LONG STORY SHORT: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. This company was contracted by Lowe’s to do a window replacement at my home. They sent only one guy to do the job. He said that he would get it done in a day. What actually happened was that he got less than half of the windows and doors installed and then took off. What he did install was left completely untrimmed—four days later, I literally have spray foam hanging out of the front of my house. Additionally, the installer broke pots, window screens and an alarm sensor, and left the job site a total mess. Now, apparently Vista told Lowe’s that they don’t want to finish the job, so Lowe’s may need to find a new contractor. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS—If Lowe’s tells you that this is your contractor, cancel your contract or insist on another vendor!

I purchased a garage door opener and installation from Lowes almost two weeks ago, who Vista Windows & Doors, LLC installs for. I just now heard from Vista this morning, almost two weeks later. The soonest Vista could schedule me for was Thursday, June 2nd. I was led to believe by Roger at Lowes (Towne Square Shopping Center) that once I signed the contract and paid for the installation service it could be done rather fluidly and within a few days even though the contract stated 7 to 10 business days. Needless to say, NONE of that has been true and Im as unhappy with Lowes and Vista Windows & Doors as a person could be, especially considering I may lose my renter at the property I need the garage door opener installed at due to Vistas slow service. If I could give Vista less than one star I would have.

Disappointment!! Craftmanship was not up to par at all!

Horrible work, even worse customer service. They refuse to answer calls or return messages. The work was shoddy and unprofessional.
