I have gone to the Muffler Center for years. A couple months ago I developed a muffler leak (on my stock exhaust). They replaced the muffler and put dual exhaust on my F150. Not only does it sound amazing, it looks incredible. They do such a professional job and he gave me some pointers on making it last forever. Just today he completed an exhaust on my 69 Impala. When I first showed it to them he put it right on the lift and talked about what should be done. He did exactly what he said and put an awesome looking and sounding exhaust on my Impala. Man, I cant say enough good things about this shop! I called yesterday with the idea of making my 17 F150 5.0 a little more louder than stock. They educated me on what to do with my ideas and what not to do. I dropped of my truck this morning at 9am and they had it done by 11:30! Honestly, some of the best automotive service I have had, not to mention my truck sounds great! I highly suggest going to this shop for any automotive upgrades and repairs!

I have an f150 5.0 called Brian on a Friday about getting an exhaust put on my truck. Sat morning he put it on the lift and woke the truck up! Quality welds and the quality service!

Needed same day service. The guys were great to find the problem on my muffler and even brought me back and shown it to me. If you want a great down to earth non-fancy ‘mom n pop’ shop this is the place!! They are here for the Service...not the show-n-tell like other “pretty” shops. Because if this, they can keep their prices lower. They fit me in and had me back on the road in half an hour. Highly recommend these guys, very polite to deal with!!

The exhaust system on my Honda Ridgeline was becoming louder and they were able to diagnose the same day as my call. After inspection, we learned the problem had to do with ice build up--they fixed it immediately. These guys are great. They were referred to me by a trusted mechanic and are now included in my circle of trust!

Before I gave this place a complete exhaust job on a rare one year color RCSB GMC from headers back, I tested the service with a simple seized bolt. They did a quality, efficient job, waited for me past close to drop my car off after Midas quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix my muffler. Very fair price (less than half what Midas quoted). Even took me back and showed me exactly what he was replacing. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

Cant speak more highly of the service and quality of work here. Just picked up my Subaru after having some custom work done and it came out perfect! Final price was exactly the price quoted plus tax, and as a testament to their consistency I had some work done on a Toyota a few years back and this review could apply verbatim to that service as well. If you need any exhaust work done this is the place to go!

Wanted to make my Jeep GC with the 5.7L Hemi sound a little better. Called the day before and Brian had me in the next morning and the work was done within an hour. Sounds great. Would definitely go back for any future exhaust work.

These guys are great! A part of my exhaust line one day dropped onto the road. I thought this was going to be a big ticket repair. However, these guys were very reasonable in terms of cost for materials and labor to replace parts of the system. I dropped my car early in the morning around 8 am. Asked them to replace the tailpipe on my Tundra to make it hang closer to the body of the truck. They did it quickly and the work was excellent. They even painted it black for me at my request and it looks great on the truck. Price was reasonable and Id use them again.

The Muffler Center did a complete replacement of the exhaust and muffler on my Subaru. The workmanship was excellent, the job was done quickly, and the charge was just as they quoted. As mentioned in other reviews, dont let the unpolished appearance of the shop deter you: it is superb handshake-style service at a great price. I will certainly return, and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I bought a 2007 Nissan Xterra and needed to replace the exhaust. They put it on the lift and showed me what I needed to repair vs. what I didn’t (saved money). Parents ended up buying me a kit for Christmas which was very nice. I brought the kit into Brian and he showed me what we needed to weld and cut to make it all work. I also bought some high temp paint that I had in the suv with the kit. I got a call when they were all done and they installed, welded, and painted my kit. Very impressed and will go back in the future. Great guys!

Very unprofessional. Horrible service. Took my car in to be checked out and to have work done. When I got there the guy had a attitude. Brought my car in and right away said the work couldn’t be done. I had done my research, it very well can be done. Very poor customer service skills. I would advise going somewhere else for any muffler and or exhaust work done.

I initially took my car to the Nissan dealership in Rochester for an estimate for exhaust system repairs. They wanted $1300 and told me that I needed to replace the catalytic converter, muffler, and all pipes in between. Thinking that sounded extreme, I took my car to The Muffler Center. They got my car in the same day and told me that the muffler and catalytic converter were fine and that they only needed to replace a portion of flex pipe and fix another section of pipe, all for a cost of only $170! They did all repairs that same day and now my car is quiet again, and they saved me $1100. Cant recommend these guys enough.

I cannot speaker higher of this place! I brought both of our families cars in to fix loud running noises due to holes in the exhaust system. After a quote from midas for $2,000 the muffler center fixed the problem for $211 Which is parts, labor and tax! The waiting room is dirty and sketchy to most womens standards but you can drop it off and have them call you when its ready if you dont like the looks of it. The staff is all super knowledgable and friendly.
