Ive bought 3 vehicles from these guys over 6 years. 2 vans for me and 1 car for my step daughter. T&C 160K $3k Honda Odyssey touring 180k $4k and a ford focus 144k $3700. The T and C and the odyssey ran out to 230k apiece and the focus I just bought was very tight on the test drive.They rarely have junk on the lot and the pricing is fair...good people. Bought from 3 different guys always a good experience.

I flew in to look at a car for sale there. The whole process was very smooth. They made arrangements to have me picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership so I could do my test drive. I also had an appointment for an independent mechanic’s inspection and it was no problem at all to drive it over there.Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They made sure all my concerns were satisfied and I appreciated the “best price” no haggle deal. The paperwork went quickly and I drove away happy. Great place to purchase a used vehicle. My sons vehicle was totaled by someone who was on a his cell phone. He is a college student who also works multiple jobs. We needed to find a vehicle quickly. I highly recommend this place. We drove about 1.5 hours to get here to buy a 4runner last weekend. I called in advance and Steve gave me all the info about the car so there were no surprises when we arrived. Even though they were pretty busy, I was test driving the car within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealership. I worked primarily with Steve, but everyone working there was very friendly. March 8th, 2021Thought my experience was going to be great by reading the many reviews, unfortunately it was anything but that. I had called Friday to double check that the vehicle I was interested in was still there since I had over 3 hours to drive to come purchase. On Friday I talked on the phone with a very nice guy (Didn’t catch his name), he took my name and number and assured me that he would call if it sold. Left Sunday morning and stayed in a hotel so I could swing over to the dealership early Monday morning. I arrived and was greeted by David, told him I was there to test drive the car I called about and he seemed irritated that he had to help me from the start. He pulled the car up to the front and let me know I could look over the car. After looking over the majority of the car I opened the hood and saw right away that the coolant was very low, about 3 inches from the full mark and asked if he could fill it. He rudely explained that everything is sold as is and they don’t fill any fluids. I then asked about the engine light being on and he rambled off some streets (as if I knew where they were) for me to go get it checked myself and acted like I was wasting his precious time. His demeanor literally made me leave and not want to give this business any of more of my time or money. After I left I called so I could get his name to make sure that this review was solely wrote about him and HIS horrible customer service. I did get a call from David about 20 mins later after ending that call making up some half a** excuses and apologies. He then asked if I wanted gas for the inconvenience of his service. I kindly declined as I didn’t want to waste anymore time and I already had been back on the 3 hour drive home.

Here is our experience with Rochester Car Clearance. We purchased a Vehicle. Drove home. Vehicle began to leak spots in our driveway. We called them after we got a quote for the repairs from the mechanic. They paid for the repairs and made sure we agreed that we would cover future costs. My Husband just found 3 holes in the muffler. We were wondering why it was so loud when we accelerated. Now we get to repair that. We haven’t made a first payment yet. We promised to give a five star review for them paying for our transmission leak, but can’t lie, we aren’t happy with the problems with the vehicle. The owner said they had the Mazda dealership, service the vehicle when they got it. We feel pretty ripped off. We appreciate them paying for the transmission leaks but now we have to bite the cost on repairs for the muffler. We will not be doing business in the future with them. Our advice, look over your vehicle thoroughly before purchasing from them.

Bought a Denali today from David at Rochester car clearance and it was a easy no pressure sale. While I was there someone else was buying a car and there was a issue with it and they immediately brought the car to their mechanic shop. If you want a no hassle, no pressure/harassing experience buying a car and want a good deal I recommend going to see this place. They are upfront with what each car is and anything that is report wrong with it and they have a free carfax.

This is the 3rd Car in a row that I have bought from RCC. I called up late morning and talked to Steve Miller and said I wanted to look at a car. I called him back when I was on my way. I got there a little after noon and left with my new car a little after 3:00. I test drove, did the paperwork, traded my other car in, got the loan, paid a down payment and left in a 3 hour period. Go here if you want to purchase a car.Wow. What a fabulous car purchasing experience. These guys really go above and beyond in customer service. Just a few days after purchasing our vehicle, there was a problem with the fuel pump. In the purchase agreement, it stated that we could return the car for a full refund if we were unsatisfied within the first 3 business days. Because it was within the 3 business day time frame of purchase, they paused the purchase. They took the car to their shop and fixed it. Specific parts had to be ordered, causing the repair to take over a week to complete. They gave me another car to use in the mean time. Dave, the manager, worked with us through every step, calling often to let us know updates about the vehicle. They honored the agreement 110%. After the car was fixed, we decided to keep it. In addition to all of this, they refunded us for the towing expense that we had paid to another company. Absolutely phenomenal company. I love their integrity.

One of the best car buying experiences weve had with a salesman...but ended up being the worst car weve ever owned. Over 6 months weve had to stick just under $6,000 into repairs after having to have it towed to a shop twice and dropping it off at the shop two other times. A different issue every time. Our mechanic told us we need to get rid of it as he sees only more problems in the future. Wed buy a vehicle from Greg, but not from this dealership.
