I had an excellent experience working with Rick on having a bunch of items I won at an online auction shipped from Roanoke to San Diego. I won quite a few items (250lbs of stuff!) that cost me a decent amount. Rick went and picked up my items, gave me options for shipping and got the items sent out quickly. Communication was excellent and I felt totally at ease with Rick handling everything. I will absolutely do business with Rick and the Packaging Store again if the need arises!
