Shawn and Ryan got my radiator/overheating issue looked at right away. Ordered the parts and completed the work very quickly. Very reasonable prices and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very happy that I chose to take my vehicle to Avon Radiator!

Good honest repair shop! Sean was awesome to deal with and great work. I have always taken this car to the dealership for repair, the last two times at the dealership they left hardware off and scratched my bummer. That is why I came here, and will be returning anytime I need work done.

Im not a big review guy, but having a good, trustworthy mechanic is so important, so I wanted to take the time to write one. This place is amazing. Fairly priced and just all around good people. I have mostly dealt with Shawn who is very personable, but anyone else I have dealt with has given the same service. If you need a good shop in Rochester Hills, I highly recommend Avon Radiator. I will continue to refer them for all auto related repairs, not just radiator issues.

This place doesnt honor their word, they said $40 bucks to check a leak and they confirmed if twice. When I picked up the car they charge $45 and they said they dont know who said $40 but they were the same guys.The estimation went extremely up and when I asked how much they charge for labor they just start lying all around, when challenged them about the piece price they were on the same behavior but at the end they just imply the have a 100% margin on pieces on top of the extremely expensive labor.The worst was their diagnostic, they were confident it was a water pump needing replacement, but because I have the pump replaced recently I went to the previous place and they find out the leak to be from another part and the fix was considerably lower.

I’ve been going to Avon radiator for years now. Shawn is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and honest. Same with his staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Shawn and everyone else that work there do an awesome job and get your car back on the road quick. He is super honest and will consistently go out of his way to make you happy. I have taken multiple cars to him and he has always been helpful and turns your vehicle around quickly. I also like that the lobby has been updated. It looks great and would be a great place to wait while you are having work done. They are very knowledgeable about GM full size SUV’s and have done great work on two of my Suburbans now.

The Rochester Chrysler Jeep dealership gave me an estimate of $2500 to replace the broken radiator and a bad water pump. Then I took my car to Avon Radiator Services and they told me that the radiator is ok and I just need the water pump replaced for just $500!

The owner Shawn was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He found the issue right away after going to the dealer twice with no resolution. He has earned a customer for life!

I went to Midas Muffler and they wanted $1,500.00 to replace one sides flex joint and cat as it is sold as one piece in my Dodge Magnum. Shawn replaced just both flex joints for $260.00 and some other work for me. He did a great job.

Took my GMC Yukon here, and will not take my business anywhere else, but here! They were honest, professional, and didnt try to upsell me on anything! They fixed the problem that I said I was having, and were very straight to the point. Sean was extremely helpful they have been there for more than 38 years! The price was very fair for the work that needed to be done.
