computer had lost the emissions report so they had to test it again. After some time the guy came in and began literally yelling at my wife that he couldnt get the emissions report, that she had clogged up their bay for over 2 hours and she needed to get her piece of sh** out of there right now. After 2 1/2 hours my wife left the place in tears. Yes, its an old vehicle, but at the next place it passed emissions with no problem indicating it wasnt the vehicle but this particular Jiffy Lubes problem. Regardless, there is never a reason to treat any customer in such a fashion. I would strongly suggest picking a different location for servicing your vehicle. We will never go back.

I went in just for an oil change, it was a Sunday and they weren’t particularly busy, they were quick in getting my car taken care of. However, they told me that both my brake lights were out and that my coolant was dangerously low, I told them I would take care of those and they finished up my car. When I went home I checked both my brake lights and neither of them were out, my coolant was also full and did not need to be filled, I have had another similar experience to this recently with another vehicle at this same location.
Worst Jiffy Lube I have EVER been to. We waited in the car to be greeted for an unusual amount of time. Then we waited over an hour to even get brought out to go over the car. We watched as they finished the car who arrived after us and he left over thirty minutes earlier than we did. They washed the windows over and over and they walked around and talked to each other. It was NOT a busy day. We asked them to check the brakes and they didn’t even do it. I went to another location for my own car just the day before and it was a completely different experience. We spent a total of an hour and forty minutes waiting for only an oil change. Nothing else, no complications. By far the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had.
Very poor estimates on time for a simple oil change. Even after I was billed out and told them I don’t want any of the up-sells, they said it would only be 2-3 more mins. 25 minutes later they finally pulled my car out of the garage. The staff struggle to communicate effectively. Mechanics goofing around in the shop jumping in front of each other as they pull vehicles into the bays. Terrible waiting area. Obviously a large corporation gouging people where they can. Very poor quality service for the same price as, if not higher than, many competitors. They have plenty of coupons available for decent discounts. Yet as other reviewers have mentioned, you have to ask for it, even though they have stacks of them everywhere, yet the staff won’t offer them voluntarily. They don’t care about the coupons themselves, just the code they have to type in to apply the discount. Pick another shop.

Came in for annual registration and emissions check, didnt even have to schedule an appoinyment. As soon as I got there I was attended to by Jonah and one other employee. They were pleasant to work with and took care of my admissions and registration in no time. Will definitely come back in the future.

Overall I had a really good experience coming here. The wait was a little long but they seemed abnormally busy that day. I had originally purchased an oil change on Groupon but turned out this location didnt accept them, which was frustrating. The manager made sure to make it worth my while by applying the largest coupon they had to my purchase and even filled my coolant for free. He was a very stand up guy and wanted to make sure that I felt good coming back, which I will be in the future.

This is an okay location. I came in a Saturday and it wasnt real busy. So good for me but probably not so good for them. The waiting area was decently clean and had the typical coffee and stuff. The service was quick. The bathroom was clean enough. The sales were a bit pushier than most.

Quick and friendly when I went to get my oil changed. They usually have coupons online too, so make sure to find those before coming in. As with any car place, they have to try to sell you extra stuff, so just be familiar with your car before bringing it in. But overall, the best Jiffy Lube Ive been too.
Id never had a good Jiffy Lube experience until tonight. I didnt like the upsells and it was all rather annoying. Tonight they may have saved my life.My brakes have been acting up for a while and my mechanic has been avoiding me, but the folks here not only figured out what was wrong, but stayed an hour past close to try and fix it and make sure I had a ride home. They went well above and beyond the call of duty and this location will have my business from now on.

I discovered that I had a very low tire I knew that most tire stores were closed or closing. I didn’t know where a gas station was that I could go to that had air nor did I know how much air I was supposed put in my tire. I asked Google where the nearest Jiffy Lube was and found one within a short distance from where I was. They were so kind and friendly and quick to help me with my problem. They took a reading on all tires made adjustments to almost all tires and filled up my one that was definitely almost flat! I so appreciated their willingness to help me and there was no charge!

Awesome service, well explained details about what was wrong with my truck. Gave me tons of discounts without even having to ask for them (uncommon in most stores), clean restroom and free hot cocoa/coffee in the waiting area. No idea what these other complaints are about other than having there noses a little high in the air. I will use these guys from now on for sure.
We went to get a rock chip repaired and they were incredibly friendly, speedy and Luke was a stud. I would go out of my way to go back there and we live in Utah County!
