I recently purchased four new tires and waited 3.5 hours for them to be mounted on my 2018 Nissan Maxima. After they were put on my vehicle, there were marks and scratches on all tires and rims. There still there. Its too bad because the sales department is professional and the parts department was very helpful. I was going to make a complaint formally but they have already wasted several hours of my time. I just wont use them again. Ive had two negative experiences with their service department. It is what it is. Overall a very good dealership. Just not the service department.

Our service was fast and they were friendly. We ended up needing to get part of our transmission fixed but since it was a known issue with Nissan rogues, it was covered under warranty. They gave us a car for a couple of days while they fixed ours.
Ive always has pretty good luck here. They are consistent with their customer service and theyve done a great job with repairs. I feel comfortable coming here and trusting them with my car.
Usually get my service done in a timely and efficient manner. Staff is very accommodating from start to finish. My go to.

Brought our pathfinder in for inspection and check engine light. They fixed problem with engine light and passed inspection, but cost 400 for everything and dummies didnt punch out month of inspection. Had to wait for another inspection tag. Problem with engine light was minor repair. Overall cost was too high and they clearly didnt care enough to do inspection correctly. Not recommended!
