Excellent service every time, on copies, flyers and business cards. The staff is always very professional and courteous while working to ensure your job is done correct and within the time allotted. I drive from Franklin County to Roanoke because the service I receive at this location is unsurpassed. Exceptional job, Cole and Joseph!

The customer service at this store is the best Ive ever had at any retail store! All of the people who greeted me were so friendly, and all of them were willing to help! When I motioned that I was on the phone, they politely whispered okay and smiled and walked away. The one gentleman who showed me where the copy self-service was was very polite when I asked him to let me do it by myself. I simply didnt know they had a self-service copy machine! For personal assistance with anything related to your office or shipping or computer needs, I would definitely come back here and recommend you do too!

Horrible customer service. Shipment was promised to me as the customer by five days after placing the order. I had to contact them just to find out which carrier they had used and what my tracking number was. Clueless, I had to go through several customer service people to find that out and eventually get my item a week late. HORRIBLE!! I will never shop here again.

Fantastic! I went in there with a toner cartridge snafu. I had been ordering and reordering through Amazon and what I was receiving was not working. They would not fit in the printer. I worked with Deanna and another young man in there and they sold me one of theirs, came home, put it in it fits!!! oh, thank you so much!

The Copy Center is first class! This evening, Maurice took the Copy Center to a new high for me. The book I was having coil bound was damaged in some way. Maurice was up front about the error and went the extra mile in making me happier than ever with the finished product. Maurice is the type employee that should be valued. His skills and desire to make the customer completely satisfied are second to none!

Overpriced, poor advertising and customer service. Paid online to have something printed in advance. They didnt give any sort warning about copyright when I placed the order, and I suddenly got a call saying they would refuse to print my order because it contained copyrighted images of Obama. I was bewildered, and I informed that it wasnt for any sort of commercial use, to which they still refused to print it. Also, there is no way to get money refunded online. Use Swift Print or another print shop nearby and support local business.

I dont go to Office Max often. If Im being honest its out of my way and I can usually find what I need elsewhere cheaper. HOWEVER, I recently went in there due to labels that they carried in stock that nowhere else had. It turns out, the labels were actually junk (not their fault- purely the label companys fault). Aiden in the business center was SO helpful in troubleshooting the problem and helping me find an alternative solution. Let me be clear, this wasnt his problem or part of his job description, but he went above and beyond anyway. I think in the future Ill drive the few extra minutes and spend a few extra dollars for this kind of customer service.

I stopped in to purchase printer ink and they had what I needed, whats more it was on sale. The staff was friendly and professional....no complaints about this location.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the manager who helped me most efficiently and generously with a matter of coupons.I came today (12/23/2015) to purchase a Realspace chair mat for hard floor (45 x 53), and a Realspace 2-drawer lateral metal file, black. Since I had read that Office Max was accepting any used ink cartridge for recycling, I also wanted to turn in 5 Brother LC75CL cartridges.Since I had a 20% off coupon (good until 12/24) and a $10 off coupon, I had decided to combine those purchases. I hoped to apply the 20% off coupon to the big sticker item. But the metal file cabinet was not in the store, so I ordered it. Yet, the 20% off coupon was good only for in-store items. I was quite disappointed.The manager immediately understood my situation and, spontaneously, offered me a most advantageous and generous solution.The $10 off was applied towards the file cabinet price. The 20% off coupon, plus the credit for the used ink cartridges, were applied to the $49.99 chair mat, but in such a way that I benefited of a HUGE, absolutely unhoped for, incredible discount! That was a much better deal than I could have had with the original use of the coupon. Not only was I no longer disappointed, but also I was elated!I am most grateful to this manager, not merely for the savings (very substantial), but also for the friendly priceless goodwill of which I benefited. It made my day. I left Office Max feeling GREAT!Many thanks to a manager who very successfully does his outmost to help the customer.
