Super friendly staff! Had a ding on my windshield and they fixed it right away for a fair price

5 Star service from the time I called to the time I picked my wife’s car. They got it right in that morning and had it done a couple hours later. Very fair prices I would highly recommend using GSG I will definitely return if needed in the future.

Amazing! Came out to measure the glass door that needed to be replaced. Said it might be 1.5-2weeks. Asked what we could do in the mean time to keep the dogs safe at our shop (K9to5 in Dover). They told us theyd squeeze us in today!! Got the glass cut and installed in 1 day for the safety of my staff and the pups! GRADE A+!

Not only did Granite State Glass do an amazing job at replacing my windshield, but they are also INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful! The day I had to pick up my car, there was a snow storm, my husband was running late at work and I was having an issue finding a ride (mostly because I didnt want to inconvenience anyone to drive in the storm). I finally found someone to take me at 4:15 but it would take a bit for them to get to my house and then to where my car was. I called Granite State to let them know I should be there before they close at 5pm, but might be a few minutes late. The man I spoke with told me not to worry or rush, he knew I was on my way, so hed wait for me. I made it just before 5! My windshield looks BEAUTIFUL! And they even put my EZ pass back on (that I forgot to remove before dropping my car off). Work = OUTSTANDING, Customer Service = Far beyond expectations! Thank you!

These guys were great! We had a person break our commercial window at Smoke Signals in Dover. These guys were there within an hour, gave us a fair estimate, and had it replaced within a few hours after that. The guys that came out were all very friendly and polite and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I needed the windshield replaced on my car a Subaru Outback, I got a quote from someone else for 400+ I thought that was crazy, so after taking some time to save money I shopped around, GSG did my windshield for an amazing price, almost 1/2 my first quote. The were able to do it where I work, the guy who did it was extremely polite and was very quick, took about an hour to do. Highly recommend them, I will definitely be telling others about my experience and I will bring any possible business to them!

Great service, friendly and professional.I actually picked this place on a whim. I had driven down to Safelite in Portsmouth, only for them to tell me then that the crack couldnt be repaired. I drove back but did a quick Google search and found Granite State Glass. They gave me a quote, I drove over and dropped off the vehicle, and picked it up next day and paid for it. Easy breezy.They guarantee their work, which is great. A few months after they replaced my windshield, some of the molding began to come off. Stopped by and they fixed it for free.I unfortunately dont have that same car anymore, but I definitely recommend Granite State Glass and will stop by again if I have any issues with my current vehicle... which, hopefully I never see these guys again, but for good reason. =)

In and out with new windshield in just over an hour and the actual price paid was lower than quote

I was somewhat blown away by the fact that none of the local stove shops had the glass front for the door on my wood stove in stock. After a referral by Somersworth Stove Shop, I contacted Granite State Glass to make sure they had the correct type glass(Neoceram). Not only did Granite State have the glass and could cut it on site, but the price was cheaper and they cut me two pieces of glass in half the time that they quoted me.I simply brought the door to my wood stove to the store and they custom cut me a perfectly fitting piece of Neoceram Glass.Thank you for not only being on time, but also the great customer service I received on the phone and when I arrived at your establishment.

My rear view mirror fell off and took a chunk of the windshield glass with it. They filled the glass, glued the mirror in less than 10 minutes, and didnt charge me anything. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

Always love doing business with them for my car window repairs. They replaced the windshield in my first car years ago, and have fixed cracks in all my other cars. They have even honestly told me if cracks had already been fixed when I had bought cars and didnt charge me anything. I have traveled out of my way to do business with them rather then go to an unknown business. I have done business with to of there locations. Rochester and Laconia.

Had my bathroom renovated a few years ago and they replaced my glass shower doors. I have had nothing but trouble with the doors ever sense. The glue they used has turned black and the doors constantly fall off track. Very annoying and very disappointed.
