I have been taking my car every year for 10 years to Ziebart. I feel as if the Lyle Avenue Ziebart has improved their services and I was thrilled with my Most recent visit. My 10-year-old car comes out looking and smelling like new. I had the interior and exterior All completed. I highly recommend Ziebart for restoring your car finish inside and out! I ordered a Leer cap for my truck from Bryan at Ziebart and they installed it.A few nights later it rained and I woke up to find the back of my brand new truck,and the contents of it soaking wet.I called Ziebart and spoke with Bryan to make an appointment to access the manufacturing defects and/or the faulty installation methods that could be the cause of this annoying problem and after a few days they poured a glass of water on it, declaring that there was no problem.During my 3 hour wait in the showroom I was told by another Ziebart associate that they had repaired it and were waiting for the sealant to dry.Lies!!!!From everyone there.

I dropped my car off for my yearly rust protection check and purchased a detailing. In the fifteen minutes or so I was there dropping off, I saw the manager greeting customers, going into offices introducing himself I’m pretty sure he spoke to every single person that was there and this place looked busy! I thought that was great he’s a very personable nice guy and even though the sales guys try to sell you something every year they are never pushy and they always recommend things that my car actually does need (which is why I bought the detail this year) my car always looks nice when I pick it up and not a spot of rust on it. I certainly recommend Ziebart and would specifically recommend the Lyell store.

After reading the reviews for this place, I decided to take a chance and stopped by the Lyell Ave Ziebart today to talk with them about polishing and ceramic waxing my 2021 Mazda. I was approached by Marcus Drake as I got out of my car and started talking with him about what I wanted for paint protection. He looked over my car and, right away, hes trying to sell me ceramic coating, so I told him I didnt want ceramic coating. Then we talked about protective film on the hood, which I was interested in. We went inside to talk about prices and, again, he tries to sell me ceramic coating, even though Id already told him I didnt want that. So I told him again, NO ceramic coating! Then we start talking prices, and he tries to sell me undercoating. I told him I dont want any paint protection. Then he offers me a limited time special Summer price deal: paint correction on the whole car ($499.99) and protective film on the full hood and nose piece ($799.98) for only $1299.97 plus tax, BUT that didnt include any ceramic wax. I had to do the waxing myself. Then he tells me that he doesnt know how long those prices are good for, and he can get me an appointment scheduled right away. This guy was way too pushy trying to sell me services. Seeing as how my cars finish is in really good condition to begin with, $499.99 for just a basic paint correction (and no ceramic wax) for the finish on my car is just a scam. If Ive got to ceramic wax the car myself, I might as well do the paint correction myself as well and save $499.99. Did not get a comfortable feeling talking with these guys, so I left and will NOT be going back there again.

Ziebart did a great job today. Marcus took real good care of me. He didnt charge me anything because of our good history. I highly recommend Marcus from Zeibart.

If you have another option I implore you to go there. This place could careless about their customers, and got undercoating all over my white vehicle. Took 3 visits ( days off of work) to get it fixed, and with that I had to stand over them for them to finish job correctly.

I’ve been coming to Ziebart for 20+ years. I’ve always had a great experience and the detailing they do after my warranty job is always great. When I called to schedule my yearly coating for the warranty this year I spoke with Steve and he gave me a great deal right over the phone for the detailing package. Now I can get both cars done for the next couple years and saved a bunch of money. Ask for Steve, he will give you great prices and even better customer service.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to Ziebart for years. We went to the Lyell location this year and worked with Brenden, I remembered him from years ago at the Henrietta location, I even pulled out my old invoice that had it name on it from my glove box and showed him. I remember him because years ago at Henrietta I complained about the work done to my car, im pretty sure he was somewhat new at the time and ended up getting the full brunt of my frustration. I was really impressed with how he handled things, he was professional and polite, took action and went above and beyond to fix my concerns and make sure I was happy. It’s not surprise to me that years later he’s now managing the Lyell store. I’m happy to see he worked up the ranks and the company noticed what a valuable employee they have. I Havnt had any issues at Ziebart since but that situation always stuck out in my mind because of the great service he provided, and I appreciate business that promote from within and take care of employees that have been there for the company. Took my car back 3 times because they created more stains on my seats and didn’t even clean the cup holders. This place is only good for undercoating. The interior service is horrible. They reached out to me after the bad review to offer to do the job again for half price. They couldn’t get it right 3 times and they want to charge me again for a job I paid them to do the first time. It should have been offered for free, what a classy place….NOT!

I went to Ziebart on Lyell Ave to get my free yearly respray of my rust proofing. Everyone was very friendly, I worked with Brenden and he did an excellent job. I purchased some window Tint for my vehicle too while I was there. Great experience as always and I always try to work with Brenden when I come in he’s very knowledgeable friendly and takes very good care of his customers.

The service was not of a very high quality and when we called to report our dissatisfaction, we were blown off and told that we were expecting too much. This was the Lyell avenue location. Weve had trouble there before, and were going to try to approach another location for future service.

My nephew took his car there and have been quoted a price to clean the filthy mold that had built up in the vehicle from having the windows down. Ziebart had quoted a price on the phone... Which Im pretty sure they werent happy with when they saw how dirty the car was. They honored the price they quoted and did a fantastic job cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle using an ozium bomb to kill any remaining mold. Great job. Super attention to detail.

I love that they spray the underside of my car every year for free. I dont like that they try to sell me something that I have no interest in. I was also disappointed that there were no envelopes for me to put my keys in when I dropped off my car.
