We had a wonderful experience with Pete & Bob at ProSource! We put off replacing the carpet in our family room for a couple of years, but they made everything easy, from recommending the type of carpet to providing samples. The installation was a breeze, & it looks better than we had anticipated. We will definitely go back & refer others to ProSource!

Spend your money elsewhere and do not come to this company. Extremely rude and arrogant staff. They talk down to you and treat you like you are clueless. Very sad as we were getting flooring for the new luxury apartments we are putting up in Perinton but we’re not going to buy from such people. All these decent reviews do not reflect the latest experience you receive here. You really should consider which staff needs to go as there are certain people (1 young female worker) that is ruining your companies reputation. Our contractors will not be coming here any longer.

We have worked with Ali at ProSource to find materials for our last two projects. She patiently guided us through the process of finding the right cabinetry and flooring for those projects. In addition, the pricing, selection, and quality are excellent. We will return to ProSource for our next project.

Did a fair amount of Buiness with them over the years, but they never return phone calls and the last straw was them hanging up on me. Guess they make enough money and/or are choosey where it comes from? Must be nice ..Wont get another dime from me and wont recommend customers anymore either.
