Worked with Goodman Glass for glass replacement of a large (~60 inch) window that was vandalized (and another small one). Very impressed with the clear communication and the short amount of time between my first call and project completion. I think it was about only two weeks from my first call and the glass replacement was done, compared to waiting months for new windows. Considering the complexity of the job, I was surprised to find only very minimal paint touch ups needed, if any. It looks good as new! Thank you for the help!

We had a broken window in our house. When I contacted Goodman Glass I spoke directly with one of the owners who was very professional and arranged for a crew to come out very quickly to replace the glass. They were done very quickly, and it looks great. Highly recommend them for any window repair!

I called at 8AM to get broken glass replaced and in an outside door. The crew picked up the door, replaced all of the glass panels and had it reinstalled before noon. I couldn’t ask for better, more courteous service.

My sliding glass door had a freak blowout from the inside. I was scared. Didnt know what to do. Called Goodman they calmed me down and in a timely manner did a service call and charged me 50% less than what was quoted over the phone. Part was ordered and door fixed in about 10 days. The technician attempted to clean up all the tiny pieces of glass but I think I will be still finding pieces for yrs.

I had numerous glass windows and a glass front door that were broken. They were the only place that I could get the same day service! They came out and worked on my windows while I stayed at work. They were so kind and understanding and maintained the integrity of my window frames and front door which were originals to when my home was first built in 1925! Other reviewers may know the owner but i dont. This is my unbiased experience. After returning 3 times the glass still was not installed correctly. Even though insurance covered the cost, the work was shotty. I paid out of pocket to get the job done correctly elsewhere.

My dad was a Glazer so I learned a lot about glass. The prices of excellent and safe oftentimes polish the edges Ill take special care without charging this is my go-to place for glass and Lord knows I have a lot of it.

They didnt repair a window for me, I repaired it myself. I did however order my glass from them and they were excellent to deal with. Customer service for ordering is great! Cant say how theyre craftsmanship is or how they work at your house. Not saying they are bad, just cant say they are good if that makes sense? Although from dealing with them on ordering glass, I would gladly give them a try.
