These guys were super great and very knowledgable. I pulled in there on the spot and they looked at my truck. They didnt charge me anything and explained the issue. I had to send my truck back to the previous mechanic for something under warranty. I would reccomend these guys to anyone. Nice work and nice people.

Fast friendly service

My daughter took her vehicle there to find out if something was going on with the fuel line.they said it was a bad fuel pump and they could fix it for around 900 bucks! She took it to get serviced and a second opinion and it was fine no problems found! Not sure that we will go back to RTO.

Wonderful people with knowledgeable service! I went in with significant issues with the tires on my three car trailer and the team here went over and beyond being honest and giving me great choices on tires. The work done was awesome and the knowledge that they put into a mere tire swap totally changed the way my trailer handle for the better. I swear by these guys, they know their tires for sure.

Well I didnt stop in for business that day but I have done business with them many times. Martin is a very knowledgeable mechanic turned Service Writer. Denny and Burt know their stuff when it comes to tires. All friendly individuals.

Driving back to South Dakota from the Tetons and the transmission overheating. Stopped in and DeeJay helped us with the issue. Solved it quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got us on our way home quickly and I couldnt say more about how well he took care of us!

RTO Tire Factory really goes above and beyond to make sure you get affordable, quality service. I went in for a heating issue with my car, and they fixed a problem with the door free of charge while it was there. Great staff as well!

RTO has always been extremely good to me.Great about taking care of my concerns, never pushing products or services unless they truly are needed. Honest, always get me in their schedule, quickly get my truck done and a great price for the regular services (oil changes, alingment, rotation).

Have to give a shout out to RTO. We own a Class A motorcoach and we blew a tire. They did an excellent job of finding one for us and installing it. Great bunch of people there. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

Very friendly when you buy 1100 dollars worth of tires from them plus a warranty and a new battery but when you need your tires rotated they rudely tell you your going to have to wait 2 hours or make an appointment this is how they treat the regular joe that’s not on a fleet account I won’t be taking any more business to them I’ll pay plains to rotate
