As always, service was great. Stephen Marcus greeted me upon my arrival. He was personable, professional & efficient while making sure that all necessary maintenance was completed in a timely manner. He even offered me a shuttle should I not want to wait.My car was completed earlier than expected & was sparkling clean.Thank you!
They went above and beyond in helping me with my situation. They came and jump started my car battery and replaced it with a really good new battery. I so appreciated their help and their friendliness. Have used their services for 14 years and they are excellent.
Had routine maintenance, as well as a minor repair, this morning at Fox Toyota in Michigan. As a new Toyota owner, I was really happy with the professionalism, kindness and competence of the Fox team. From the time I was greeted, to a pleasant shuttle to a local cafe, than back, I could not ask for a better experience. All routine and repair requests were addressed in a timely manner and my 2019 Highlander was returned freshly washed and ready to go in about an hour total!!
I have been going to Fox Toyota for 3 years to get regular maintenance on my van. Today was a very good visit up until I was told the van was good to go. It’s very nice for them to wash the vehicle during these visits, only this time they did a poor job of it and left dirt streaks and water spots which show up like crazy on the black van. 5 stars rating would include a good wash and dry, maybe even a quick vacuum.
Well customer service was good but when I went home and check under the hood they leave the coolant bottle empty good thing I check, should have check before i leave so i called in and the person who answered told me it might have a leak in the hose but i put coolant in and it still in it right now.
I was a little disappointed my regular people have gone on to other things and I have to educate the new people I guess. There was a Toyota part laying on my front seat and I forgot to mention it to them and guess what it was still laying on my Seat a theres a hole in The front dashboard I thought maybe they would notice that and maybe they would notice that to check engine light was on and they might mention that to me neither one of which happen plus they overcharged me I dont usually have a coupon because its 6 months between oil changes iusually I get the coupon price automatically when The people that know me and know that Ive been doing business there since 1992.
I got some major work on my vehicle and they were very nice and worked with my schedule.
$1100 AC service. Had it fixed for 350, elsewhere .
Came in for my 20,000 mile service. The rep wrote up the order and I indicated I was going on a road trip. He said they would be aware of that. The service was done and the car washed in an hour.I live my Prius and am always pleased with the Fox Service Department.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service department at Fox Toyota. Previous experiences with other dealership service departments made me dread having to take my car in for service, but my personal mechanic doesn’t do the work that needed to be done. Fortunately, My car had a known issue that Toyota addressed by extending warranty coverage (thank you, Toyota Corp.). I still thought the dealership would try to nudge me toward considering trading it in, or finding a hundred other little things that my car needed above the needed repair.I hesitated to ask for a rental, but they said sure. My previous dealership experiences usually resulted in my car being off the road for 2-3 days, so a rental would be helpful. In this case though, I didn’t need it. I got a call early afternoon the day after I dropped it off. Repair is completed. Wonderful! Thanks to Michael and the other great people at Fox for their great customer service.
The crew at Fox Toyota always take great care of our family and our cars. Service and sales included!Even the team at VW is always accommodating. Working in the service industry I maintain higher standards and they always exceed those.

Cant schedule online. Tried a few times get to transportation and does not matter what I click says not available. Will not let me go past this. Also needed to authorize a pop/program on my phone to get this to work partially

Unsatisfied services. They will let you leave the lot with parts detached or not put together properly and will act as if its not a big deal.
Nothing against the dealer but Toyota doesnt know how to make cars anymore. My 2010 Sienna costing me more than Rolls-Royce. Not a quality manufacturer anymore. Toyota customer service about as rude as they come. My Brother also has a Sienna and has many problems. Maybe Camry is a good car, other than that, buy a Kia and save the money. Doubt Toyota any better honestly; not quality and not customer service. Leasing a new Jeep.
Was called by Toyota to take in my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid witch I had just bought on Jan 24th 2020 because Im am having a problem filling the gas tank, I can only put in 8.3 gallons, I was told at point of sale that I would get 550 to 580 miles to a tank of gas 8 cant get more than 390 miles. I was told when I arrived that it would take 2 to 3 hrs to diagnose but 20 min later they told me the inspection was done and they confirmed that the tank could not hold more than 8.3 gal. Then I went to see the mgr and asked what my options were and he went to sevice manager and they decided to keep my vehicle and do more testing and they put me in a rental car, than called me 8hrs later and told me that there was no fix for my vehicle at this time. Im am not happy at all Im on Social security and the main reason for buying the Hybrid was for the 580 miles that I would get I NEED IT FIXED or returned and go somewhere else to purchase. Or maybe contact a lawyer we will see what happens

Their work is good. However, they like to ask to fix things that there isnt any need for. Oil changes are just that. They do not go above and beyond to make your experience pleadurable. Ive been to much better toyota dealerships and repair shops.
Fast, easy, fair pricing on service
Google phone number is incorrect, had to google webpage. Did not tell me that the recall repair was incomplete after I picked up - assumed vehicle was safe to drive when it was not (recalled harness had worn down to bare wires). Had to return again to drop off and pick up and being unable to pick up since their hours align with business hours, they have no plan to allow afterhours vehicle pick up. I would expect better effort from an average mom-and-pop shop. Not a dealership that recently redid their service center. Choose a different dealership if the location allows.
