My remote start stopped working over the summer and I had taken it to a few different places= no luck (it’s kind of a “retro” model🙈😬) but the last one referred me to Amped. I called, they got me in the same day and he had it figured out in less than ten minutes. Very knowledgeable, genuine, humble… the guy next door! They definitely deserve every one of their stars!!

Went to get my windows tinted and it looks super nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My car was in and out looking beautiful within a couple hours.

I had a very good feeling about Amped Auto & Audio Accessories from the moment I called them. When I called them about getting a remote start installed into my daughters Camry they were very polite to work with and treated me well; I never once felt like I was bothering them by calling them.In addition, they had the remote start installed on-time as discussed and the price was very reasonable. They were also not hesitant to answer my questions about the different remote start models and they were not pushy at all or try to upsell me. It was a great experience overall and my daughter loves her new remote start. My wife even stated she thought they were great to work with.If I need any additional items installed into our vehicles in the future this place will be the first place I will call.

Where do I start….everything I have had done here has been great other than getting it done in a timely fashion. I have spent A-Lot of money here and it doesn’t even get you 2nd class service. So I guess that warrants a review well spent. My last appointment unfortunately fell right in place with my previous, was giving a friend the benefit of the doubt on the referral. Schedules don’t exist so don’t bother making appointments. As a Business owner….I scheduled to have things done to my business vehicle and had to take a day off to have windows tinted. Not a big deal, you have to do things like this once in awhile….but, when you schedule something a month in advance and it doesn’t get done you tend to get frustrated especially when it takes away from making money from your own business. Waste of time and money if you are a business owner!

Ive had many vehicles at amped for service. From window tinting, motorcycle audio to custom high scale car/truck audio set up and every time I get my vehicle back I am more than impressed. the courtesy is top notch, the skill of installation and knowledge from all of the gentlemen I have worked with at Amped is also grade A. Never pushy on sales and worth the wait even when they are scheduled out a few weeks.

Over the last two weeks Gary and his team at Amped Auto have upgraded both of our vehicles with window tinting. The time Gary spent with my wife and I to determine our exact needs was greatly appreciated. The quality of the work was impeccable and the price was below what we were quoted. Im not big on reviewing things unless truly worthy and this place fits the bill for being awesome! First and foremost the service is top notch; they knew what they were talking about when it came to my vehicle and what I wanted done. Secondly, they speed of getting the work done was truly impressive; I walked in on a Saturday expecting to maybe get my vehicle in sometime in April and was told if I can drop it off on Sunday evening they would have it ready by Monday after I got off of work and they stuck to their word. Third, when I picked up my vehicle the tech that worked on my vehicle actually ran me through everything they did.Keep up the great work yall; I will be back and recommend your shop to anyone that asks.

I let him know what I was looking for, and he gave me his opinions on what he thought would be best for what I was looking for. Garry probably could have upsold me on the things I wanted but he gave me the pros and cons of everything that I asked and at the end of the day, I ended up walking out more confident in my choices. This place is way overhyped! I was was extremely optimistic, was hoping to do a complete sound system on my yacht. Walked in there with a friendly attitude, there were two people behind the counter, neither one of them made eye contact whatsoever. They were not on the phone, and not dealing with any customers. Just went about their normal activities, as if I were not even there. I stood there for like 3 minutes until they acknowledged me, and never once made eye contact. Extremely condescending and and no way customer friendly.The very worst part.. I learned that one of them was the owner!These guys are primadonnas in a small pond trying to act like they are big fish!No thank you!

These guys are the awesome!!! Had a airlift 3p system installed in my 2010 Dodge Challenger srt8. I called many shops around the area and none of them were willing to touch it. They gave me a quote and were spot on at the end. Dropped the car off on Monday wanted to pick it on Wenesday but they wanted it to stay overnight just to see if there were any leaks that just goes to show how thorough they are. I have had my car windows tinted before several years ago but I wanted a little bit more privacy out of my tints and went in to consult with Gary.He came out to look at my car and went over what he could do to take care of my car, made sure I was aware of what could happen in the window tint removal process and was very knowledgeable. He also provided examples of how dark the window tints might look. We went over pricing and I agreed to bring my car in the day after new years.Come the day I was to bring the car in, I did but unfortunately due to some complications at no ones fault, I was unable to get my windows tinted that day - Gary did apologize for the inconvenience and offered a discount on my price for the tinting; that is an expert way to handle customers!!I brought it in a day later and picked it up several hours later. My car looks amazing - its 10 yrs old but looks very professional and makes the black paint look extra shiny with its fancy tinted windows. I definitely RECOMMEND Amped Auto to anyone looking to get their vehicle customized and taken good care of.

I purchased new headlights about a year and a half ago. One of them went out and I called the store. They replaced the headlight within minutes at no charge! Amped completely honors their warranties and takes care of their customers extremely fast!

I was looking for a solution for my Viper remote start that was no longer working, after not being able to get through to Best Buy for several says, I called and talked to Gary a week ago. I was able to get there yesterday and as he was multi-tasking he was able to program the new remote I ordered within a couple minutes of identifying the potential issue of a new replacement remote pairing issue. This was my 1st experience with Amped and would recommend them to anybody. I will personally be going there for my next remote start installation when the time comes and switch to the product that Amped supplies and installs.

They tinted windows on my Corvette even the rounded back window with professional quality and perfection in my opinion. The widow control regulator failed and the window dropped into the drivers door and scraped the new tint like 4 weeks later. I contacted Gary to have him redo the window at full price. He said he would do it for half price to my surprise. But when I picked it up he says, this ones on me.What a great way to create loyal customers.Thanx Gary I will recommend u to everyone I know. The owner Garry is a great guy, as is the rest of his employees. Theyll do all they can to help with your car audio, electronics, and window tinting needs. The tint guy Aaron has over 30 years experience, did a great job on my windshield banner, and did an excellent job on all the windows of my other car years ago when he was with a different shop.

Highly recommend Amped. Had purchased a new stereo and harness kit from an online retailer that only worked intermittently after a friend installed it. Tried replacement stereo and still didnt work. Sent those back and ended up taking my vehicle to Amped. They did a bunch of troubleshooting and testing and werent satisfied until I had a working stereo in my vehicle. Gary followed up with me throughout the whole process to ensure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. Very positive experience!

Great place to get a new car stereo. My husband and I went in to look and thought we knew what we wanted. After talking to the staff they explained that what I wanted wasnt cost effective and gave us other options that would still give us the features we desired but not break the bank. I appreciated that they didnt try to sell me the product that was $1000+ dollars more because I didnt know the difference. They were honest which is huge in a business. They also have the best prices in town!

Gamer and Audio enthusiast for decades. Decided to upgrade my system to a 4.1 (4door speaker audio) as I had replaced the stock speakers and CD player a couple months ago. As Gary stated to me while having an in depth talk about car audio, a sub can really wake up a car stereo. As an adult I need space in my trunk and only have a small versa hatch. I was to be getting an 8 woofer in a beautiful ported box which still would grant plenty of trunk space. The install altogether was extremely professional looking, with no corners cut. Everything wrapped, secure, hidden, and I love my base knob for coming into my residence or at red lights! I can have my base up but also can drop it way down withing a moments notice when I need to keep my respectability. Ive done installs years in past, and have seen many installs complete. These guys have the experience, and it really shows. Would about go out of my way to recommend these guys. Very impressed.

Excellent service. They went the extra mile (8, actually, each way) to deliver me back to my home so I could leave my wifes beloved car with them and surprise her with new and improved audio. Then they picked me up after installation so it could all be done when she was out of town. Thats four trips, two round trips, to accommodate me. Installation looks great, cleanly replacing in one unit with a touchscreen the various adaptations she had made over the years to adapt for such things as satellite radio and smartphone capability. The crowd at Amped couldnt have been more accommodating.

Great experience working with Gary. Very professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service. Brought my 18 f150 in to have some aftermarket LED headlamps installed, and after being nickel and dimed by the other couple auto accessories shops in town I settled on this place. I had my truck back 4 hours later with my new headlights installed. After driving for about a week I noticed that the beams were not adjusted to my liking. I contacted Gary again and he had me back in within a day to fix the issue. Lights are great now. Will be taking my truck here from now on for all my future auto accessory needs.

Bought a compustar 4900 from a large corporate retailer. Waited a month for the installers schedule to fit me in, then they had to postpone again. Walked into Amped and walked out 15 minutes later with a date only two days after my original date from the corporate store. Great service, and they price matched the other retailers price. Amped Audio is absolutely the best customer service Ive had i n 20 years. My first time there was met by a good afternoon and good conversation and info. They deliver good product and actually care what u are looking for in a system. My car was a pain in the butt and they talked to me before every different option. Most places u drop stuff off and come back to a huge bill without u knowing. Very honest amd upfront! I highly recommend the business. I also found out they are locally owned by an owner that is always there and checks every vehicle before leaving. I will for sure be back with my 2 other vehicles!! Super happy amd impressed. Best place in town for any customization. Loving how my car is turning out and I cant wait till riding season to get my bike in there. Any reviews other than 5 star makes me wonder why they didnt give them a chance to make things right if they werent happy. The guys there are human, not super human.. work with them and theyll work with you. My opinion is if you leave unhappy thats your own fault for not letting them know so they can fix it. I choose this place to get my windows tinted because of the 5 star reviews but had a terrible experience made an appointment to get my windows tinted at noon i made sure to ask how long it would take and they said 3 hours well 5 hours later and finally finished. When i asked why so long the guy behind the counter said because thats how long perfection takes wich is b.s . Then the guy who actually did the work on my windows tried telling me he had another vehicle he was working thats why well then dont make appointments when u have other vehicles already in the shop i made an appointment for 12 i expect my car to be worked on at 12. Only reason im giving 2 stars is because the guy behind the counter kept his cool and gave me a discount
