We looked at three companies to redo our kitchen. TGS was by far the most professional. They listened to our needs, and gave us great design ideas!! They followed through with everything they promised! My kitchen is awesome- Im so glad I listened to their ideas! It was such a good experience. I would recommend TGS Kitchens to everyone!

Not communicating! Calls and emails have been ignored

Stay away! This company stands behind nothing! When ordering our upper cabinets, they miss-measured or miss -calculated by not considering drywall and flooring installation that was clearly communicated to them. They then wanted us to settle for a counter-top to upper cabinet clearance that was much less than desirable. They tried to blame their mistake on others. Fact is they did the final measurements! They would only offer a discount on replacing the upper cabinets and not give us credit for the uppers they ordered wrong. They lied and told us the company would not take them back because they’re custom cabinets…not true, only one was. We then purchased new upper cabinets from Ridge Cabinets, they were fantastic! Not only did they give us far better service, their price was less than the TGS “discounted price”. Bottom line …do yourself a favor and stay away!
