Wish I could give NO STAR! Avoid this dealership. 2019 Outlander Sport, Air condition worked intermittently.Nothing but a bunch of liars. I call and ask to speak to Gary who just left a voice mail. Sorry hes not here. I told the employee he just left a message. His reply; This is Gary how can I help you.Dealership claimed the repair to my Air conditioner was done up to Warranty limits. Still didnt work when returned. Which by the way was another Lie from them. I brought my car to James Mitsubishi and was in the shop 10 minutes when the mechanic come out with a faulty AC relay. covered by warranty. Making me have to drive an additional 140 miles for a repair.I made arrangements to pick up my car on a Sunday knowing the dealership is closed. Mark and Lisa both informed me they would lock the key in the car for me. I drove from Buffalo to Rochester only to find the car behind a locked gate. 140 mile wasted trip.I asked the guy dropping it off if the AC was working. he replied I dont know I had the windows open the whole ride. I get in the car to check and every surface I touched was cold. Odd seeing he had the windows open.Samantha Cortese called me to explain they did everything allowed under warranty.
Outstanding customer service, especially for a single parent bringing 3 boys for a test drive. Boys loved the popcorn, everyone was happy and paperwork organized and ready. Fantastic experience. Thank you all.

I just moved here from MI, and the Mitsubishi service center there used to complimentary external car wash during the service. This wasnt the case here. So, that was my only disappointment. Otherwise, excellent service.

Im a college student and my car wouldnt start one weekend, once my car was brought to the service center at cortese they diagnosed the problem and quickly solved the problem. Within hours of drop off my car was ready to be picked up. With no appointment and an emergency drop off they had surprised me with how effective and efficient they fixed my problem. Thank you!
My Girl Anne was amazing! Came in Monday and left Tuesday with my Outlander. Even after the sale she has made sure I was 100% taken care of! Wasn’t just a hit and run!
When we went into pick up our car the sales manager tried selling us warranty that we didn’t know we said no then he starts fighting with us in front of everyone we walked out he follows us and proceeded to say things about our credit score in front of everyone and that’s why we needed to have this warranty done. This sales manger was rude and disrespectful you should never says something like that in front of other people no less. I will never do my sales at the dodge one with this guy again.

I have ad the pleasure of working with the amazing staff at Córtese Autoblock to help get me into my first card. I had no trade in, okay credit, and a tight budget. Not only did they work with me, but they worked FOR me to make sure that I could get into a brand new vehicle and not break my budget. We had a great experience, they were informative and very helpful.
Brought my car in for a recall on the rear brake calipers. They locked up as part of the manufacturing defect and chewed through the rotors and brake pads. The calipers were covered under the warranty but I was left responsible for the pads, rotors, and the labor for the installation of pads and rotors, even though they had to be removed to replace the calipers. That will be the last money I ever spend at any of their dealerships.

3 stars because my vehicle was not repaired within the promised time frame. I realize that the dealership said that the parts were delayed but nobody even contacted me to let me know that Wes the case. I only found out when I called and this happened twice. Also when I went to pick up my car the employee that waited on me first was not very friendly.
As usual I was very happy with the experience I had having service work done at cortese Mitsubishi. Every part of the process was reasonable and professional. I would recommend the service department at this dealer.

Said my car needed an oil change. He told me it would be $65 and they would clean the engine compartment for free. We drove from Buffalo to Rochester to pick the car up and when we got there, we were informed we owed $158. They said they informed me of the price but never did. They gave us a 10% discount which brought the total to $133. I only had $135 in my account. I am disappointed but at least I have a car that works.
Took my vehicle in for recall work. Was called and told I needed an oil change. When I told them I just got one. They called back 10 mins later and said we checked the dipstick and found debris in your oil. My sticker clearly states I have 2300 miles left until an oil change is needed. Stop trying to scam people out of money. If it was someone who was unsure of when they got an oil change...they surely would have gotten an unneeded $60 put of them. Do better!

Unfortunately, there are no Mitsubishi dealerships in Buffalo so I had to make the drive out to Rochester. I ended up having to make 2 separate appointments as the part my car needed had to be ordered. That being said, Mark and the service department were kind and courteous both times. Service was completed quicker than the estimated time.
Unfortunately, both Mitsubishi dealerships in Buffalo closed where I live so I had to make the drive out to Rochester for warranty work. The service personnel were friendly and accommodating. I was there for about 45 minutes and they took care if what needed to be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised!

Better off going to marina for service. Especially for warranty work. Cortese does not prioritize warranty customers as they do not make any money off of the service. Ive been waiting a week on a part I was told would take 2 days max to ship, coming from new jersey. When I called to question why the part wasnt in, their story changed from 2 days shipping to... We dont know when itll come in. Meanwhile my girlfriend has no way to work or take our 2 children to their appointments. I bet if this was the owners car it would be number 1 priority. They bend over backwards to sell you a vehicle because they want your money but as soon as they cant charge you for warranty work you are put on the back burner. Communication is absolutely horrible as well. Almost impossible to get a live answer let alone a call back
I just wanna say this was the fastest process of my life. I was so happy to have Jay as my salesman he was super helpful, communicative and he took care of everything for me all the way down to adding my new vechile to my insurance. If you get anyone as a saleman Jay Sarkis is your guy. I highly recommend

I purchased a used 2007 Outlander XLS from another dealer and needed the TPS sensors reprogrammed . Gary the service manager provided excelkent professional customer service and explained everything to me before and after the repair. Made my experence a pleasant one. Thank you Gary!

Complete disaster. First the buffalo store closes after half fixing the car and then we try to take it to Cortese, they dont offer a loaner so we have no car for 2 WEEKS despite the fact that it is a warranty issue and should be covered. Then they LOSE our car. Were ditching it the first chance we get. Its been in the shop almost as much as Ive been able to drive it. Pathetic.

I went in for routine service that I believe was supposed to under warranty as it wasn’t wear and tear items or work. At my old dealership, James Mitsubishi Hamburg I didn’t pay for routine maintenance services last year. But for some reason this time I was asked to pay.
Love my car and they helped work out a good warranty that works with my budget.
Drive an hour an a half to get a remote starter programmed to start the car (Mitsubishi dealers closed in Buffalo area and this is the closest in the area). Had a remote starter that stopped working that I brought with me plus an additional remote that we bought. After being told that the old one did not work and the new one was programmed I drove back to Buffalo. Girlfriend tried the remote when I returned home and it did not work. Called the next morning to make an appointment and to complain that we were only given one remote back. Told a manager would call back and set up an appointment to take care of this. Over 4 hours and still waiting to hear from the manager or to at least have an appointment scheduled!
So far so good! After months of searching we found a perfect car thanks to Cortese! Very friendly staff and they helped us secure a good rate!
These people would scam there own mother! Caught them trying to get me for an additional $45 a month. Thank god I did tons of research and knew what the payment should be. ALWAYS ask questions and review all paperwork before signing. NEVER take their word for it, half of what they tell you will be lies. My salesman name was Mike M., and the managers name was Dan O.

He didn’t make me feel pressured, he made me feel very comfortable and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. He went above and beyond for both my boyfriend and I. Luis made sure that we both had all the information necessary before making a decision. I honestly loved it here and I would recommend for anyone thinking about getting a new car to come here first!! First my boyfriend went in and got a Jeep Cherokee and I fell in love!! So of course the next day I went in and got a Jeep Compass and both times that I was in the customer service was great. And I’m soooooo extremely happy with my new car!!!

I have test driven two vehicles and both were satisfactory to my liking but the sales rep- Anna Amoretti knew her job and was there to coach me and had me focus on the right vehicle for my budget. Had to bring my car in to have a cracked splash guard replaced. Reps were professional and completed the fix on my car within the hour they said it would take. They also set me up with a very early appointment the day after I called to schedule the service so that was very much appreciated.

Great Service Department! Scheduled my oil change, dropped off my car & it was ready before time I told them i would be back to pick it up. Service advisor kept me informed... it was quick & easy.
The crazy part is I read the reviews before I went here and they were kind of half and half but theyre definitely on the bad part I called an let them know what I knew the issue was but I wanted them to do a full diagnostic on the car to figure out what other issues so I can get everything done at once they stated they would they would notate the account and to let the advisor service advisor know of anything additional that I may not have thought of when I place the appointment I go to the appointment I reiterate some things to the service advisor but I let him know to look over the whole car to see what else that there should be when I pick my car up he only focus on what I already told him the issue was for the reason for my service engine soon light and that they dont do any other work on the car unless its stated at the time that I come in I informed him that I told the previous person who made the appointment of everything that was going on and I even told him that I wanted a full Diagnostics to me or full Diagnostics me you fully diagnose the car that means driving around see if you hear anything whatever the case maybe you fully inspect the car but they dont go behind what theyre saying that theyre going to do they charge you for a full Diagnostics but they only diagnose what you say is going on or may think is going on with the car a total rip-off I will surely make sure I do not go back to this dealership or its partners and then when they gave me a quote in order to fix what I already knew the issue was they were several hundred more dollars then when I previously called them a couple weeks earlier and this straight asking for what the part and labor would be since I already knew what the issue was
Went in for an oil change and a nys inspection. I had an appointment at 1pm, I didnt get out until 2:30. Cashier was really nice and did a great job explaining the bill, but the service was super slow.

Had a wonderful experience with the folks at Cortese Mitsubishi! Worked with Lisa via text to setup an appointment to bring in my Outlander for some recall work. Rob in the service department checked me in and did a awesome job. He even added a third recall that came in after I made my appointment and fixed the check engine light. Turns out I wasnt tightening the gas cap enough! Lol Lesson learned. The folks who helped me when I picked up my Outlander also did a wonderful job. Made sure I had a copy of the paperwork and brought my car to me in the parking lot. Thanks to everyone for a job well done.
Friendly, quick, courteous. I just wish they had left my car how they found it. They opened the wheel well for inspection and left it apart. I still can’t figure out how to close it and put it back together.

Massive let down in customer service lately. I love my Mitsubishi, but this location has really collapsed with their customer service and this location did not honor their deal regarding the purchase.There was a guy named Bob in service and he was the man. Bob was the best, but he is gone now. They do not have anyone that makes sense like Bob and knows everything like Bob did, or you could trust like Bob.I have two of the same Mitsubishi, and I just called the parts department and the parts guy does not want to order a part for me or look it up. I dont know why he is there and it makes me wish I got a Range Rover. He said the reason he doesnt want to look up a part for me is because I asked him to look up other parts that I need replaced. I remember that he didnt want to do that, and again, it makes me wonder why he is there. Maybe he needs a new job? The fact is I needed those parts and Mitsubishi has like two part numbers for the same part so it can make finding the part difficult especially for an older Mitsubishi. I live in New York City primarily, and there is only one Mitsubishi dealer left here, because the other just closed in Brooklyn. If you dont like the car or people who like the car and you only have a bad word for them, why dont you just closed the doors?
Tl;dr My car was taken for a joyride and abused. The work was not performed in a professional manner.I brought my Evolution IX for tire mount and balance. Its a rare and very desirable car in pristine condition with less than 60K miles. Has never been a daily driver. Even though theres a note on my account saying that I did not need or want to have any of the factory recall work done, the service advisor, Jordan, tried selling it to me. When I said again that I didnt want it, he got agressive. Not good. Little did I know know that this was only the beginning.When I got home I saw that one of the center caps was missing from a wheel. May have happened either during the install or when the tech took my car for a joyride. How do I know the car was abused? Firstly, I heard it. My Evo has a distinctive sounding aftermarket exhaust. I heard the tech open the throttle right after he crossed the intersection and it stayed open. Secondly, the oil temperture was high even after the car sat for 15 minutes. Ive owned it for the past 14 years and know exctly what it takes to get the oil temp to that level on a 60 degree day and light driving isnt it. There was no reason for him to drive it to begin with. Thirdly, Id cleaned the wheels right before bringing the car to them. The wheels were covered in a layer of brake dust when he got back after running my car through its paces. The Ferodo brake pads have somewhat distinctive reddish dust. Cant miss it.I am not a young man and my health is poor. The tech who took my Evo for a joyride was not wearing a mask, even though Cortese tells its costumers that theyre taking every precaution at this unfortunate time. As a result, I wore my PPE on the ride home and spent a good amount of time disinfecting all surfaces. Thats when I realized that someone looked through the things in my trunk.The tires were not mounted well and the wheel weights they used stick out like a sore thumb. To add insult to injury, almost literally, they were not balanced well, either. The steering wheel vibrates excessively. Ive been a costumer at Cortese for the past 14 years and certainly did not expect my car to be mistreated. I also expected the work to be completed in a professional manner. This did not happen. Someone, apparently, looked through my things inside the car, as well.I will not come back. Obviously things have changed at Cortese. To say that Im unhappy would be an understatement. I contacted them and no one got back to me. Now I have to buy a new center cap and have the tires mounted and balanced elsewhere. This little visit is costing me more and more. Avoid this place if you care about your car.Edit: I called the number below and left a message including my number. No one called me back.Edit 2: Apparently my OZ wheels have been discontinued by the manufacturer; Ive had them for a number of years. My only remaining option is to remove the other center caps in order for all 4 wheels to match. This gets worse and worse by the day, all because Cortese had my car for an hour and a half. I have an appointment next week to have the tires mounted and actually balanced by a reputable shop. I have been driving for 40 years and nothing like this had ever happened. Cortese is the single worst service experience that Ive had and no one even called me back.I will update this review if needed.

Called for service on my car on 6/29/18 & spoke to Jacob took all my information and said would have a service person call me back to schedule a service time. I found that odd because typically they do it while you are on the phone. I never got a call back. Called back and the same person said they didnt have me in their system. I asked to speak to a manager and Gary gets on the phone and said the owner uses an outside call center and that I needed to speak to Lisa. Spoke to Lisa and they are booked out anyway ! Dont deal with this dealership they are awful
Just as other people have stated, the dont even know their own promotions. Stay away unless you want to pay too much for a vehicle. They also contradict things that Mitsubishi North America have told me directly.
So far all Ive really had done here was the state inspections for my car but everyones always friendly, polite, and helpful.

I went to the Mitsubishi dealership with pretty low expectations and i have to say i was very pleasantly surprised by the experience.Working with john, i was able to get the Outlander sport i wanted at a fantastic price and get out from under my trade in. Over all, the negotiation was straight forward, fair and simple. i love the new ride and i will go back the next time i am in the market for a vehicle.
I lost the key to my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT P they cut me a skeleton key so I can unlock the steering get it on a flatbed and transport it to them so they could cut me a double chip key and program it to the computer and they did it extremely cheap and were extremely friendly. On top of that they offered to fix my sun visor clip holder I guess there was a recall on it. I will do that another time I was so excited to finally have a key for my car after 8 months I wanted to drive it!
I chatted online to make sure a promotional offer applied to a vehicle I was looking at. I was assured that it did, twice. I even called to verify. Of course when I went in they said it didnt apply to that model (which I had specifically asked about).I didnt have an hour to waste driving there and going in.This happened for one of two reasons:1. Untrained staff that didnt know how their own promotions worked2. Unethical staff which wants to get foot traffic at any cost.I will be strongly recommending people avoid Cortese Mitsubishi.

Bought a car from them. Called several times to the service department about a part needing replacement. Spoke briefly with one obnoxious and unprofessional call attendant, and left multiple voicemails for a call back. Nothing. Going to a competitor.
The state inspection when well as expected. The leak on the sunroof had been a disaster; 3 attemped repairs and it is still leaking. I shudder to think what is happening to the metal beneath the wet carpet.

I brought my car over for them to install a fuel neck pipe. The installation was done wrong and my car began leaking fuel also threw an engine code. So I brought it back for them to fix the issue and left the car with them. I was promised the car would be finished in 3-5 hours. This time around I had to call them 4 times, left msgs and was told the service rep would contact me back. He never did.The next day I was dropped off at the dealership and talked to the rep. He barely apologized about ignoring me and then wanted to charge me another diagnostics fee, which I argued with them until they took it off my bill. The car still has an engine code and theres another leak somewhere else in the car, THAT THEY COULDNT FIGURE OUT, but still wanted to charge me a diagnostics. That I never approved. Because, they never reached out to me after fixing the fuel leak around the fuel neck pipe.Horrible communication. At some point they were decent about customer service but recently that has been thrown out the window.Dont get me started on their body shop. Some jerk kids shot my car up with beebee guns denting up the door panels and shattering the driver side window. (Not Corteses fault)Insurance paid for the repairs, this part is Corteses fault, door handles inside the car are chipped and broken where its suppose to hide the screws, the outside handles are also scuffed up and chipped. They offered to buy me new door handles. Which they poorly spray painted white door handles black and slapped them onto my car (my car is black). They had told me they threw away the old door handles but magically were able to find them again and installed them back onto the car. The suede ripped by the shattered glass (on the inner side of the door) was never repaired. Ontop of that they never removed the broken glass from inside the car! It was still everywhere.They rolled out the door panels within their acceptable standards and repainted the doors. The paint job is horrible and has little splotches of paint. Plus they installed a lower quality driver side window into my car that is not the same quality that was there originally.Now I understand the OEM window isnt being sold brand new but you would think they would at least put the same quality glass in.Previous repair they made to the rear bumper was shoddy too. They didnt paint the whole bumper or take the wheel well into consideration for damage so now its bubbling up with rust. (I didnt want to bring my car back to them the second time, but I was out of state and didnt find out until it was too late)Never again. If you care about your car, dont get it serviced by these jokers.
I came into the dealership with the possibility of buying a new Mitsubishi Outlander and Samantha and staff made that possibility a reality. Everyone showed great care and attention throughout the whole process. I thank the whole Cortese crew for a wonderful experience.

I bought a brand new car had a shaking problem they put new tires on 9000 miles at 24,000 miles the tires were worn down Balld They told me nothing is wrong and want me to buy new tires just so they were aware of the tires I put on were 55,000 mile warranty tires and everything should be under warranty the service are getting over on people and they are not willing to help out or work with anybody only worried about their own time and money
