The owner is one of the most honest businessman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He will save you as much money as possible, while also providing the best quality and service. If he has to charge you an exorbitant amount for something to be done, he will send you elsewhere to save you money. Honesty is the best policy, and he stands by it. I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

They are extremely helpful and when my car broke down near their shop, they walked over to take a look at it and tried to fixed it on site with no cost, when they couldn’t they suggested using roadside assistance through our insurance to get it towed to their shop. They were able to take care of the problem with a quick turnaround time. When we picked up the car, they told us the problem and how to avoid it in the future. Their communication was fantastic.

Fantastic place! The guy is European with an eastern European accent, so you know your fancy Euro cars will be in great hands. He has the latest tech when it gets to diagnosing and solving car problems. And his crew and he are very knowledgeable about any car issue with any car brand. Not only that, he is honest, reputable, and reliable. Something I cant say about many car techs. He has also recently helped me sell my car as well! Not bad. Considering that his shop works on imports (BMW, Audi, etc), he has the best rate in town. I know, as Ive explored many other shops before hand. They can also drop you off at work and pick you up once your car is ready to go. It was very convenient for me, and a no-brainer.

I will always take my vehicles to Northgate Imports. The owner and all of the employees are top notch. Things are explained clearly and charges are very fair! My boyfriend got quoted for ~$300 less for some truck repairs at Northgate Imports then at another shop. That speaks volumes. I trust them 100%

If you want to buy from them you have to walk in. Dont call cuz they will sell it before you can get there. Waste of time and money.

Horrible. Talk to someone less than 24 hours and get told it will be here. Told I would be making the drive which was over an hour. Vehicle gets sold apparently a few hours later and no one calls me to tell me. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Waste of time and gas
