Burzette Auto Glass repaired a chip in my windshield, which was pretty big. He did an excellent job at an unbelievably fair price. He showed up to my house, and had it repaired in 20 minutes. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend, and will be using him for any future auto auto needs.

Darren was great to work with! I had put off replacing the windshield on our Malibu thinking this would be a week long process! I called 12 places in town to get prices for a windshield. Not only was he 25 dollars cheaper than the 2nd cheapest place in town, he was well under 100 dollars cheaper than most places in town. He was incredibly friendly and professional. Worked quickly and had all the right tools for the job and the final product was very high quality! Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

I work at a large used car dealership here in Rochester and I consider Darin a friend although I have never had anything other than business dealings with him. His prices are the lowest around by far and if you dont have insurance he is always willing to work with you. I recently had a customer who bought a car several months ago and she contacted us about getting her windshield replaced. She is a single mother who thought she had full coverage glass insurance but realized after the windshield was installed that she would have to pay a $500 deductible in order for her insurance to cover the replacement windshield. Darin contacted me and told me to tell her that his company would pay for her windshield and to tell her that its a gift from him as she is a single, hard working mother. Darin with Burzette Auto Glass is always going to be my go to with all my auto glass needs. Ive had work done by him in the past and when my new Fusion took a rock to the windshield, I knew I could count on Darin. He is always very kind and his communication skills are top notch (Nice having someone to call and/or text throughout the process, any time of the day considering we both live very busy lives) I was able to drop my vehicle off for him to replace the windshield and he also coordinated a calibration company to set the cameras again for my lane keeping and pre collision alert system. As a new small business owner myself, seeing another local small business with strong values, customer service skills and taking alot of pride in his work means alot to me. Definitely someone I will continue to do business with.
