They couldnt help with my issue until it happens again. Dashboard screen was frozen but was working fine when I showed up for my appointment. They didnt get any error codes at that time. The customer service agent was very courteous, respectful and sorry that he couldnt anything else to help this time around but told me to come back if it happens again and they will plug into the trucks system to evaluate the problem.

Our 2014 Ram was with the service department for over a week due to a check engine light caused by a recall. The flawed design of the eco diesel prevented it from being fixed in below 50 degree weather but the service guys did EVERYTHING in their power to get it corrected for us. They even called the state to tell them it wasn’t right they couldn’t pass the inspection. Even though we didn’t get the outcome we wanted these guys deserve a huge shout out. Jeremy and his team are amazing!

Took my car in for a diagnosis on some noises that it was making. Within a very short amount of time they came out and said that it was the transmission and that it was on the “verge of failure.” That was almost 3 months ago and the transmission hasn’t failed yet.The actual problem? An alternator with shot bearings, and a bad wheel bearing.Had I taken the word of their “factory trained technicians,” I would’ve ended up paying thousands of dollars for a repair that only cost a few hundred.On top of that, I was charged $100 for this diagnosis.I don’t know how their sales department is but as far as the service department, I would stay away.

Came in at 530 to test drive a car I have been looking at for a while.. I finally found some one to ask for keys and his response was we close in a half hour.. Should be plenty of time for a quick test drive? Nope.. old rude man says absoulutly not its policy to not have test drives after 530.. Never ever heard of a dealer that is not reasonably accommodating.. Sorry I work later than some.. Off to a dealer that is open later I guess..

I worked to order a jeep with Johnny and it worked out way better than expected and with minimal headache. They had all the long stuff filled out and ready to go before i got there. A process that usually takes hours in my experience took barely barely 2 hours, and that was mostly the informational updates. In the last 43 yrs I have probably purchased 30 - 40 new vehicles & this purchase has been one of the best. Stopped in for some coolant and asked a few questions to the parts guys while I was there. They were extremely helpful. I ended up getting my brake pads as well while there. Purchased a 2014 Jeep about 3 months ago. It’s been in the shop several times (for various reasons) with limited to no resolution. After making a 4th trip in with no results, I went in looking to exchange out and was told the best that could be done was a different model with 20k more in mileage at a longer term. Nothing about that was appealing, nor was the customer satisfaction or lack there of. Lost faith in the car first, but the dealership dealt the final blow. Extremely disappointed...

I just bought a 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Altitude JK (4 door). Aristedes was a great salesman! I went to see him a week ago unsure of what I wanted to do. He was patient and listened to me. And when I told him I needed more time, he was not pushy and very nice about it. He followed up with me a few times but was never pushy. I sent him questions and he worked on scenarios for me while I checked out other dealership options. Today I went to Foss in Exeter and test drove a JL. The salesman knew nothing about the JL. I showed him the options. He was pushy and arrogant. Then they came in $2200 under my pay off amount when Poulin had offered me the full payoff amount. The guy at Foss told me how their Jeeps are less and because of that, it would make the price the same and I wouldnt get a better deal yada yada yada. Sorry but the value of my vehicle has nothing to do with the price of what I am buying. I left Foss and drove straight to Poulin to see Aristedes and see what we could work out. Poulin worked with me. They ended up giving me a little more than my pay off since I made a payment two days ago. And they made it to where I could walk out with the Jeep I loved and the one I had thought about every day for the last week thinking I could not afford it. My payment went up very little and I got mega options and a nicer Jeep. Everyone there was great and friendly. The vibe was friendly and laid back. I am so happy Foss let me down. Because I ended up being where I should and getting the Jeep I was meant to buy from the dealership in my own back yard! Thanks for turning my frown upside down and making this happen!!!
