I just sat in the parking lot while a friend met a friend of theirs and I will say the outside lighting and parking were on point.

The only place in Roanoke to find the variety of Faygo my husband craves.

Just have good prices for people who dont have thats much money its cool

Dirty Stinking Store would NEVER Shop there smells of Rotten Food

Walking distance from apartment somethings were priced ok but things like American cheese that you can get at grocery store for .99 cents cast 5 dollars there but overall for convenience I can do without cheese

They have done major upgrading in the store. Tbh, their selection is slightly better than Sav-a-lot. Great if you live in the area and dont want to travel all the to Food Lion or Wal-Mart

Horrible. I am a customer who called to ask a question and when I called I was asked “what do you want?” Um excuse me I’m calling to ask a question and that’s how you respond to me? I asked to speak with the manager and to my surprise he ask why I wanted to know his name, who was I, I didn’t need to know the managers name and again.....what do you want??? Since when is a manager supposed to refuse to give information especially if he was as rude and unprofessional as him?? Im sure or at least I hope Giant food store wouldn’t accept their customers being spoke to in this manner especially From a manager!! Eventually he said his name was Moore Or it sounded like that anyway but I think he was lieing after he gave me the name he then hung up on me because he knew he was in the wrong. Whether that’s his name or not whoever the manager was on today 3/17/19 at 1pm was, if that was even the manager, very unprofessional on the phone and shouldn’t be answering the phone. I am traveling through and dont even shop there so I can imagine how professional he is all the time. I don’t know how anyone shops there-they need to find someone better qualified to manage the store.
