This is an amazing place! I was here shopping for hours! My first time visiting the Shops and definitely not my last! There are so many wonderful things to buy. I will definitely come back to shop for Christmas presents! There’s also a cafe with delicious food so it’s easy to stay all day! Love love love The Shops on West Ridge❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Having moved around a couple times I found the perfect spot I named Art Walk. The idea of a gallery has been a dream and with the Shops it is now a reality. I have a gallery without the overhead. Nile and Doug are great to work with/for, Nile will go out of his way to make sure everyone is happy. He has turned the Shops around bring in new ideas to attract customers old and new. Coming here was one of the best decisions I have made. Keep up the good work!

This place is not your typical shop! There is something for everyone. I cant believe there is a Yarn & Fabric shop there!! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The walkers are glad to take the customers purchases and put them by the cashiers so people dont have to walk around carrying their items. Really a very exciting place.

The Shops on West Ridge is a great place to find that unique gift! I love to patronize local businesses as opposed to chain stores and I can do that here. I always find new and unusual items. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its a great place to spend the day shopping and browsing!

If you cant find it here, you cant find it anywhere! This place is extremely professional run and they have left out no detail when it comes to ANYTHING in making your shopping experience streamlined and pleasurable. Wonderful to be a vendor here too.

Such a cool place. They have something for everyone. We got there a little last minute, with only an hour while they were open. Couldnt make it through everything on the main floor, and we didnt even get down to the lower level. We will absolutely be going back.

This is such a great unique place a must see for anyone looking for an enjoyable shopping experience. It’s clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful . I’ve have been coming for years and it just gets better and better.I’ve bought many gifts and alot of home decor for myself and business. It’s a large lace with many vendors so if you get tired they now have a midway lounge to sit and enjoy 3 big screen TVs and of course the cafe has yummy treats. Bring your friends or out of town family for a fun day of shopping

Great variety in goods and prices; several vendor stands that feel like their own storefront. I also like all the artisan varieties of soaps, jewelry and handmade gifts as well as many different up-cycled furniture pieces. Some antiques and vintage wares and some new retail. A comic book dealer, toy car dealer, on and on... The main theme I feel every time I visit is Variety- I am never bored here.

Very friendly and extremely helpful! The WHOLE staff was amazing! Everyone with smiles and a bubbly personality makes your shopping experience one to always remember. From the delicious lunch to becoming the shopper of the day because I spent...lets just say...ALOT! I got to spin the wheel and received 50.00 gift certificate that they didnt need to do!..Well worth the trip of over an hour one way! Cant wait to go back!!! THANKS AGAIN TO ALL! There are so many beautiful selections here. Good quality merchandise and the staff are great. I actually relived my childhood in this store. I enjoyed going here for the first time and definitely will be returning.

Great place to find cool gifts and treasures you wouldnt find elsewhere. Every shop is unique, and the staff is very friendly. Additionally, the bakery always has great food.My only complaint is that the prices in some stores are a bit high for what they are selling. As a collector of coins, I find it difficult to bring myself to pay for what some of the shops are selling them for. I understand they are operating a business, but some of those prices are well above value based on the condition.Other than that I can usually find something fun and cool as a gift for my friends and family.

The owners are great. You can find anything there and the Cafe has amazing food.

Wonderful collection of shops selling all varieties of goods! There are many hidden treasures to be found in the shops!They also have wonderful Charles Dickens themed Christmas activities in December that make taking your family shopping for unquiet gifts an experience! They also have food available for purchase so that anyone going here can take the time to visit the plethora of stores that each have their own unique goods and offerings!I have enjoyed taking my family here over the years and I plan to continue to do so!

This is a Great Place to shop for thingsbe it odds or ends and vintage things and lots and lots of options and so much more. Plus there is 2 floors too look thought and the have a cafe open from about 11am to 4 or so that offers snacks as well as other food items to eat!

Loved it! Was there for over 2 hours and only saw the first floor. Will be coming back to see the downstairs.

At first I thought the Shops just sold junk.I cant tell you how wrong I was.I bought my first record player here, my first couch. In the spring I will be using the shops to furnish my house.My wife cant get enough of this place!!The vendors are extremely helpful, friendly and willing to help you even if its not their booth.Highly recommended!!

Fascinating, interesting, and strange. This place has it all (literally). Its a great place to shop for gifts for people who already have everything they need, and also just a great experience to walk around and admire all the STUFF.

I like this place....its a nice mix of antiques, crafts, and has a cute bakery.The biggest drawback is the staff.Its like someone pulled a bus out front and dropped off the old folks home to man the building. They just kinda shuffle around, and treat the place like their own personal clubhouse. Very chummy with each other, with no regard to customers.

So many fun diverse shops, make a day a day of it and stop by the cafe for some great food!

A large two-story co-op. Lots of collectors items and home-made products. A bit crowded in some areas and some smaller area also have large/bulky items like in the center of them so heavier people like myself or those in wheelchairs cant actually get through to the back of the section to actually browse the selection.

We are vendors there. Nile, Dougand Katy are great people to work with. Ever changing environment. Something different every time you come in. Please come see us!

This store has a large selection of stuff for everyone. They are following all rules on masks without harassing customers. I would like to see more antiques in the shop. But like all the home made art they have alot of different styles.

Overpriced old and new things. Too crowded and cluttered. Not set up to keep 6 feet apart. Narrow aisles. I had an allergy attack from just breathing their hand sanitizer which smelled like paint remover. Wont be going back there.

My first time and I enjoyed myself. My daughter and granddaughters went. Everyone brought something. They had books for my granddaughters. There was so much to buy, look at, and choose from. I like that ther were some antique and unique items. I will visit again.

Wow what a diamond in the rough. My husband and I would love to come with a vehicle to bring back furniture. The quality and prices are fantastic. We came here because of our teenage daughter who is into vintage items. She purchased movies on VHS and DVD; jewelry; and collectibles. If she had her way, she would have been there for hours. It is a huge store with a lot of different shops and the cashiers are at the front. There is place to eat (we didnt dine there as we had already eaten); public bathrooms and it has a lower level too.

A great place to shop—never know what you’ll find that you can’t live without. You can actually fully furnish and decorate your home from this place. The staff is extremely helpful and will work with you to find what you’re looking for.

Not like it use to be when it was only antiques. Now its full of new, vintage, and used items.

There were a LOT of ltl shops. Most of the shops were were filled w/ nik-nacks & clothing. Some shops had antiques. Parking was....well....difficult to find, you might have to wait in yr car for a spot to open up....there were a few handicapped spots. Great place to bring a date for a day. Not many ppl did the social-distance thing, a few werent wearing masks. The shop owners were friendly, though. It was nice to visit, somewhere to go.

It is basically an enclosed flea market, nothing more, nothing less. Treat it as such.

Tons of different things to look at. Most of the prices seem reasonable.

Been a vendor in this store for 4 years and found it to be a huge family of vendors who love what they do and care about and help their customers. I don’t just work and sell there, I enjoy being there and the fun atmosphere they’ve created.

This place was very nice. Clean and the staff go out of your way to help you. It also supports local small businesses. They also have a cafe there Cookies Cafe. We did not get a chance to eat there but what I heard from others and what I smelled it was great. It was a great day there.

Great place to shop and look around for DIY. Was a bit discouraged as I went downstairs and a vendor was having a very “colorful “ conversation with someone and I ended up having to steer my child in the other direction.

Nice what I could look at but not accessible for handicap. No elevator only stairs and chair lift and steps to get in front door. Otherwise lots to look at as long as you can walk a lot.

I’ve been coming here forever and always find some little (or big) treasure! Do yourself a favor and don’t expect a quick run-through! I’m usually there at least an hour because there’s so much to discover.

Bring your walking shoes because there are two floors of fantastic finds... furniture, jewelry, housewares, sports memorabilia, antiques - you name it, its probably here! Also, there are artisans who showcase their creations that make this a truly unique place to shop; fun, fun fun!

As a comic book collector, it is mortifying that the cash-out procedure requires cashiers to peel a sticker off the bag. This jeopardizes the condition of a collectible. This could easily be improved by moving the sticker to the back of the book, or ideally implementing product barcodes. Apart from that, a fine buying experience.

If you follow the rules and contact via phone to hold an item, and youre told its on hold dont expect it to be actually followed through and that to be upheld. I had someone drive an hour away for them to realize they put it on hold for someone else.A Sunday they had told me in order to hold it I would either have to be on my way or pay for it in full before even seeing it with a card over the phone. I wasnt comfortable with that and I said Id call again Thursday when the open again to hold it when my dad was on his way so I called at lunch. They confirmed it was on hold. Then my dad gets there and someone on Facebook messaged earlier and said it was on hold for THEM with no money down and they were not on their way. They also showed up 40 minutes late for their pick up time, they wouldnt conced the item to us half an hour after the time. It wasnt right how the building owner or the stall owner handled the situation at all. Two hour trip wasted. Would not expect them to uphold anything they say.

Great place to find nicer, sturdier furniture than the if box stores and comparable prices. Lots of art, jewelry and knickknacks from local artists, and a great café with very good prices.

Good place to go for the day and wander the booths. Am a customer from the Hilton days (was there 1 week before fire) was so glad when they opened this. Never know what youll find. I can do a good bit of christmas shopping here and I start months in advance. From wine motif to the Giants. I am having a new house built, going with a french county theme. Made a day trip of it got a nice variety of birds, bees, bugs, bunnies and buds. Great finds. Stop by the cafe for a rest and treat.

My girlfriend and I went to the shops on West ridge recently just to poke around. there is an enormous assortment of mostly used but also some new goods. Everything is represented here, from comic books to kitchenware. Its a fun place to go and shop and you may find some excellent bargains.
