This was a terrible experience. The customer service was awful. Can’t get a response back from the rep in a timely manner. Installer got caulk all over my brand new floor. Will not recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Denise the designer is so great! We are lucky to have met her. She went out of her way to come to meet us on a SUNDAY for 2 hrs!! And help design our closets. It was something she did not have to do but it just goes to show you how top notch their service is. Can not wait to see what our closets will look like.

Product (wall bed) and installation were good. The base that supports the bed frame and mattress has two very sharp corners on it. I cut my leg on one of them. CC doesnt give you anything to protect those corners when the bed is down nor do they seem to care about it.

I am a long time customer of California Closets. Having two houses done over the years. Every design and installation has been done with precision and professionalism. It brings a sense of organization and certainly makes our closets and the office design that was installed look really nice. I would not hesitate to use California Closets again, if we were to move! Their employees are all top notch!!

Our closet designer was fantastic! He inquired on what we were looking for, what our budget was a worked with us to design a beautiful closet that looked how we wanted it, and was within our budget!
