I ran out of gas on the onramp to Ridge Road right next to their location and the owner and salesman of eCarUSA helped me out, lending me a gas can and driving me to the gas station down the the road. They were the nicest people. I offered to to give them money for their trouble and they politely refused the money. It is a good sign of character when people help you for no monetary gain.

Worst dealer, sold my boyfriend a suv with engine light on, took it to the dealer 5 times for the same issue and supposly they change the sensor and the next day it will comes on, had to returned it, they wont give us the down payment, But guess what had to call my lawyer, see you at court!!!... will never recommend this Ecars Usa to nobody, i will make sure that friends family wont get a car from here, i will post it on fb as well

They said it had never been in any accidents, I found a receipt from auto body shop in the glove box (from the original owner).They lied to me about the financing rate (The owner told me I got 4% IN PERSON THE DAY I BOUGHT MY CAR then the paper work was for 4.99%). They quietly billed me for an Office fee of $75 (NEVER MENTIONED THIS).THEY LIED ABOUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! The warranty was supposed to be for 84 months/100,000 miles. I was told by the OWNER that the warranty would be good for 7 years/100,000 miles. He never told me that the time started from the original sale off the lot (2011). So I purchased the warranty in 2015, so its only good for 3 years, not 7.After I left this negative review, they had one of their family members leave a negative review at my job that was completely fraudulent.In the end I let the low price of the vehicle blind me into getting completely scammed from this dishonest group of scumbags.

Albert was very nice, my Kia is running great so far after 1 week of owning it, however there were a few bumps in the process and my only complaint is that I was promised multiple times a spare tire and even asked before I drove off the lot if there was one in the trunk and there was not :( other than that it was a great experience !

I scheduled an appointment to list my car on consignment here. I gave them all of the information about the car on the phone when I called, including the mileage. My wife drove 40 miles to bring the car their for them to sell, and when she got there they said they couldnt sell it on consignment because it had over 100k miles. Then they offered her wholesale value for it. Dont fall for the consignment sale here, its just a scam to waste your time and give you a low ball offer.

Took back my previous 5 stars after 6 months 1000 miles on my 2009 subaru impreza outback sport I bought here.Its used cars unfairly priced for a profit. Theres something wrong with it they will not tell you. You can tow your broken purchased vehicle to them. They will fix it for a low price. Be warn their repair are cheap or what Im told a zip tie was use to tie the muffler.When it was their turn to repair the vehicle. They cant do anything cuz the guy there who sold it to me disappeared on vacation then extended vacation. When he come back he claim he doesnt know anything.Soooooo 6 months 1000 miles $4000 my money and $5000 insurance money. $6000 for the car, $2000 interest. Roughly $17000 for this beater.Could not do a class action suit cuz of the paper signed. DMV did take note of the parts I sent them that was remove from the vehicle. In case more people do it. They can be fine.Do not take my words for it. Go to Subaru, Firestone, Enterprise, and PepBoy in Henrietta. Ask about the 2009 subaru impreza outback sport from a guy name Len or girl name Payton. Hopefully youll get the truth about Ecar.

I got a 2012 Nissan Murano from Ecars I thought at first it was a great place to get my car from I’ve shou have turned away after I knew my sister transmission went the first week so I still ended up getting the truck I brought it back the first couple days after getting it because it drove off a little in the front comes to find out the truck needs tires me not knowing what was a good tire or not I didn’t think anything of it when I left with it bout a week in the car engine light came on then broke down on me in the expressway needed a massairflow sensor cool I had it towed payed for a rental Monday evening the sed u can get yur car it’s fixed left engine light cane back on with the same code I went thru this for the first three weeks of having it I had to go back and forth to the Nissan dealer because they put in a after market part and the dealer had to figure all this out because they didn’t no how to the stress from going back and forth and then calling the cops on me and still refused to pay for the tires that nearly passed inspection so the service has not been something I would tell anyone to go for it sucks and I’m praying that the truck gets thru enough without more issues so don’t buy from them I lost money and the 21st will be a month and have went thru all of this...

Bought a 2004 Subaru from them and it was all smiles until within the first 30 days I had to bright the car back three times for different issues and they called RPD on me because I would not leave without them investigating the issues. Had to have the car towed the next morning to Van Bortel Subaru and they wouldnt give the tow truck the car!! Wouldnt refund me for not fixing the issue. Garbage!!
